The only reason they get a 1 is totally due to the customer service and the presentation of my order. I LOVE their cakes. Have bought them from 2 locations in Houston and came to know of them when I was in Georgia where I have bought Hundreds of cakes and bundlets. I ordered an 8" cake with 24 bundlets. I questioned the total and the person that took my order and was told it was correct. I never called back to question it. Admittedly, my fault. This was for my daughter's Sweet 16 party. I was making her a bundt cake tower, as these are her favorite. It had to be bundlettes because we had it at Melting Pot and they really where going to just be taking them home, as dessert was fondue. I arrived at 1 pm, my designated time. No problem, they kept saying bundtini's and I kept saying bundlets. To my surprise they where bundtini's! I could have made those work and was only slightly upset about that. I was pressed for time. THE PROBLEM... I opened the box with the 8" cake I asked for the drizzle, as it is presented in the brochure. I have no idea what they thought that should look like, but it looked AWFUL!!! The frosting was melted! I then opened the first box of bundtini's. Keep in mind, this is not what I ordered but was willing to take because of the time factor. This first box look awful! Some where so large they did not fit in the cups, some where smashed, crooked, you name it it looked awful. They called someone from the back. I showed it to her and she says well I see what you're saying, but sometimes that's how they come. REALLY? Size, I may b able to get over, but crooked and smashed!!!! I can't very well present that to my guest! She proceeded to correct the drizzle on the cake. But, not before basically blaming my perspective of what was awful! It wasn't my perspective it was awful, At that point, I opened the second box and it was worse than the first, she had to agree with that and was surprised herself! I WAS FURIOUS! I did trade them out for bundlets, but this is the 3rd order that has not been right. However, this was my most important. I am saddened to say they have lost a loyal customer! Oh and I was dealing with the manager apparently!!!! TERRIBLE and shame on you for not valuing not just a loyal customer, but my special occasion on which I did share with you when I ordered!!! Love the cake, super good, however, we are all frosting freaks in my family so would love to see the entire cake frosted. I totally get the fact that red velvet shoud have cream cheese frosting, but my family would rather have vanilla buttercream on some of the other cakes. What happened to this place? Usually this place is great but Today it was Completely disorganized. Didn't seem like they had any orders ready and this was well into afternoon, we waited a ridiculously long time today to get our order. There were 2 or 3 people ahead of us and The lady that worked there came out more than once to get our names because she "forgot". People that came well after us got their order before us then When we finally got our order we had items missing. Thankfully we noticed but yet again had to wait for someone to help us. I'm giving it two stars because the bundt cakes were good but doubt we will be back to this location. read more

I placed a big order for Halloween to be picked up at 4. I show up an hour late exactly at 5 the doors are closed. According to the door there's hours are from 9 to 7. Was not given any notification in no call to notify me that they were closing early for Halloween standing outside with 3 other customers waiting to pick up and nobody to answer the door or answer the phones. Thank you very much. Now I'm out over $70 and no cakes or cupcakes for the Halloween party. read more

Don't get me wrong- I am a fan of their delicious cakes and frequent multiple locations often. However, this store has the worst service from young girls working the counter that I have ever seen. And I placed my order online, and produced the order for them to physically take with them to the back to find, so I should be an easy customer to help. I wasn't the only person who was complaining in line. Customer service skills are highly lacking here. I'm not asking for much- simply to appear like you don't hate your jobs and to try and hand over pre paid items in a timely fashion- two things not happening here. read more

Delicious bundt cakes!!! Love all their flavors. I just think they're a bit overpriced.

Just left the store. Can't complain about the product. My order was ready ahead of schedule. However, the young lady who retreived my order could have been more customer friendly. Luckily my cake was not damaged from the swinging as she she chose to carrry it by the top of the package instead of the base under the cake. I can only assume she thought I was the person who broke the cup that she swept, but it was the person who was behind me. Other than this incident, no problems read more

Ordered a large white chocolate raspberry for our housewarming party. The entire process was smooth from start to finish. The only problem was lack of parking & I was in a time crunch on the day I went to pick it up. However, Everyone loved it & we had zero leftovers! So yummy!!!! For my birthday this past month, I had my family get me a birthday cake from here, as well as my best friend get us some of the baby bundts from here! I have tried the chocolate bundt with cream cheese frosting, as well as the red velvet. All were very moist and delicious. And extra points for the fact that they are adorable. read more

My son came home from a birthday dinner and was so sweet to think of me and brought me TWO cakes. One chocolate, one Vanilla. Great cakes (as most of us know), but embarrassingly AWFUL customer service. No greeting when we walked into the door. No greeting when we walked up to the counter. They expected us to just say what we wanted without any help/guidance what so ever. It took every bit of me not to confront the workers myself. Such bad vibes. We love Nothing Bundt Cakes. Every birthday cake we buy from here. Of course every now and then we spoil ourselves with a small bundt cake. :-) I will now go the extra mile to a different location per the manager Allison. Never have a had a problem with my order or the staff until I was introduced to Allison. Maybe the owner should let her know she's running someone else's business.
