This store and the staff couldn't be more amazing! I made the mistake of placing my Mother's Day order for May 15, OOPS, and they still accommodated my pre-order! I sent my boyfriend into pick up the cake (not knowing I placed it for a week AFTER Mother's Day) and he came back to the car empty handed letting me know I made the mistake but that they would still be able to help us even though they were extremely busy, lines out the door and all. I walked up and was approached by a lady named Cara. She was so friendly and willing to help. Anyway, she walked me into the store and let me choose cakes to replace my order along with an additional cake that I chose to purchase for someone else. When you need that special dessert for a special holiday, pick it up two days ahead of time. Yes, tomorrow is Mother's day, but I did preorder just like the other 75 people standing around for their 10am pickup. Others had already been there over an hour waiting. The management should be embarrassed by the total lack of organization. TWO HOURS waiting around the parking lot. Thanks to Starbucks for bringing out glasses of water to the lines of people! The employees were frustrated and kept changing directions they gave us. First text your name and number to an overwhelmed phone and we will bring it to you. They changed it to let me take your name and we will yell out. We progressed to wait in your car and we will text you, maybe. Then the fastest may be waiting in the line over there. That is where I ended up. I do like the cake. Five stars for flavor Three stars for the exasperated employees Negative star for management - shame on you! I am absolutely in LOVE with Nothing Bundt Cakes. When I went, the lady at the counter was super nice, helpful, and extremely friendly. You could tell that she loved Nothing Bundt Cakes as I (and my friend) were about to! She let us sample and also provided her own suggestions - which were on point with our taste buds! The ONLY reason I gave Nothing Bundt Cakes a 4 out of 5 stars is nothing to do with this location, but the product. Don't get the mini's - they are a great taste/product sampler, but they compare NOTHING to the bundt cake themselves. I haven't had the large in and charge cake, but the mediums, are delicious and greatly priced. My favorite - butter pecan. YUM! read more

I've had this bookmarked for a while & a friend had told be about how delicious their cakes are. I sent my husband & he read off a list of flavors for me over the phone, me thinking they are little tiny things I had him get me 3. I couldn't believe how HUGE these were! It took me days to finish 1! If I remember correctly they were $4 a piece which isn't bad considering most cupcakes are around that price & their bundt cakes were much larger. I tried Lemon, White Chocolate Raspberry & Pecan Praline. They were all amazing but the Pecan Praline really stood out. Very moist cake & delicious cream cheese icing. YUM! read more

Tonight my good friend had her baby boy at Thunderbird Hospital. I live across the country so I am unable to visit her at the hospital and by the time I found out the great news, the hosptial gift shop was already closed for the day. After some consideration, I decided that a new mom would appreciate cake over flowers anyway! Since it was starting to get late, I called Nothing Bundt Cakes not expecting much. It was around 45 minutes to closing time and the employee I got on the phone was amazing - she helped me pick out the perfect little gift to have delivered first thing the next morning. After we hung up I was very pleased with the service; however, I got a call back from the employee 5 minutes later to let me know that it had slipped her mind that the store was closed tomorrow and they no longer would be able to deliver! I was so bummed and at a loss as to what to do next. Without skipping a beat (or me even asking), she put me on hold to ask the manager if they could still deliver tonight despite closing soon. A few minutes later, she got back on the phone and said they would still do it! I was beyond thrilled! What incredible, caring, compassionate service. I so wish I could be there to visit my friend with her new bundle of joy but the kindness showed to us by the Nothing Bundt Cakes employees sincerely went ABOVE AND BEYOND. I have had these at various times at Yelp Elite events and they really are the best. I was very impressed at work this week when I found six boxes in the teachers lounge. They donated them for the teachers at my school. Along with that, they gave each of us a free Bundlette coupon. I was pretty floored by their generosity since I know they are not inexpensive cakes. I stopped by today to thank them and cash in my Bundlett coupon. The service I received by the delightful ladies was beyond amazing. The first time that I've tried Bundt cakes was when I attended a bridal shower a couple of years ago. I didn't like the chocolate cake because it was too sweet for me. I guess it just depends on a person. Today, I had the opportunity to try it again, my boss gave me a pecan praline bundtini. Omg! It was so good! My mouth is watering, just thinking of it. So after work, I went straight to the store. When I got there, I tried pumpkin spice at the sample station. To be honest, I don't like pumpkin but I'm starting to like it now. The lady who helped me was nice, she told me to stick around for the white chocolate raspberry samples. I can't help it. The cakes are really moist and the icing is not too sweet this time. I wanna go back and try the red velvet. I bought 4! Lemon, marble, pumpkin spice (which is available until thanksgiving) and my favorite, pecan praline. First time trying this cake place. Family in California said it was very good over there and of course we were desperate for a nice cake. Let me start with the cleanliness of the place it was a definite wow! It was spotless and it smelled amazing. Next is the amazing staff the girls working Saturday were super helpful and extra friendly, Very lovely gals and knowledgeable. I stopped by this week by accident, on the way to an appointment. The store was so pleasant, clean and well lit. I couldn't get much as it was really hot outside, so I bought a lemon-raspberry bundtlette (sp) to take home - it was delicious. My dad had them cater dessert for his wedding, I believe it was the Chocolate Chip and White Chocolate cake flavors, and what a beautiful display they set up for him and his new Bride! Great cakes terrible customer service. Purchased dozen of cakes and rcvd 1 free. They wanted to put 13 cakes in paper lunch bag when I asked for a box as they were a gift. Was told we rcvd 1 free okayyyy after paying 50 for cakes I think a box was not to much to ask for. When the owner manager came out he had a terrible attitude and pointed at the menu and asked if I read it? I stated it's verrrry tacky and tasteless to buy 50 in cake and bring them in a paper bag. I think he can learn customer service. Too bad he does not have any. I guess that's why the cashier had a terrible attitude as well! read more

