New-Fashioned Marble with Chocolate Frosting: Nothing Bundt Cakes (NBC) has become one of my favorite guilty pleasures. I especially enjoy their individual sized "Bundtlets". One of their recent "popup" flavors for winter was the New-Fashioned Marble with Chocolate Frosting available from 1/12-1/25/26. Long time NBC fans know that the marble bundt cake was a "permanent" flavor early on, but that iteration did not have chocolate frosting, but their traditional (and phenomenal) cream cheese frosting. The official description of the "New-Fashioned" is a hand-swirled classic yellow and chocolate cake Bundtlet, filled with crispy chocolate-coated wafers, and crowned with the new chocolate ganache cream cheese frosting. As usual, the texture is superb, with one of the best aspects of their cakes being the exceptional moistness of them. The flavor of the actual cake leans towards that of a typical yellow cake, but there are pockets of chocolate as well. My Bundtlet had a fair amount of the crispy chocolate wafers stuffed inside, which look like tiny brown, dark brown, and tan pearls. They don't add much flavor, but I enjoyed the supplemental crunch. What's my verdict on NBC's first ever non-cream cheese frosting? It's.........fine. Definitely not bad, but it does come up short compared to the legendary cream cheese frosting. Personally, I would have liked a fudgier chocolate flavor, and this seems like they played it safe with a very middle of the road chocolate. That said, I think the chocolate frosting would work nicely on their chocolate chocolate chip cake. Although the cream cheese frosting is still the GOAT, I hope NBC continues to experiment and we see the likes of a caramel, peanut butter, or maybe even eggnog (around Christmas) frostings. I love this location on Roswell Rd! Firstly parking is convenient, and there's designated spaces for Nothing Bundt Cake customers. The staff are always SO sweet, welcoming and have a helpful spirit. The decor gives cute modern bakery vibes. I love how aside from the delicious Bundt cakes, they have cards, party favors, and even a themed Bundt cake display (really cool especially if you're planning an event) One of my favorite things (again aside from those yummy Bundt cakes, was the "build a Bundt binder" it allows you to choose flavor, colors, flowers, whatever you need to cater to the theme of your event! I love a place that offers me options especially when I can make it personal to the occasion. I guess I should stop saving the best for last. My usual go-to is the red velvet, but I ordered the chocolate chip one for me and my coworker. As expected...DELISH! Naturally I will be back, not only when my sweet tooth calls, but for the overall pleasant experience I always have. Second time coming here in the past week. My husband and I tried the lemon, carrot, and seasonal biscoff buntlets. By far the lemon was out of this world! So light and refreshing. The biscoff cake was good but mainly from the topping, the cake itself didn't have a ton of flavor and wasn't worth the additional cost. I had such a great experience at this location during a first time visit! I redeemed two coupons to try bundlets. The customer service from Mia was top notch!!! I especially want to call this out because customer service tends to be hit or miss these days. Mia was incredibly helpful to me as I made product selections, and the coupon redemption process was quick and easy. I purchased two Dubai Chocolate Bundt cakes today (March 3, 2026) from your Roswell Road location and unfortunately was very disappointed. The cakes were quite dry and tasted old, and the pistachio filling was very hard, almost like a rock. I wasn't able to eat the first one and ended up throwing the second one away as well. I've purchased from your bakery before and your cakes are usually delicious and moist, which is why this experience was so surprising and disappointing, especially after looking forward to trying this flavor. read more

Manager was super nice but I received the worst customer service from the front store staff member this morning and was appalled how they flat out refused to bring my order (that was supposed to be ready 30 min earlier) to my car so I could get on a work call. This location has curbside pick up and I was in the spot outside their doors. The order was 30 min being ready but I wasn't even upset about that, just simply asked if he didn't mind bringing my order to my car when it was ready so I could get on my work call. He said, she (the manager) would bring it to the counter and that it. He continued to argue with me for 2 minutes in front of other customers about why I needed it brought to the car when the lady was walking to me. Ordered these for my grandmothers birthday the other day! They were super easy to pickup. I just ordered online and picked them