Royal Cigars is a great little locally owned store close to house. They have a great selection of cigars at a wide range of prices and their cigar room and humidor is large and unpretentious. The owner and his wife are friendly and very helpful, but do not over crowd you like some other places which I love. I really enjoy supporting local businesses and this place really deserves it. I read about this place in Cigar Journal so I just had to check it out. I live in California but am from the area and Come to town once a month or so for work and to visit family. I travel quite a bit for work and always try and check out the local cigar shops in other cities and this humidor is the biggest one I've seen yet. Not only is it big but the selection is unreal and the layout makes it so easy to find what you're looking for. Most places I walk in and they look at me like I'm going to steal something but the sincere and amazing service was just off the charts. Made me want to buy more cigars! So glad I found this place. I have been going to Norwood Royal for a long time. They have a huge humidor and the best selection of cigars you're going to find anywhere. Vic's the owner and hes always there...no question hes a great guy...absolutely no complaints with Vic. Today was different. It wasn't Vic. It was Zabrina. I think Zabrina is new. As nice as Vic is, Zabrina is even nicer. She has a great personality...very willing to assist you if you need help. And I have to tell you...Zabrina is much better looking than Vic. I was skeptical when I asked her for a recommendation for some cigars for a friend. She was all over it... 15 minutes later I walked out with with everything I came for. Five different cigars I never smoked. I walked out with a Karen Berger, a Rose of Sharon and three other cigars named after chicks. Is it wrong? I don't know. My new cigar HOME BASE! Vic and Dawn are great. Both very knowledgeable and they always give the best service. I never feel rushed when perusing the HUGE humidor. I'm a bit of a novice when it comes to cigars. They offer great suggestions based on your likes. They always have time to have conversations and share their knowledge. I never feel intimidated about asking a question. It's a small shop but they have enough seating inside and now that it's warm out, they have tables outside. There's a liquor store and pizza joint next door so you can grab a drink and a slice and enjoy your cigar outside! Can't say enough good things about my experience here.