The first time I heard of Nothing bundt cake was when I went to a Yelp event and they were a vendor offering free samples. I tasted the lemon bundt that time and thought it was the yummiest bite of cake I've ever had. I took note of the name. The second time I heard of Nothing Bundt cake they were a vendor at The Kiss Me I'm Irish race that I ran in. Again I tasted their cake but this time I wanted to know where to get more. They told me they are located not too far from me on Thunderbird and 59th Avenue. Today was my boyfriends birthday so I thought it was a perfect oppurtunity to go there to celebrate with a Bundtlet. We got two, one cinnamon swirl and one pecan praline. I was able to taste a sample of the praline pecan before I bought it. Delicious! The frosting is so good. I think next time I will get the lemon bundt cake since that was what I originally sampled. The Bundtlets are only $4.00 and that's about the same price as a gourmet cupcake but the bundlets are bigger than a cupcake. It's worth it. read more

I've been looking for a decent bakery/cupcake/cake place in Glendale for sometime and I finally came across nothing bundt cakes. I really wasn't expecting much since when have u heard bundt cakes be someone's go to?! Anyhow I gave it a try and let me tell u these are the most delicious, moist and flavorful cakes I've ever had. Clearly beats any cupcake place I've been too. The cream cheese frosting, although delicious, was too sweet for me after a couple bites and I ended up taking it off the cake. The cake can hold its own flavor, it really doesn't need frosting, but I can understand the need for aesthetic appeal and making it look pretty. Also, the only thing I would recommend to the owners is to put some tables and chairs inside or outside the shop and ur customers will never leave! I just took my bundlets ($3.99 each) to the Starbucks right across and enjoyed it w a cup of coffee! Trying to find some good coupons/deals so I can plan my next trip! read more

My husband and I decided that instead of traditional wedding cake, we wanted to serve these delicious bundt cakes to our guests. The ordering process is so easy, I gave them about a week's notice, told them what we want and when we'd pick them up. It was all ready, fresh, and our order correct when we got them. Ok, this is one of my favorite places to pick up goodies when I have a sweet tooth. I get these little cakes for my customers and wrap them in cellophane with ribbons and they go crazy for them :D They charge for that service, to gift wrap (which is super cute & darling when they do, but I like to save money as I purchase in bulk and I prefer to add my business cards, etc. so I wrap them myself). The shop is adorable, smells irresistibly YUMMY and admittedly I've actually stopped in to buy a couple cakes for my customers just so I can have a taste of their display of free samples hehehe the people that work there are always so sweet too, even if they have a shop full of customers.
