Came in for the limited time peach cobbler cause it was really good the first time. I didn't get it from this location but I happened to be close to this one today. Got the cake cold. Went back in to try and get a new one and they told me there isn't any that's not cold. I could've swore cake is baked. Not frozen. Also who doesn't have utensils. Disappointed I was told to leave it on the counter for 45 mins. I shouldn't have to do that. read more

Growing up I never particularly cared for cake but Nothing Bundt Cake takes the cake! All pun intended lol. This place has the most moist mouth watering cakes in all Chicagoland. The cream cheese frosting taste so divine. The service is always welcoming and polite and I've been to 4 or 5 locations. They also have punch cards so after 12 cakes you get one free. OK, so this place is awesome! There are four different sizes, 11 different flavors, unlimited combinations. The tiny size is only sold in increments of 12, and the size up, is the perfect size to share. We are new to the neighborhood, and came by to buy cakes for our local emergency services workers. They are so underappreciated. We ended up spending $200, but it was absolutely worth it. I first fell in love with them when living in Southern California, and the bakery near me in Kennesaw, GA helps spread the love to the teachers in my building with their variety of bundtinis. I knew what I was getting in to, but in this time of Shelter In Place, I wasn't sure if they could be there for me, but this location gave me everything that I needed and then some! I was out in the Chicago suburbs and sheltering in place at my parents' house, and I wanted to do something special for my mom's 75th, so I called them up and ordered 60 red velvet bundtlets. I ordered them on Wednesday to pick up first thing on Saturday so that I could have them passed out to her drive by party goers. I got there as soon as they opened and they were ready to roll. They boxed up 12 per box to make them easier to transport, and made them all pretty inside the boxes with tissue paper so they were nice to just open and have people grab as they drove by. She offered to give me the bundlets I originally ordered or a discount on a cake in the amount of the bundlets. Not anything more for the inconvenience. Even after I stressed to her that I don't live close to NBC. I wouldn't refer anyone to this location. NBC needs to do better as they aren't inexpensive. We came to this location for our wedding cake and bundtinis for our 8/31 wedding. Pricing was a little cheaper than a professional wedding cake (one that is not too extravagant). The price was one thing that pushed us in this direction. The other thing as that these cakes are way more delicious than typical dry wedding cake with fondant. The only reason I am giving this 3 stars instead of 5 is because I am really disappointed in the service, the bundts though are amazing. I walked in, purchased 5 bundts and noticed that they had severe condensation on the inside of them. I asked for a different one as I didn't want the condensation to increase (since I wasn't eating right away) and therefore make my bundt soggy. I was then told I should choose a different one as they are all like that. I am looking straight at them in the cooler and they do not have any trace of condensation. She then gives me another that has even more condensation than the first. Why would I want that? They were visibly frustrated that I asked for a different one and that was a major turn off. I just said forget it and took the wet bundts. News flash, no one wants a soppy cake and if you have condensation on the inside, you should probably do things a little different. I buy these ALL THE TIME from the Naperville store and I have never seen condensation on any of them. I will not be coming back here and I will also be posting my experience on Next Door Neighbor. Darnell (or something similar to that) didn't apologize or even attempt to look at the ones I asked to have, seemed like she just wanted to get me out of there. So disappointed. read more

They recently changed their bundlets from having thick lines of frosting to much thinner lines. The result is much less frosting, so what was a great, decadent dessert is now very ordinary. I used to buy 1 or 2 every week, but now that they are "meh," I have better desserts I like, and I'll go get those instead. It will be interesting how much their revenue will be impacted. Excellent customer service. I called this Nothing Bundt Cakes to have a birthday cake delivered to my sister. Despite the fact that I had missed the window to place an order for delivery that day, the young woman I spoke to on the phone offered to ask her manager/supervisor who agreed to deliver the cake. I believe she delivered it personally. She even called both my sister and I when she dropped it off at the house to make sure the cake was well received and stored.
