Went back to this service with an urgent last minute request for my passport documents and it was raining and late- I think they were closing in like five minutes and I was stuck in LA traffic and was 20 or so minutes late- and they didn't complain- they offered me a matcha tea, completed my service which their usual smile and accommodating professionalism, and I was so impressed.
