Hash browns, American fries or red baked potatoes. No deep fryer? No air fryer? For as greasy as the place felt, bringing in a deep fryer would be a good investment. Also, buns on sandwiches not toasted. A small touch like that would have helped the taste quite a bit. Overall, knowing there are better options in the area (when they are open), I'd suggest looking for one.