up a few hours later. The staff was nice! They were very affordable and offered a good variety of flavors. You get to pick how many you want of each one! They also have different themed boxes for different occasions. We got the birthday one which came with super cute little party hats and a box that looked like it was wrapped as a present. We also got her some soap and things from Buff city soap and it was the perfect combo because Nothing Bundt Cake's birthday box looks so good with the way that Buff city wraps gifts. This is a lovely store. Okay for everything Bundt come on in!! The cakes look all the same in the classic Bundt style (yes the cake has a hole in it-- to cite the movie My Big Fat Greek Wedding!) and the icing is an off white color and streams down the sides like a head of hair. There are several flavors. My personal favorites are red velvet and chocolate. There are three different sizes including mini, single serving up to a whole cake. They have a decorating booklet on the side of the shop in case you are looking to Bundt a birthday party! The store also has several cute gift items that you can purchase. Anything from mugs, cards and stationary, candles and fixings to celebrate birthdays, notepads and zip clutch purses. If you are decorating a large cake it takes about 15 to 20 minutes. The cake has just the right moisture to it but not too gooey. The icing is delicious with that buttercream mouthfeel which was comforting. They also can cater and you can get an assortment of mini bundts for an office party or gathering. They do offer seasonal items so it should be fun seeing what they come up with. To start, automatic 4 stars for my absolute favorite lemon pound cake in the metro area!! If you are familiar with Nothing Bundt Cakes, then you know they focus on the cakes, so their stores don't consist of much more than a register, a few displays and a glass dessert case where an assortment of delicious treats waiting to be purchased. This location is a tad smaller than other locations, but given its home in a very busy shopping plaza on Roswell Road that hosts a variety of other eateries including Flying Biscuit, Chick Fil A and Bobby's burgers to name a few, as well as a Lowe's Home Improvement - to this, I will say that parking is a premium, so be ready. However, this location does have a few dedicated "sweet spots" just for you to swing through and pick up your cake...but, we know how folks are, so again...be prepared to circle a time or two on busy days! The cakes are consistent with all other locations, which means they are absolutely delicious and worth those circles around the lot to find a space! As mentioned above, the lemon is my go-to. However, I won't wag a finger if someone offered me a red velvet! In addition to these two flavors, a few other family favorites are the white chocolate raspberry and vanilla. If the flavor wasn't good enough, the cakes are always moist, rich, perfectly iced and truly decadent in all sense of the word! I usually go for the individual servings, also known as the bundtlets. If you are looking to feed more folks you can grab a case of bundtinies or even a full sized layered bundt cake! Either way, they got you covered! Pricing is decent for the product, so no complaints there. Hours are pretty short with most locations closing at 7pm (outside of Covid), so you just have to make it priority to swing by after work...but again, fighting the traffic is 100% worth it! So, now to the 4 versus 5 star for this location - it all comes down to service. I walked in and the two cashiers failed to greet me for close to 1 minute - I was the only one in the shop and they were simply chatting, glanced over at me, but went back to chatting. They seemed disinterested. After about a minute, I just asked for my two cakes. The cashier got them, bagged them up and told me my price. Once I paid, she handed me the bag and I left. There were absolutely no pleasantries during the exchange, which is weird for me at a NBC. My experiences are always top notch, in line with the cakes. Overall, Nothing Bundt Cake is an absolute favorite of mine here in the city and I will certainly continue to support through my consistent consumption of their lemon bundtlet! read more

