We met with KI'm and together we designed our pool and spa. the pool was started on time and finished and pool filled by the time the house was ready, as promised. Wow, the other review is concerning, but our experience has been positive so far. The company designed and built a beautiful pool for us; their professionalism has been excellent. There were delays due to COVID and other factors, but they were much shorter than the norm for a custom pool in Florida. I'll update this review if anything changes. Still, based on our experience with turning our dream pool into a design, building it, knowing local requirements, and delivering a beautiful result, I would choose this company again. Ray and Kim installed our pool in 2019. They were a great couple to work with. Kim explained in detail everything we were getting with our spa/pool and what to expect with the time line. They gave us a quote and that's what we paid. No unexpected charges. We have not had one issue with our pool. No cracks, no leaks. Moving to a 55+ community in a few weeks. And with that I'll be missing our second pool built by Ray and Kim Raszl. While living in Palm Coast, we were fortunate enough to pick them as the right supplier to build our pool. Every aspect of the procedure was well thought out and executed to plan. Real people building for real people, not a corporate endeavor building for a file number. We enjoyed that pool and the pool area for many years until we moved a bit north to St Johns. I called them and asked if they would come this far from Ormond Beach and build us another pool. To our amazement and delight, they did! Praying no one else will ever have the experience which I have encountered over this past year and then it is suspicious that the pool is leaking and items that were agreed upon I was told by the wife "THEY ARE NOT GOING TO DO"....I had landscaping, irrigation and lighting maliciously destroyed; I tried to close my eyes to the mess and to wait patiently for Raszl to show up every couple of weeks. I have built structures for 50 years and this was the worse nightmare imaginable!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No human being needs to be treated like I was!!!!!!! I have called and left messages and sent emails but it seems like they are not going to be honorable!!!!!!!!!!! read more
