There are a good amount of available flavors to choose from and the taste of the cakes are out of this world good! Over time, I've had the chance to enjoy many of the flavors and not one has let me down! White Chocolate Raspberry is my jam! You can get full cakes or mini Bundt cakes as well. Their regular flavors are always available, but they also have seasonal/limited time flavors. This was my first time ordering from the Birkdale location and the experience was just the same as all other times ordering from other locations in the Charlotte area! The staff is friendly when ordering over the phone or pickup up online orders. They ensure the product is up to par and prepared to your liking. This store is located closer to the front of Birkdale Village, so it's a quick in and out if you're in a hurry. Parking is not an issue at all with plenty of available spaces. If you're ever in the area, stop in and grab a mini cake for yourself. You won't be disappointed! Huge fan of NBC and I've ordered from this location several time for friends and family. The staff is very friendly, and even though my orders are usually last minute, they always accommodate me. I love the flavor options and that the cake is always super fresh and moist. You can have them decorate the cakes with flowers, banners, etc and you can even add balloons to your order. I've done all of the above. My favorite flavor has got to be the white chocolate raspberry. I also love the chocolate chocolate chip, carrot cake, and red velvet too. First time visit to Nothing Bundt Cakes. Due to COVID-19, I had the option to place my order over the phone or order online. I also believe these were options offered before COVID-19. Once I arrived I called the store to notify them I had arrived. My order was brought out to me. Very quick and easy. I ordered an 8" confetti bundt cake, which serves about 8-10 people. The cake cost about $24 dollars. I placed my order by phone and it was ready for pick up within the next 30 minutes. The cake is chilled, which is good for the icing on hot summer days. Other cake sizes: Bundtini Bundtlet 8" 10" Tiered With at least 10 different flavors to try. I'll revisit soon to try the lemon cake or the strawberries and creme cake. read more

As Monica said, move over cupcakes! My aunt lives in the Huntersville area and raved about the cinnamon bundt cake. She said she would get us one the next time we met up. Sure enough she brought us some bundt cakes on Saturday. I can't make any remarks about cost since I did not purchase these cakes, but my aunt bought the bundlet individual cakes (a little larger than the standard cupcake). She bought three and got one free. Not sure if that is daily or just a special going on now. My aunt gave us three and she kept the carrot cake. The flavors were: 1. Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip - fabulous peanut butter flavor. Needs a little more chocolate. 2. Red velvet - typical flavor with chocolate chips 3. I am saddened by what I got when I opened my sons cake. I purchased it for his birthday and Easter. I have never had to check inside the box before but will do it from now on. I bought it yesterday and took it out of the refrigerator and found that there was NO plastic wrap on the whole cake. It was moist and fluffy. The frosting I find too sweet. My husband had the white white chocolate and he felt the same way about his. I would say that every Nothing Bundt Cake I've ever been to across the United States is pretty much the same. The only reason I don't give them a five star rating is because I think they are overpriced. I always pre-order my cake online. You can choose the flavor and decorate it for whatever you happen to be celebrating. We've gotten them many times for birthdays and graduations. A small one goes a long way. They are EXTREMELY rich and I can only eat a little bit at a time. Wow, the icing is amazing. I could even go for extra icing to be honest. So far I've loved the white chocolate raspberry, the red velvet and the pumpkin. The pumpkin is awesome but it's only a limited time flavor. If you sign up for their mailing list they will send you an email for a free bundlette for your birthday. (Basically a little bit bigger than a cupcake.) Sometimes I've gotten coupons in the mail for buy one bundlette get one free as well. I'll definitely be going back again but I think I will stick with the bundlette so I can try some new flavors. I'm very disappointed with the service I received (or rather, didn't receive). My plan was to stop by and purchase a gluten free cake but I only had Apple Pay with me. When I stepped inside, I asked the employee if they had Apple Pay. She replied that she did not know, but that her co-worker next to her knew. I stood there waiting and hoping she would quickly ask her co-worker the quick question as her coworker was not assisting any other customers at the time. After waiting several moments I then asked the employee if I should wait in line with the other employee to ask her (considering she didn't ask for me). She said that she wasn't sure but that the other employee would let me know if they had Apple Pay or not. I then took it upon myself to ask the other employee if they had Apple Pay and she replied with, "No we don't." This issue is not about the fact that this store doesn't take Apple Pay. It's more about the fact that I did not feel like the employee I spoke with first really cared to assist me with my question and didn't take initiative to find out the answer for me in a professional and customer service minded manner. I'm pretty disappointed with my experience and I likely won't come back. The thing is, had my experience been more positive with the disappointing news I knew I was likely to receive, I probably would have still come back at a later time. read more