I'm torn here about my feelings about Nothing Bundt Cakes. On one hand they have great looking and unique looking food items, like their cakes known by different names depending on their size, all in the shape of bundt cakes. On the other hand, the taste of the bundt cake that I bought was just average. I ordered a birthday bundt cake for a friend's birthday. I placed the online order a little after 9 am, with a requested same day pick up at 2 pm. Ordering online was relatively easy, and the cake was prepared exactly how I ordered it. The cake had been refrigerated, as expected, because the website stated that they'll refrigerate the cake if it wasn't going to be eaten within 3 hours. I felt that the presentation of the cake was fantastic. I requested the signature frosting, with thick frosted petals made of butter and cream cheese. This birthday cake was also decorated with a birthday hat, two gifts and two birthday greetings. I ordered the confetti cake. The cake was moist, and I felt it was just a little too moist because it was on the heavy side and was sticking to the plate more than it should have. The flavor of the cake was ok, but frosting petals were too sweet for my tastes, and I stopped eating the frosting halfway on my piece of cake and wondered if I was going to go into a sugar coma. I could tell that my friend whose birthday was being celebrated also thought the cake was just okay and ended up eating just a small piece. Parking for Nothing Bundt Cake is available right in from of the store for very short term parking. Employees wear facemasks. All three of us customers in the store were wearing facemasks too. Since the taste of food is a lot more important to me than the presentation, I'm giving Nothing Bundt Cakes 3 stars. Maybe this cake was not indicative of the normal high quality of the products praised by other reviewers. Great name, selection of flavors, friendly service - but I think on the pricey side and well, it would be nice if they looked a little fancier or more creative like the gourmet cupcakes and donuts. Ordered two doz of the bundtini's (about the size of a small cupcake) for a baby shower -- $18.50/doz, and $6/doz if you want to add the little baby shower flags to add some fun which I did for half of my order. It really was hard to choose which flavors b/c they all sounded good but I guess ordering another dozen would've solved that :) The reviews raved about the pineapple (which they didn't have - assume it was a seasonal flavor) and the pecan praline (which I thought was too sweet). Picture it...Sandy Springs 2019. A young woman enters Nothing Bundt Cakes wanting nothing more than the sweet, lemony deliciousness that has soothed many a craving in the past. She manages to get through the always congested Roswell Rd without having to abruptly pump her brakes (not even once), and is able to pull into a parking spot right in front of the store front. She walks in, and as usual, the store is immaculate and the case is full of personal sized and full sized bundt cakes in a variety of flavors. Although, her main concern is her own sweet tooth fulfillment, she can't help but think how nice it would be to grab some for a few of her girlfriends she plans to meet the next day. She orders a red velvet, white chocolate raspberry, carrot cake, pecan praline and 2 lemon bundt cakes (one of which won't make it to tomorrow if she can help it). The young lady manning the cash register, who is always pleasant by the way, packages the bundt cakes in a brown paper sack and places the "Nothing Bundt Cakes" sticker on the bag. It is downhill from here. I get home and place all but one lemon cake in the fridge, settle into my seat ready to devour this cake. I take one bite, and it's good/moist and holds up against my anticipation. I go in for bite two and notice a hair on the cake. Because I didn't notice it initially, I thought maybe it was my hair. So, I pull at it and it doesn't easily come out. It was baked into the cake. I was immediately disgusted as you can imagine. I thought, whomever made this did not use a hairnet or anything to prevent the hair from getting into the cake mixture. Extremely disappointed bc I've visited this location several times in the past and this has never happened. But, I can't say that I'll revisit location again, for several reasons. It's in a very busy area of Sandy Springs, and also in a shopping center that has awful parking and even worse drivers. I had my friend come to Nothing Bundt Cake to pick up an order of 12 various flavor bundtini's for $18.50 for a birthday delivery. They come in a large dozen donut size paper box with 12 separately cupped bitesize bundtini's. They are freaking adorable! Each one was sweet and moist, and my birthday friend loved them. Her favorite was the red velvet, although I also ordered the lemon raspberry, lemon, pecan praline, white white chocolate and white chocolate raspberry. When my friend went to pick them up, they still had all the flavors I requested. We had the hardest time figuring out which cake was which... And after we finished the cakes we realized that there was a little clothespin that attached the bundtinis in the order of where they were placed. Oops. My only complaint is the fact that they use the same frosting for every bundt cake... Maybe they can make them to order with different frosting, but I guess they generally only use the cream cheese frosting.
