Customer service is excellent at this location. Kudos to Aiden and Melinda's customer service, all of my staff members were extremely happy with their bundtini order. Pick up was fast and easy, and their warm welcome makes us want to keep ordering at this location. Even though my favorite location is located in Frisco...this Richardson is now added to my list. By the way, their place is clean and they definitely make their customers feel at ease due to the Covid restrictions. After having covid cases in our family we were finally able to celebrate 3 June birthdays and ordered the bundtinis as an alternative to a birthday cake. They were AMAZING and such a good option! The store was spotless and the staff was so friendly. I pulled up and with no one in the store the two employees in the front were hard at work cleaning every surface and window. When I was asking the employees what their favorite flavor was, a lady came out of her office to ask me what mine was. I'd never tried them before but the pecan praline was DELICIOUS!!!! We ordered lemon, confetti, vanilla, red velvet, chocolate and white chocolate raspberry and every flavor was a hit. Thank you so much for the beautiful boxing and accommodating us for a special day. This place the place to go if your craving something sweet and you can't even get a customized cake for a special event. They have about 8 set flavor and every month they have a certain flavor like for December it's peppermint flavored. They are known for the bunt shaped cakes. They are so moist and the frosting is cream cheese. I have tried almost every flavor they have! My go to favorite is white chocolate raspberry! But all the flavors are good you and go wrong with any of the flavors. I like how when you go inside they shop is very bright, decorative, and cute. They usually put a sized samples of one of there bundt cakes flavors. The most common sample have seen is red velvet nothing bundt cake. There are different sizes of the cakes. You can get bundtinis they are mini little cakes in like cupcake covers. You can only buy them in bundles. They are usually for parties and things you munch on. Then there's bundlets they are good for one person to eat. They usually come cold which to me makes the cake taste better. Then actual bunt cakes which you can buy an 8" or 10" and you can customize it to whatever occasion you want the cake for. Great place to eat something sweet!! read more

Fantastic place! Nothing Bundt Cakes are always good, but this place had a great atmosphere and all the employees were very friendly and very helpful. The prices are also great, much better to buy a dozen of the small little cakes than to spend a ton of money at one of those boutique cupcake stores. The shopping center NBC is located in has really taken a turn upward and is a great place to go grab a bite to eat. When you are ready for dessert, stop at this place, you won't regret it! read more

I just got off the phone with Lauren (it may have been Laura, in second guessing myself) about my husband's birthday cake. I'm home sick today and he is having to pick it up for me. It's personalized and would have given away his gift that I've kept a secret for months. Lauren assured me it was not a problem and that she would find a way to put it in bag so as not to ruin the surprise. Seriously it was the sweetest thing ever. (Pun intended!) Worst location- does not deserve one star. No bags, but I could purchase on for $2.99- really? Poor selection of cards. No frequent purchaser cards- franchises decide if they will participate. Not a very consumer friendly establishment. I will go out of my way to go to other locations. read more

I don't like sweets all that much, but when my daughter came home with one from her birthday party, I fell in love with the cake. I have had the pleasure of tasting the lemon, chocolate chocolate chip, red velvet, lemon, white chocolate raspberry, & marble flavors. I have to say ALL of them are delicious. The cake is so MOIST... The frosting is very sweet. My kids love the frosting, but it is a little bit too sweet for me.... If you want to try a variety of flavors, I would suggest buying the dozen bundtinis. It is best to call in advance so you get to pick the flavors you want; otherwise, it comes standard with 4 flavors. Valentine is next Tuesday so I will buy two dozen bundtinis for my staff to tell them how much I appreciate them. As for the staff at the store, they are always pleasant. The store is beautifully decorated. The only bad thing about the store is that they closed at 6 pm. read more
