An acquaintance walked by with a Dubai chocolate bundtette and raved about All About Bundt Cakes. They recommended the banana pudding and the Dubai chocolate. I hadn't been before, so I looked at their menu online which was helpful. My husband and I stopped by and decided on the carrot cake and banana pudding bundtettes. They were delightful, and with the richness, it was easy to share and enjoy over a couple of days. We favored the banana pudding cake- moist, perfectly balanced between cake:pudding:frosting. The cute nilla wafer on top was a nice touch and brought some nostalgia. The bakery has a small store front and friendly customer service. I can't say enough good things about Nothing Bundt Cakes! Their cakes are always a part of any celebration my family has, and THEY HAVE GLUTEN FREE CAKES THAT ACTUALLY TASTE AMAZING. If you're gluten free, you've got to try this place!! If I remember correctly they also have dairy free cakes, it's been a while so I forget. Ordered a strawberries and cream 8" cake online for my kids birthday. My issue was not the delicious cake but rather the costs involved. It's not a large cake for $32.78. That's my first problem. The second is that there is a fee listed online that makes it seem like you pay for their website. The price of the cake should include any extraneous costs and all inclusive not charges a la cart. I don't think it's possible to go wrong with Nothing Bundt Cakes. The cakes always look and taste amazing. The flavors are all always a hit and the consistency is absolute perfection. I'm a huge fan of ordering the Bundtlets - my go-to flavors are: red velvet and gluten free chocolate chip. The GF ones are great because they really don't taste any different than the others. When I came into this location the other day, I was stoked to see that they offered a new GF flavor - lemon raspberry. Man oh man was it also delicious! The store itself is very cute with the usual gifts/small kitchen items. The staff were very pleasant to interact with as well. read more

Walked in looking for possibly something sweet and who knew that the three small cakes we left with would pale in comparison to the owner. She was like a bit of sunshine. Thank you to the gentleman who helped me. Last week. He asked me what the occasion was for me purchasing the bundt cake. The owners were very accommodating of my needs--I live a bit outside of their normal delivery range but they were willing to still deliver if I paid a little bit extra. Also, the cake was extremely tasty and moist with delightful decorations on top (I ordered the pecan praline). truly disappointed. point blank. extremely condescending, rude and disrespectful business owner. i had the absolute worst experience i have ever had in any business. my family and i have been very loyal to this bakery for many years but unfortunately will not be returning after today. i was treated as if i committed the worst crime by presenting my "12 free bundlets" card that i received at the stores grand opening. i am a very busy nurse and student nurse practitioner and have not been able to go every month consecutively since the store opened, so the business has been very nice to punch out whichever month i am able to be there, even if out of order. i have been going to the store whenever i can and today the owner totally blasted me with saying the card was expired (it has no expiration date) and made me feel like i was manipulating staff into honoring this card for me. he said things like "did you actually wait in line for our grand opening!?" making it seem like the card was a scam. he went on to say "i really have not seen you much in the store to be honest!" which i have no idea what he was trying to imply but it wasn't anything good. he proceeded to take my card and say that he would only honor one more free bundlet, even though the card that has no expiration on it, had several free cakes left. again, will not be returning after this very bad interaction with the owner. read more

"I can't say enough about how unprofessional and rude the owner John at the Fort Collins Nothing Bundt Cakes store was when I called today! I ordered mini cakes online with a 3pm pick-up time.  The email confirmation that I received said the pick-up time was at 3pm and nothing indicated that we should come Early or that the store Closes AT 3PM that day.  The person who went to pick-up the cakes arrived 5 min passed 3pm and the doors were locked and did not see anyone inside, so he left.  We did not have a birthday cake on this birthday which needless to say was very disappointing. I was very hopeful that the owner would try to make things right but he simply said it was our fault that we were late.  I suggested that they not have a 3pm pick-up time if the store closes at 3pm. Even offering to give a free Buntlet cake next time they came into the store would have softened the sting. John tried to explain to me how we were wrong and it was our fault. He told me they should have arrived BEFORE 3pm to pick-up the cakes and proceeded to tell me he was busy and to call him another day and HUNG UP the phone! Don't get me wrong  - these cakes are extremely YUMMY- that is the only reason I am not giving them ONE STAR. We order cakes from NBC all the time and have told many clients about these cakes, who now order them also. 3/13/2020 I just tried to order a birthday cake and balloons, etc for my grandson. I live in Texas and this Nothing Bundt Cakes in Fort Collins is the closest to my daughter's house in Loveland (10 miles). They refused to deliver the items for me even though the original person I spoke with stated that they made exceptions occasionally and delivered to Loveland. I had also agreed to a $30-$40 delivery fee. Thanks Jill (evidently the owner/manager) for your thoughtful disposal of my request. I guess grandparents aren't special in Colorado! read more

Their cakes are great but the customer service is even better! I called because my daughter is at school in FOCO and was having a really bad day. I called in the evening and found out that they only deliver during the day. After speaking with Jill and trying to figure out a daytime delivery, she volunteered to deliver it on her way home the same evening. My adult children absolutely positively love this place so much so that they couldn't wait to share it with me. (And that's why I gave it 5 stars. I'm truly out numbered here.) The cake I sampled and purchased was moist and good, but honestly, I don't understand what they're so excited about. I love to bake myself, and the bundt cake tasted a whole lot like what I make for just a few dollars. And yes I use fresh ingredients including real butter and cream cheese.
