I've been trying to get here since they opened but it's always so busy. There is a curbside option online but it's not accessible. I'm pretty sure it's due to the location. The location is a small plaza and needs a large area for customers. I did pick up option. The ordering process was easy. The pickup was quick as well. The cookies are okay. Certain cookies don't cone out like you'd hope however they taste good. Service is better than a lot of places with the off chance on of an employee having a bad day. The inside is pretty modern. If there were a couple tables and chairs outside I feel that would excite people and bring a tad bit more business especially since spring and summer are around the corner. All in all not a bad place to grab a cookie or two and indulge yourself. These cookies are overly hyped in my opinion. I like the fact that they have different cookies every week. Everything looks delicious!! But all of their cookie taste nothing but butter. I have heard mixed reviews so I decided to see for myself. I ordered the 6 pack and a cream single (snickerdoodle). I door dashed the order and never received the cream single so there's that. As far as the cookies, I was disappointed and underwhelmed. The cookies were soft and the presentation was really cute, but the taste was lacking big time. I'm used to Makeda's Cookies, so the bar is pretty high for me. The Nilla Bean cookie was alright. It was the best of the bunch. I didn't make it past two bites of the Cornbread cookie. The honey drizzled over it did nothing for how flavorless it was. The Pink Sugar cookie was cold (to my surprise) and not as soft as the others. The pink icing on top reminds me of refrigerated buttercream icing with a drop of red food coloring and a lot less sweetener than it deserves. I ordered the Strawberry Crumb cookie and received the PB&J cookie instead. The PB&J cookie was just not a good idea altogether. I was expecting the Chocolate Chip cookies to be worth finishing, but by themselves they are not. I just threw all cookies in the trash. I usually don't do opening day of a restaurant but I was driving by. The parking lot was an obstacle course (to be expected on opening day. I get there around 2p and the employee tells me they are closed until 5 pm. They have run out of toppings and are giving away a 4-pack of cookies to anyone that comes to the door. It just so happened that an out of town friend posted about going to a Crumbl Cookies in her area. I searched and saw that Memphis didn't have one nearby. My daughter and I decided to visit Crumbl yesterday because their menu looked pretty good. Crumbl to me is hit or miss because sometimes their cookies seem too doughy and somewhat bland. Not this batch, it is a hit out of the park. These cookies are like crack and the pumpkin spice ones will literally make your eyes roll back in your head. The chilled Keylime, warm chocolate Oreo with a peanut butter mousse and the chilled chocolate toffee are perfection. We've been a good amount of times. I think only one time were the kiosks actually working to use. Every other time they've been down. The staff seemed annoyed to be helping us. One lady whispered only, but talked loud away from us, we literally could barely hear her. I wish I could find the pictures, but there was absolutely zero effort put in to topping our last cookies! My husband heard about this place from Instagram. I was super excited to try a new cookie spot, so we stopped by. The line was super long and was outside of the building, but we went ahead and waited because I just knewww that the dessert was good. We finally made it inside, but I could not figure out why it was taking so long to take orders for cookies. There were only about 6 to choose from anyways. Once we made it up to the desk, we found out that they were sold out of two of the cookie flavors, which was a bummer because I wanted one of them. My husband got one chocolate chip and one berries n cream. I ordered cotton candy and classic sugar. I only ate a fourth of each of my cookies because the frosting was way too sweet for my liking. I did enjoy the taste of the cotton candy cookie and it even had pop rocks on top! The classic sugar frosting tasted like an almond cake to me and I didn't like it. I did taste my husband's chocolate chip cookie, and was disappointed to find that it was tasteless. I will say that they were large and thick and very soft! Their self service kiosks are not user friendly for using or accruing points. I asked a staffer and he said to just keep going in the kiosk. By the end it never gave me the points. I must say... I'm definitely a Crumbl fan. It's a chain so I was familiar from where I used to live. I went there quite a lot! I'm glad that there's one near me in my new spot. I would say East Memphis Crumbl isn't quite as good as the old ones. They don't show you your cookie and ask if it's okay. They kinda shove it in your hands. I was a bit disappointed with key lime pie compared to what I was seeing online. The toppings are often sparse and sloppy. But what I do like is they have a lot of staff. The kids working there are nice. If you order online and then check in about 5 minutes before you get there then you don't have wait long in line. The cookies taste good... I mean they are keeping up with the menu. They don't seem to sell out that much... at least in my experience so far. They are always working hard to make cookies. Parking can be a nightmare, especially for like a 2 minute visit. That lot is so busy and small. I made the mistake of going on a Friday night Thursday night was really good though, not busy.
