Cabinets and other appliances it's just too cheap, so it's easy to break. Washers and dryers here always broken. We have four washer and four dryers downstairs. In the first week, one washer is broken. Second week, 2 washers are broken, third week 3 washers are broken. ONLY ONE LEFT hahahaha. We suffered for a month before they fixed it. Everybody can't wash their clothes . First come first serve. Because of pandemic we can't use our Gym and Swimming ‍ pool. About Mailing room/ Luxerone the Ipad sometimes is not working hahaha We can't get our package . Report it at the office and they will fix it right away. You know what I love the most here is all of their employee they are all friendly. Rent are crazy here too. The first time my husband moved here $1,100, I moved here with him another $$$$ that was last 2017 now our rent $1,600 plus(2020) probably next year it goes up again. I am thankful we don't have pets yet or else for a 1 small bedroom apartment without washer and dryer it will cost us $2k plus. About our neighbors We can hear them all the time. The sound of the sink, the pounding, the vacuum. Every night you can hear them snoring . We can hear them arguing. We can hear them talking. Everything you can hear it. That's awful specially I am taking online classes. I am thankful we don't live on the first floor or second floor or else we can hear their foot step also lmao . For the past several months, residents of both Building I and Building H (the building directly…read moreacross from it) have been dealing with recurring noise problems caused by a family that recently moved into Building I. Several neighbors have contacted the security company, and the police have also responded on at least one occasion. While the overall volume may have decreased somewhat, the loud shouting, laughter, and frequent gatherings continue. It often feels as though normal conversations are being carried out at an unnecessarily loud volume. The group regularly invites friends over, and the disturbances continue to affect nearby residents. On the night of July 29, security responded to another complaint. However, despite their presence, the gathering in the parking lot continued until around 11:00 p.m. or later, with music being played intermittently. How much longer are the residents of Buildings I and H expected to live with this ongoing disruption? Management's response that "there is nothing we can do before 10:00 p.m." does not seem appropriate. Residents deserve the reasonable enjoyment of their homes throughout the day and evening, not only after 10:00 p.m. When excessive noise repeatedly interferes with daily life, it should not simply be dismissed because it occurs before quiet hours. Is calling the police the only option left? It also feels as though the security company no longer treats these repeated complaints with the seriousness they deserve. I sincerely hope management will take meaningful action to address this ongoing issue so that all residents can peacefully enjoy their homes.

We got a new manager last Fall, and Jessica has been such an added bonus. We love working with her, and hope she stays for a very long time. She's responsive when we need anything, and she always seems to have the residents' best interests in mind. The other staff person, our maintenance man, Polo, is great too. He always knows how to fix things when anything comes up, and does it with a smile. I just wanted to write that things just keep getting better here at Bentley House. His proactive approach ensured that we could apply, sign the lease quickly, and pick up the keys in just three days. Throughout the move-in process, Nick was informative and consistently available to address our questions and concerns, making the transition smooth and stress-free. While all the apartments are small they are clean and have community areas featuring a full kitchen, a laundry facility, an outdoor patio, and a recreation room.

I still give this place a low rating though as pricing has only gotten worse, laundry sharing still sucks if not worse (CLEAN OUT YO DAMN NASTY LINT GUYS AND STOP TOUCHING MY LAUNDRY AFTER IT BEING DONE NO LESS THAN 5 MINUTES AGO), marijuana stank is still heavy, and LOUD neighbors still. My rent is "base" about $1,350 but after utilities and whatnot it's almost $1,600...YIKES for a low income apartment. I blame part newly shared State Farm down stairs (which by the way has been there for about 6 months and I've only seen people in there JUST LIKE TWICE?) Why is it even there??) To briefly mention, I have considered roommates but it didn't work out in my time frame at the time. Kitchen sink was clogged bad right after moving in , they cane.to fix it and the next day clogged again. Put in a work order 5 days ago .. still no esponse . Can't use dishwasher or kitchen sink for rear of flooding. Cupboard shelves not put in correctly and are falling . Sliding closet Doors were not installed correctly and are very uneven and hard to use. Toilet was awful so they replaced that, however they didn't shim it on an unlevel floor and bow it rocks , which I let them know can cause the wax ring to fail , resulting in major damage for people below me. Still waiting to hear back from that. They use awful electric outlets and covers making plugs fall out or just not work when plugged in... The garbage does get maintained on weekdays but from friday to monday its an absolute nightmare... everyone just tosses their garbage on the ground... i cant totally blame the apartment co. For that. I have also heard multiple times that the pool is rarely open in the summer time ...but who knows , it might get better.

