Very nice selection and friendly staff that were extremely helpful! There is much more than ski gear, it was amazing!

I bought some ski boots at the Outlet after a friend recommended them. I had a different fitter (the other no longer works there) and did not have a good experience. In the store it felt okay so I proceeded with the non-refundable purchase. After skiing a few days in Utah, I visited a boot fitter there who made the discovery that these are one complete size off! I don't know how any boot fitter worth his salt could allow this to happen. The entire reason to get ski boots in the first place is to get a custom fit so one can improve their skiing. Now I've got to sell these online for a steep discount and eat the couple hundred buck difference. Thanks for nothing! read more

I purchased running shoes from Saint Bernard. I wore them on a walk the next day and quickly realized there was no way I could run in them - the brand website told me the shoes run a 1/2 size small for runners, which was not mentioned by the store saleswoman. Most running shoe stores will allow you to exchange shoes that do not work - it's hard to know until you give them a test sometimes. Unfortunately, Saint Bernard will not let you return running shoes if they've been worn outside at all. Be warned that this is the policy. I will never purchase running shoes from here again - I'll stick with running stores or sites that provide a fit guarantee for at least a short period of time. Any runner knows it can be trial and error and walking a few steps in the store isn't always enough to test out shoes. read more

Finding a ski slope anywhere near Dallas? Impossible! Finding deals on winter and outdoor gear and apparel? Less of a challenge! St Bernard has locations throughout the D/FW but their outlet is the true gem! Located out near Love Field in the warehouse sprawl, the Outlet is a bit out of the way for most. Their massive warehouse shop has a huge selection of clearance and last-season apparel, shoes, and outdoor gear for both cold and warm weather. Best known for ski and snowboard apparel, they also have a great selection of hiking gear, swim suits, shoes, luggage, sweaters, and casual apparel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Bear has helped several times and he's very knowledgeable. My only negative perception is that some of their clearance ski apparel tends to be priced very high for an outlet. But like any outlet, it's all about the hunt for a bargain. St Bernard still is a high-end retailer so the brands they carry are top line. But wherever you may be driving from, it's worth the hike. Dallas is definitely not an outdoor mecca, especially for winter sports so it's nice to know for those of us who travel frequently, there's a place to find great gear. read more

Absolutely pathetic!!! My dad tried to return a pair of shorts and he was not informed they were non-refundable. When the female sales associate informed my dad of this of course he was slightly upset and disappointed and asked if he could exchange. She then said no and my dad was leaving when the male sales associate started off to my dad. My dad said "excuse me" and the sales associate removed his mask and began walking toward my dad yelling at him. As he came closer to my dad my dad asked him to put his mask on and he told my dad to "f*** off" and continued to approach my dad with the intent to start a physical altercation. My dad turned to walk away and the male sales associate followed my dad and the female sales associates yelled at the male sales associate to "get out" of the store. We couldn't believe this was actually happening. The sales associates at this location have always been condensing and have had terrible customer service whether you spend $10 or $1000 (my dad spent $600 during this most recent trip). Saint Bernard, get your customer service in check and make your pathetic and bullying employees wear their masks. We will NEVER shop at this place again and I'll continue to inform those who do of the male sales associate who should not be working there after this incident. read more

We feel taken care of as customers, and that our problem was 100% resolved to our utmost satisfaction. Travis is a class-act, and I appreciate you taking the time not just to listen to our problem, but to try and find an acceptable solution. You have earned 2 life-long customers today, and I will be sending everyone I know to you for all their ski-gear needs. Love the new location, and as always, the prices of the items I browsed while in the store were quite reasonable. And parking at the Shops at Park Lane are a DREAM with the multiple garages! I agree with the other reviews, the St. Bernard Outlet is not as "outlet-y" as the name Outlet implies. They do seem to have some sales at different times of year, but they carry a significant amount of full price gear. It seems to me like they give some merchandise an extra high original markup and then a discount, because some of the items are "on sale" but still seem expensive to me. read more

This place carries all of my favorite southern and trad clothing brands, but they also carry alpine ski gear (even though DFW is 500 miles from any slopes.) I just received the RUDEST "service" I have ever encountered. The owner followed me around the store and then ignored me when I asked a question about a product and then ignored me AGAIN. I really loved the small purse I found but the service was so atrocious, rude and RACIST that I will never go back! Although I did find a good deal on a pair of Burton gloves with liners at the St. Bernard's Sports Outlet, I'm afraid the outlet is a little overrated. True, you can find discounts, but the selection is extremely limited and picked over. The base layer section for women, for example, did not include a matching Small top and bottom in any of the brands. I mainly went there for a set of Small Hot Chillys, but all the outlet had was a messy collection of Large and X-Larges. One thing that was excellent was the customer service. The employee who helped me had extensive knowledge of all the products, and he helped me pick which pair of gloves were right for me. read more

If you like bargain prices on the very top names in outdoor apparel this is the place for you. They host a ski swap in November and big sales in the spring and fall. I got some awesome stuff half off... they even had some stuff 75% off. They even had Uggs and Smartwool socks on sale. Tons of kids apparel too. Of course, I still ended up forking over $250 for a new ski outfit... but, I wear the same one for about 10 years... so seems good to me! I'll be coming back in bathing suit season. read more

This outlet is hit or miss. If they have the overflow items in from their retail store then you can find some deals but during a lot of the year, it operates more as a normal store than an outlet. read more

Great customer service! I got a great pair of K2 ski boots and unfortunately the right boot hurt my foot. I had the boots fitted to try and fix the problem... didn't help. Decided to return them and Saint Bernard gave me a full refund for the boots! read more

They have great deals here. I am not sure what the program is, but I will be buying all of my snowboarding apparel here this season. I do not know how often they get new stuff in or anything, but everytime I go, I find good deals on stuff that I want. read more

I love this place. There are really good deals here. In women's clothing they have $10, $20 and under $50 racks. The items originally retailed from $90 to $200 or more. In the men's dept they mark $100 shirts down to $9.90 all the time. The deals are here. You just need to catch them like anywhere else. read more

I ordered a pair of flip flops from them and was supposed to receive them in (3) days but never received them. I had to follow up (2) weeks later and they could not explain anything about the order and just provided a refund. I would not recommend them! read more

This is my first Yelp review, mainly because most people find it easy to complain but don't find the time to rave. I'm here to rave. I have only been into St. Bernard Sports twice but I was so touched by the service that I received that it has become a favorite place! Travis, the manager was kind enough to help me out when I was carrying a sleeping baby which made me return. Again, I was with the baby and Laura offered to hold my baby while I tried things on. They went out of their way to find what I was looking for and have it shipped (and for free!). There aren't many stores that give you the local loyalty feeling anymore, and I really appreciate them. You guys rock! Can't wait to find an excuse to shop again! read more
