We had dinner next-door to the Crumbl location in Germantown. After dinner, we walked over in expectation of beautiful and delicious cookies. When I walked in to the store, it was bright and vibrant, and the three large mixers immediately caught my eye. Additionally, the person helping us was friendly and smiling. The smell, vibrancy, and friendliness of the staff are pluses. The reason for only three stars is based off the cookie. I had the lemon glazed. First, the icing flavor is very robust, and I enjoyed it. However, the cookie was extremely undercooked. Very doughy in the center. Of course I'm a bit over weight...so I still ate 90% of it, but it could've been so much better with an extra minute in the oven. If the cookie would've been in the oven just a little bit longer this would be a five star review. But after paying $4 for the cookie and then being prompted to tip $2, I feel as if I did not get the value for the price. With that being said. I still recommend you try it out. This could've been just a one off and/or you might like a little bit of adoughy cookie. read more

Terrible customer service! I went to a different location in the week to try the Martha collection. My family enjoyed the thin chocolate chip. I happen to drive past the germantown location and stopped to get more. I didn't check them before I left but when I got home, noticed they were smaller and almost burnt. They even tasted different. I called 3 different times, left one voicemail and never heard back. I returned to the store the next day and showed them the cookies and was told rudely they should look like that and it was nothing they could do. The display cookie didn't even look like this. I asked if they could be replaced and she said no. She offered a refund and snatched the cookies off the counter and said there you go after entering the refund. She was rude the entire time. I drove 10 min to a different location, met with a warm welcome and ordered the same cookies that look and taste much better. If you have to pick a location choose Collierville or Mendenhall. They are pretty expensive to not get what you should receive. read more

So we got the pistachio and strawberry cups. This one lady who was doing the cups stopped making them to get on her phone and then got on the company phone. Another employee stepping in 10 minutes later to cutting the strawberry's. Once the lady got off the phone the started putting chocolate in the cups and everything - all wearing the same gloves. She then hands me my cup and it's not even filling the cup it's like 3/4 the way full with like a spoon full of chocolate and one spoon full of the pistachio stuff. She also had chocolate ALL OVER HER GLOVES which then got all over my cup. it was literally smeared over my whole cup and the top. I asked for a fork and she hands me a fork while wearing the same gloves still and proceeds to get chocolate all over my fork as well. absolutely nasty as hell. I think she was the manager but not positive but she was an older white lady. Everyone else changed gloves at least once while i was there and she didn't while touching a whole bunch of things. A quick stop at the Crumbl location. For me service was quick and she didn't mind explaining what each flavor was. The cookie shop was neat and clean and cookies were being cooked and prepared fresh. They are made like a soft flavorful mini cake with icing. The flavors are endless and I'm sure have the kind you will like. read more

I finally got to try the talked about cookie place! Some love it and some hate it. I enjoyed the cookies that I ordered, but I know the menu changes weekly, so perhaps some cookies are better than others. I prefer a soft cookie (half baked) cookie. I mean...I love cookie dough so the texture of the Crumbl cookies I picked were just right. I had chocolate chip, wedding cake, and a pistachio gelato cookie. The gelato and wedding cake were sugar cookie bases. My favorite was the chocolate cookie, can't go wrong with a classic. The inside looked clean, with the staff working away making cookies. You order and pay at the kiosk, there was a lady standing behind the counter to assist if you needed help with ordering, but it's pretty easy to operate. I waited less than a minute before I was given my order and I was on my way! Would I go back? Yea, if I'm in the area and the menu looks appealing, but I wouldn't drive out of my way for the cookies. Chocolate tart was mediocre at best even though it looked good in the plexiglass display case, which itself is a horrible presentation. Team member directed me to the iPad screen when I asked questions. No plastic knife so we could cut it in half. No napkins. No place to sit inside. Maybe all Crumbl stores are like that. Was super excited to try this place today . I've been seeing them from Tiktok and after seeing the latest reviews I made it my business to stop by and check it out . When you walk in it's like walking into an ice cream shop. The aroma of the fresh baked cookies brought me back to childhood . The customer service was phenomenal immediately all of the employees spoke as I walked in and answered any questions I had about the latest cookies . I got the original chocolate chip cookies and the peanut butter brownie cookies. The chocolate chip cookies was THICK I mean so thick you would think it's a cake . It was very warm, moist, and more easy to pull apart . The peanut butter brownie one was my absolute fav ! The texture and consistency was everything and more. I visited Crumbl during the first week of their opening. I had previously visited the E. Memphis location and I knew what to expect. I was not disappointed. I'm fact, I was elated. Service was very fast and my strawberry cheesecake cookie was very scrumptious. The only distraction was there was a red velvet cookie that was rather dark. The explanation was that it had been sitting out for a few days. Anyway, the cookies they serve are fresh off the rack and not from the display on the counter. read more

Let me start the review by talking about the one in Olive Branch. My family and I have tried several times to go here and it's never worked out. Several times it hasn't necessarily been their fault, but one time it absolutely was. I went in person that time, and it was oh so confusing. I walk in to find that nobody is taking actual orders. They have tablets shoved off to the side as far as possible from the front counter, which appeared to be credit card only. I went to the front counter to try to order in person, only to be met with stares from a group of employees huddled around a table in the back, doing absolutely nothing. Now, as for the one in Germantown. It's amazing how much of a tonal shift can be caused solely by employees actually standing at the front desk waiting to take your order. It had the exact same decor - possibly less, actually - but this one actually felt like they wanted you there. I decided to surprise the rest of my family by getting this today. My mother and I got the Lemon Cheesecake Cookie, my dad got the Hazelnut Mudslide, and my brother got the Chocolate Chip. It was really good! They managed to be warm and soft, while not falling apart at the same time, which was impressive. It was also fairly rich, but not so rich you couldn't even eat it. read more

My review is based on nothing but the appalling lack of etiquette and service by the workers. I walked in mid-afternoon and there were no other customers. I stood at the counter for over a minute while 2 workers, 6-7 feet away from me refused to look up or acknowledge me. When one finally deigned to approach me it was clearly with an attitude of "Pal, I don't care if you buy anything or not"! This was my first time visiting this Crumbl location and I will never return. When ordering my cookies, I asked if I could get a separate box for the peanut butter flavored cookie since I have a family member allergic to peanuts. I was rudely told by the worker that I had to buy a separate box to get it separated. I was very confused by this, and asked again to make sure they understood that we had an allergy. The worker was extremely rude and unprofessional. I didn't get a peanut butter cookie at all. Right after we paid, the worker didn't even make sure we were finished, before turning to talk about us with her coworker. It was horribly rude and unprofessional. These were catered to my church and they were so good. My only complaint is that I had two of the same cookie but they had different textures. One was soft and just right and the other was crumbly. Which I guess I don't mind because they are called crumble cookies. The chocolate chip cookie is delicious taste like how my mom makes it. read more

Ordered a delivery order for my sister for a surprise for her wedding week and they left out the note I typed out so she didn't know who they were from.
