It took only 3 days from apartment search to move in. We are also happy with the convenient location, Safeway and restaurants around, as well as the apartment itself - large, new (built in 2013) with a lot of facilities like gyms and pools.

You can can easily walk to the movie theater, Safeway, Mod Pizza, and Mud Bay. You can also catch the bus close by, catch an Uber in under 10 minutes every time, or book a Metro Flex car. From the moment I moved in, I have been consistently impressed by the level of service and the welcoming atmosphere that defines this place. I've lived at a lot of other apartments but always felt most of the staff didn't care who you were. We feel like they care at this property. The amenities are top-notch. The pool is one of the nicest apartment pools I've ever been in. They keep the water and the surrounding poolside areas impressively clean. There's even a little sundeck off the back side of the pool. It's been nice during the summer to sit in the sun and just chat with other mom friend neighbors. They also keep this property very clean and they maintain the grounds consistently. So consistently that I know exactly which day of the week the leaf blowers are coming. To be honest, my only complaint about the property is the leafblower noise. Lol. I know they're just trying to keep this place looking beautiful though. I'd much rather have a little noise for one morning per week than live on a dumpy, run down property. My guests are always impressed at how nice the plants, flowers, and trees are here. The apartments are large and have some of the best up-to-date interiors. There are so many units on this property but you never feel "boxed in" at all. What truly sets this community apart though are the people who keep it running, particularly Lili. Lili's attention to detail is evident in every aspect of her work. She goes above and beyond to ensure that people's needs here are met promptly and efficiently. Whenever I've had a question, I've been able to contact her and she never treats me like I'm a burden, no matter how inane my question is. She's prompt at emailing and calling you back too. There's a newer woman working in the office, Kaylee (I hope I'm spelling her name correctly) and she's been very kind and professional every time I've had to drop off paperwork or stop in to ask someone in the office when the rooftop deck is open (because I love it up there but I always forget when it's open...) I really like the office and maintenance staff here. They all give the sense that they care about the people in the community. If you see any of them out on the property, they always say hi. You don't get treated like you're "just another resident". Most other apartment "communities" I've lived in didn't seem very community-like. People wouldn't stay long and you never knew your neighbors. This place is different in that people stay here for years. You don't feel like you're living in a cookie-cutter apartment building. It truly is homey here.

The apartment was quite beautiful, high ceilings that could handle our rather large artwork, and a walk-in closet in the master. THe master bedrooms here (at least in the 2x2's) was the biggest on the East Side for less than $2500 a month. We also had beautiful trees to look at and several hummingbirds that kept us company all year. We moved in and less than three weeks later my senior dog passed away from old age, and I requested my dog deposit back and for them to come inspect for any pet damage. The management refused, and I was just so upset at the time I didn't fight it - I wish I had but such is life. We never used the workout room or the theater room but they're pretty nice. We did use the pool over the summer a couple of times, but naturally it was pretty full of children for the most part so we didn't go too often. There are a ton of families at the complex so expect lots of noise from kids. The parking wasn't a big issue, but the covered spaces are tight meaning that if your neighbor has a big car, you can't get yours into the spot. We never had a problem finding uncovered parking though. We had two complaints living here, one was the trash situation. They force you to do a Valet trash pickup which is convenient, but it results in rats. Big ones. Everywhere. So they had us turn the trash cans upside down if they weren't full. Didn't help, but we never had any issues inside our house because we're on the third floor. The second is the Dog park down in the Townhouses - I don't think anyone that lives there knows how to pick up their own dog's poo. No fault of management, just lazy dog owners. Rent is higher than in Klahanie a ways back up the road, but this location was so dang convenient we didn't care much. Less than 5 minutes to Fred Meyer or Safeway, and about 8 minutes to Costco. Super easy to get into the city from I-90 too. We moved into a house so we left, but if I had to be in an apartment again, we would likely come back to the Timbers. Bonus points if you like to be outdoors in the summer, it's ridiculously easy to get to Snoqualmie and all the outdoor activities up the Pass from here!

I called and the lady said she's emailing her boss to submit it and it should take another few weeks to get the check. I NEVER EVEN LIVED HERE ‍.
