James is a very nice person as well. He was very gentle talking to me, making sure that my feelings would not get triggered by the accident. I didn't have to do anything. All I had to do was answer the phone when Sylvia called. They dealt with the insurance and all that. I only contributed a bit when I was having problems with my health insurance. I cannot make phone calls anymore because my brain is all over the place, and guess what, Sylvia and her assistant took that burden, and they made all the phone calls.
