I bought a Classic Vanilla and a Red Velvet through the OB high school football league. Both were delicious but I did hesitate to eat them. I don't understand why the sticker strip that shows what flavor it is and should be to protect the package from being opened is on backwards. It goes from the top across the back where the top and bottom are joined as one container and down towards the bottom of the complete container. It should go from the top across the front between the two tabs then down towards the bottom of the container. I hope they correct this. I don't understand why someone at the store hasn't had this correctly done. read more

My youngest wanted dessert from here for his birthday. I've always been very pleased coming here. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. The desserts are delicious. And they're very reasonably priced. Four Bundt cakes runs ya something like $22. Not cheap but very reasonable compared to other dessert places and this one is better. We got snickerdoodle, chocolate chocolate chip, strawberries and cream, and cookies and cream. All four were fabulous. And we each got two servings out of ours. It's a winner! read more

The cakes are very good, but when we bought a large cake for our daughter's birthday party , they refused to put the icing on half of the cake. They also refused to give us icing on the side instead. We needed one of these two options because our daughter doesn't like cream cheese icing. So our only option was to get a big cake with no icing, because our daughter had her heart set on one of their cakes. Very poor customer service. Way to ruin a kid's birthday party. read more

We've been here several times since they opened, for ourselves and to buy cakes as gifts and so far everything we've tried has been fantastic. My personal favorite is the Strawberries and Cream however the Lemon is a very close second. Always fresh and consistently great! They definitely pay attention to detail here. My office I work at sometimes get these from doctors we refer to, and I fell in love with their yummy "bundtinis", which are cupcake size Bundt cakes. $20 for a dozen, and they have a variety pack of them (or you can custom choose the dozen). The cakes are extremely moist, there's a solid variety of flavors, you can buy a bundtlet (serves 1-2) or go with one of their bigger cakes, and the staff is super friendly too. If you join their loyalty program you get a free bundtlet on your birthday, and they have a punch card system where once you buy 12 bundtlets, the 13th is free. Amy was very proactive in addressing my issue and happy to say we have it resolved. I am more than impressed on how seriously they take issues and really want to take care of it. That speaks volumes in today's world where customer service can be lacking. In addition to the professionalism that Amy provided, the cakes we got from her store were awesome!
