Absolutely the worst experience last night at this location. Ordered online for 11:30 am pick up. Didn't pick up until right before party at 6:30 pm. Nobody else was in the store. I waited over 20 minutes for my order. I was patient at first until both female workers, one named Ellie and the other tall and thin with glasses. I asked Ellie about my order and why it was taking so long and she asked me what I ordered and I told her I ordered bundtinis and she asked if I ordered toppers and I said yes And asked what type of toppers and I told her I wasn't sure which ones I ended up going with, but that my order should be the one that they are working on in the back if she could look it up under my name. She continued to tell me that I need to be more specific in describing my order to her. Nobody ever apologized for the wait or gave me any type of inclination that it was being worked on. Later, Ellie came back out, still empty-handed without my order at this time. There was a customer coming in, but I was in the middle of a conversation with her patiently telling her that I had never waited this long and I don't understand what was going on, and she blatantly ignored me and talked to over me helping the other customer. Finally, the tall, thin gal with glasses came out empty-handed without my order, and I asked her about it too, and if I could speak to a manager, I waited about five more minutes and the manager came out again. I'm the only one in the store so I asked her what the manager's name was so I could contact him later so that I could get to my party on time. She looked at me very rudely and said which managers name do you want? The one who's here right now? And I looked at her and said don't you think that would be the most beneficial manager to talk to me since he's here witnessing this issue? Both of these girls had very entitled attitudes or extremely disrespectful to me and have no idea how to handle customer service. Very disappointing. read more

This little shop is on the corner of Preston St. The parking is kinda hard because you have a lot of people whipping in and out, I think it might just be the season. Inside the shop it's so cutely decorated! There little gifts you can buy also inside. Both of the girls working were vary helpful and sweet. Perhaps someday bundt cakes will be the new craze and dominate every street corner in America (see fro-yo massacre), but for now you can beat the crowds and be the trend-setter. Hooray! We opted for a couple of the mini-bundts for our first trip here. The options are a little limited and a lot of the flavors seemed pretty similar, but we went with the "White Chocolate Cranberry" and "Cinnamon Swirl." In short, I was really surprised how good these things were. The cake itself was moist and flavorful, without being too crumbly. The texture seemed more similar to a muffin than a traditional cake. But the crown jewel was the spectacular frosting. It's a sweet cream cheese frosting that perfectly compliments the cake. If I had any complaints it would be that the mini-bundts don't seem to have enough frosting, and the larger cakes seem to have a better cake:frosting ratio. We sampled the Lemon while in the store and that was the best of all. Definitely getting the lemon next time we go in. And they have Red Velvet...I know how you people like your red velvet.
