Today I place an $80 order for pick up at 5pm. I come to pick up the already boxes and bagged cakes with my 8 week old puppy. I was immediately told I could not enter the store because the pup that was in my arms wasn't allowed in. All your products are behind glass and there in no inside dining. You are beside a pet supply store. Puppies can not be left in a hot cat. Nowhere is it posted on your door, website or FB Page that you are no allowed to enter with your dog. My company which is across from the airport on Derita spends an exuberant amount of money at this location for employee birthdays, business luncheons and corporate lunch-and-learns. We will no longer use this location and will go further into Charlotte for our cake needs. read more

My favorite is the lemon and second is the white chocolate raspberry. If you have a sweet tooth and looking to dive into something moist and tantalizing then you've come to the right place. I personally prefer the little bundts to the huge ones because they are perfect for one but I've taken one to a cookout and it did well too. read more

My nephew has had to reschedule his wedding twice due to the Corona virus. We live in California but from visiting him in NC knew both he and his fiancee love these cakes. I called the store & the owner really went out of her way to help us recognize my nephew's 2nd missed wedding day. Great Bundt Cakes. My favorite is the white chocolate raspberry but the lemon and red velvet are both good too. You can buy Bundt cakes in different sizes, a regular sized to feed 10-12 people, a bundtlet that feeds 2-4 people and bundtini, a personal bundt. They have some rotating seasonal flavors too. Ordered the Pumpkin Spice cake for my daughter's 27th b-day. (The night before) it was ready on time and delicious!!!

Glad there's now a second spot to get these delicious cakes, but this location leaves a lot to be desired. Service is slow and they often refuse to open the second register, even when the line is out the door. I recently bought a marble, which seemed to be made incorrectly. It was basically all yellow cake, with a thick layer of chocolate at the bottom. I much prefer the service at the Birkdale location, and will brave the traffic in that area, rather than return to this Concord store. read more

I love Nothing Bundt Cakes, but I will never go back to this location. I went in just to get a bundlet and was told something was happening with my card and it wouldn't print the receipt. The woman at the cash register told me to check my bank account to see if it went through. I showed her my app on my phone to say it was pending. She said okay, can I ring it in and I'll give you a free bundlet? I told her that was fine. Something felt off about it, but I just wanted to get it over with it. She ended up saying my card wasn't working because it is a debit card and not a credit card. I have been to Nothing Bundt Cakes several times and was even considering using them for my wedding and have never had a problem using my card. The woman then told me there was nothing she could do and wrote down my debit card number (including my security code and expiration) on a receipt. She then told me she would handle it and didn't even give me a bundlet. I told her I felt uncomfortable with her having my card information. She then told me in a rude voice that she's the owner and she wouldn't use my card. I told her that I can handle it, because it's only a $10 ordeal and I don't want them to have my info. She was very argumentative about giving me back my information. She said She would just throw it away and crinkled up the paper. I demanded to have my info back. She finally gave me the receipt after about 5 minutes of arguing with me about MY card info. I do not understand why she needed my card information as they charged my account and didn't even give me a Bundt cake. Unacceptable behavior from an owner of a business. I recommend going to another location. read more

New location but horrible customer service! Purchased cakes for Christmas and they were hard as if left out??? Not fresh at all

These little cakes are amazing! Sooo moist and flavorful. Lemon is probably my favorite. Wish they had a little less icing but that's just my personal preference. I'm truly only writing this review to express my disappointment over the peanut butter chocolate cake. It barely tastes like peanut butter at all and maybe had two chocolate chips in the entire cake. Totally missed the mark on this one. Just plain awful. Everything else is great! read more

Went by this place tonight right after closing. Lady was rude and rolled her eyes when I asked to buy a cake. Seriously! You are a new business and you turn people away! Also you sell desserts! Nobody is buying cake at 9am. You should definitely adjust your hours. Good luck being successful working 9am-7pm. read more

First off I am extremely impressed by the Nothing Bundt Cakes! I am a bride-to-be so planning a wedding I work with a bunch of vendors trying to find the best fit for our wedding. Unfortunately, most of the vendors take weeks to email me back or never answer the phone or give me short answers when I have loads of questions. I emailed Nothing Bundt Cakes and they emailed me back that day with a whole long email answering every single question I had and really blew me away because working with other vendors I was not use to such a quick response! They also have been willing to work with our budget! This was more than I ever expected from them because I understand the importance as a business to keep your price points at a certain number but they truly worked with me to where it could fit our budget for our wedding! I wholeheartedly am thankful for businesses like them who truly care about their customer service! I feel like they truly care about me and my wedding even though I've never met them!
