Mothers Day 2017 i bought my mother,sister and mother n law the cakes. They LOVED them! The cakes were delicious and moist(lemon,strawberry,carrot) I ordered online a week in advance. When i arrived the line was out the door but to my surprise it was not the line for preorders. Management had a game plan. There was a line for preorders and it was fast and effective. We needed a last minute cake for my dad and since I'm not from the area this was the only place that I knew had ready made cakes. This was also my first experience with this chain so I was a little confused at first. When I got there I was told of the flavors that were available for the day but I wasn't able to sample any of them except for the lemon flavor. I ended up buying the 10 in. white chocolate raspberry cake but before I did I asked her if there was any way for me to sample it. She recommended that I eat all of the lemon samples then she would be able to bring out samples for me to try. I literally just stared at her with a blank face. Moving on... Next I told them that I wanted to add the decorations but they said that I needed to have placed the order 24 hours in advance. I panicked for a moment because I could not show up with a plain cake for my Father's birthday. After 10 minutes of me not knowing what to do I asked to purchase the actual decorations. The cashier asked her manager and she agreed. I got home and in 10 seconds I was able to place the decorations on the cake. I know that they have a lot of orders but it literally took no time and didn't understand why they couldn't have done it themselves. They are the best Bakery in town. The Bundlet is so moist and has just enough icing on top which allows the combination to melt in your mouth lol. I picked up a cake and it looks horrible. When I received the cake the plastic was open. I then asked for a box and apparently they don't have boxes large enough for decorated cakes. The cake was rewrapped but then the person didn't even consider that they smashed the icing on one side. I will never return to this location. I may as well purchased cupcakes from Walmart. If this cake tastes as bad as it looks, my family is in a world of trouble. read more

It's always fresh and sinfully delicious. If you need something special, even a mini wrapped for a gift and you're in a hurry- call ahead- even if in route. That's the only delay I've experienced. Sinfully delicious. I had red velvet. Top seller is lemon. Fast service. Not too costly and worth every penny. They have a website and take online orders. On this visit I had an email for a free birthday treat. They usually have samples out. My son had chocolate chocolate chip, he said it was good, and requested a repeat visit on the next holiday or birthday, whichever comes first. Lol read more

Coworkers and I came in to pick up some birthday treats during lunch, and we were greeted with big smiles from the staff. Who can be angry when working or shopping at a bakery?? The shop is clean, bright, and open. I quickly spotted some free samples of their lemon cake, which was freaking AMAZING. So moist and not too sweet. Cakes are great but store hours need work. Close Saturdays at 6pm and not even open on Sunday at all.

Lemon is super moist. Hubby fav is red velvet; you can get extra icing for 50 cents more. Chocolate chocolate chip is amazing & I'm not a huge fan of chocolate cake. Until I tried the White white chocolate. Delish!! Service is great; fast, friendly & professional. Cakes last several days in fridge too. They're still fresh after 2-3 days. 20 seconds in microwave and oh la la. LOL read more

Called ordered cake for daughters birthday pre-paid and picked up the cake very nicely presented complete with Birthday decorations, she was able to fly her cake home to NYC, personally not a fan of cream cheese but their topping is so good. Hard to believe they opened in Cedar Hill, glad a couple if higher end places coming here. read more

Although they are new. They have been open long enough to project sales at this point. It's always a hit or miss regarding what flavors they have. I have never been to a location where they didn't have all flavors. They will tell you they sold out of a flavor at NOON!!!! How could that be? And then not advise if they will have the flavor the next day. Just to inconsistent for me. On a positive the cake is good. I would just rather they have what I come for. read more

This store has gotten 2 of the last 4 orders wrong that I have purchased. Check your order because the customer service is unsatisfactory. They didn't replace it when they put the wrong flavor than what we ordered. They're so busy, they don't have good customer service. read more

OMG!!!! So so so good! Being honest I did not think the cakes would taste as good as it did.