Oh did I mention they closed me out of my own account so I can't see where these charges they are billing me is coming from. With no explanation and no response, this is the last impression this apartment wants to leave with you, unfairly without explanation, and makes you sign NDA so you can't say or talk about the bad things that happened to me, they snuck that into my lease break, without knowledge. ALL HEARTS COME HOME…read more We recently downsized again and took an apartment at the new Tria in Newcastle. I would like to take credit for this stroke of genius but I'm pretty sure it was good fortune or karma. On my initial visit to Tria I was greeted warmly by Quyen and although I did not have an appointment she gladly sat down with me. Quyen was warm friendly comforting (moving is stressful) and knowledgeable. She has since moved on to another Pinnacle property and is a valuable asset. Next visit I'm greeted by a good 'ole "hi ya'll" with a Texas accent...enter Tami. Tami took over and quided us easily through the rental process. She's lively fun efficient welcoming and has dog biscuits for our Bella...they're best friends now. Their leader April also a Texan and a new associate Emily fill in the blanks provide continuance service so that the application process and move in are seemless...cudos. Folks welcome to Newcastle and to Tria you are in the right little city (here 20 years) and in the absolute best hands and homes. While are movers (Redmond Movers) are doing a fabulous job a of getting our new home set up, we head to our first Wind Down Wednesday. WDW is a meet and greet for residents complete with beer wine and delicious varying food treats all provided by Tria and hosted by Tami or another of our new family. Did I mention the complimentary pop corn machine? Then up to their roof garden overlooking Newcastle and Mt. Rainer complete with party lights comfy chairs and loungers fire pit Weber grill and two big screen out door televisions. GO SEAHAWKS! Our new home is filled with folks from all over the world...love the diversity. We have athletes teachers students kids dogs cats and peeps from T Mobile Alaska Airlines Amazon and Microsoft. We have a parcel delivery locker system great security Newcastle PD next door and Justin the fabulous friendly helpful building engineer. Their is indoor parking on two levels as well as outdoor (not much guest parking). The warm friendly Tria team goes out of their way to take great care of you and will exceed your expectations...promise. I'm happy comfortable and it feels like home to me. I have been a resident of CityWatch apartments for over seven years, and while the location is…read morefantastic--within walking distance of grocery stores and the Alaska Junction, with reasonable rent for the area--the recent decline in the overall quality has prompted us to leave CityWatch and share my experience here. Unfortunately, the current state of the apartment, under the management of Mario, is no longer suitable for families, especially those with children. One of the significant issues is the decline in air quality due to residents smoking cigarettes and weed indoors, which not only violates the lease agreement but is also against local laws for multifamily rental apartments. As the manager, Mario has the authority to enforce no-smoking rules, but he seems unwilling or unable to put in the effort to address this issue. Rather than tackling the problem, Mario resorts to placing blame on tenants who raise concerns, going as far as suggesting that multi-family living is not suitable for them and even advising them to consider moving out. This was particularly disheartening, especially given the contrast with the previous manager, Piia. When I reported three separate instances of indoor smoking to her, she responded promptly and handled each case professionally. As a testament to her effectiveness, all three residents ceased smoking indoors immediately and permanently. Several residents have expressed concerns about Mario's inaction against indoor smoking, and his explanations included not being able to identify the source, not being able to inspect homes, denial of any detectable odor, or simply disregarding the complaints, are unsettling. Despite numerous complaints and even escalation to the management company, he insisted that there was no indoor smoking occurring. While denying the existence of indoor smoking and attributing the smell to lingering odors on residents' clothes from smoking outdoors, Mario started using air fresheners exclusively in residential hallways. There are no air fresheners in main hallways, staircases, and elevators--areas one must go through before reaching residential hallways. This is a clear indication that the odor is originating from indoor smoking, rather than lingering smells from outdoor smoking. The decline in cleanliness extends to the common residential areas. Unlike the previous management and maintenance team, Mario and his team neglect to clean residential hallways. The marks and stains from trash and dog waste stay on hallways for months. Prospective tenants should be aware of the building's age and insulation issues. Cold air and smoke smells can seep in through outlets, expect higher electric bills and no way to block the smell coming to your units. During apartment tours, I recommend checking random floors, as well as the trash rooms and recycling areas in the garage, to get a comprehensive understanding of the living conditions at CityWatch. Ask to visit hallways at different hours of day and on different days of the week. While CityWatch apartments boast a convenient location and reasonable rent, the decline in quality under the current management, particularly regarding indoor smoking and cleanliness, is a significant drawback for families and long-term residents like myself.
