I shop for groceries in this shopping center at least 3-4 times per month and never knew this place was here. I was randomly starving after leaving work one day and was planning to hit City BBQ up when I saw their sign. They don't have Poke Burritos, which was a bummer, but I'm glad they didn't after I sat down to eat my Poke Bowl. The atmosphere here is non-existent, which is why I bumped a star down. But hot damn, that was the best Poke Bowl I've had. The lady knew what she was doing when she made it! I got The Firecracker bowl, which literally seemed like it was made just for me! All my favorites ingredients (spicy tuna, cilantro, jalapeños, sesame oil, spicy flakes, cucumber, white rice). I could not stop eating it when I sat down. Guess the atmosphere didn't matter anyways since I was absorbed in my meal. Hit this place up if you love poke bowls!

Stopped by when I was in the area and was very pleasantly surprised. The poke bowl was fresh, and the server was lovely. He was patient as I tried to decide what I wanted and prompted me when I could get more than one option. The spicy powder topping had my lips still tingling and was so delicious! I got a Thai tea with mango bubbles, which is also yummy!

I thought overall it was very good. I love how many different options you have here. I feel I've had poke bowls before and you're able to get more components into these bowls than others. So you get more flavors here than I've gotten other places. The worker who helped me was super nice and patiently explained every step to me so I felt comfortable thinking about and ordering everything I wanted in the bowl that I built. I really appreciated her kindness and her service. The one thing I felt was kind of off were the vegetables. Multiple of them seem to be a bit dry and the avocado had started to brown. They weren't too bad but they had dried out. I think they prepped them too far in advance of when they served them today. They were lacking in characteristic flavors you typically find and each. Overall though I thought it was good and I would come back and give them another try.

Quality has continued to decline for the past 3 years. Today the kale noodles were dry like they were a day old and the marinated tuna is not fresh tasting either. Going to stop going to this location. Two star because it is convenient and the people are nice.

Went here a few weeks ago for dinner and was pleased to be helped promptly by a friendly staff member. When you choose your toppings and sauce they actually mix it together with your choice of fish which I've never seen done at a poke place so I thought it was unique.. though the next time I'd request extra sauce over my rice because that left the rice a little dry. Another plus is they have a cool rewards point system set up where you can get points for little freebies like free avocado on your bowl. I took points away primarily for taste, I felt like it left a lot to be desired flavor wise and despite having about 3 different sauces my bowl tasted bland to me.

My go to Poke spot in Sandy Springs. I usually do take out and they have me in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I spend about $12-15 for a small bowl.

We came here for dinner on a Friday evening at about 6:30 pm. This Poke Bar location is in very busy Abernathy Square shopping center in Sandy Springs. The parking lot is free and huge, and customers should be able to find parking here, but it may mean having to walk through the lot. We walked into the restaurant and one of the employees immediately greeted us and asked what she could get for us. This location is set up similarly to other stores in the chain. Customers can easily see all of the cold ingredients in front of them behind clear glass and tell the employee behind the counter what they want. For poke bowls, customers can choose to get a bowl that's has a set list of ingredients, or they can make their own. They select the size of the bowl, then choose their main (steamed white rice, brown rice, spring mix greens, or baby kale (+$1). Then customers select proteins, with the number of proteins included depending on the size of the bowl: albacore, Korean BBQ - bulgogi (hot protein), salmon, shrimp, spicy chicken, spicy pork bulgogi (hot protein), spicy tuna, teriyaki chicken, tofu and tuna. Customers can then select up to 9 mix ins, up to 9 sauce flavors and up to 12 toppings. Plus there are other ad-ins that you can had included, for an uncharge. Drinks and desserts are sold here too. We chose to make our own medium bowls. I usually get the steamed white rice. salmon, spicy tuna and tuna, almost all of the mix ins, ponzu and sweet chili sauces and the majority of toppings. The thing I like about Poke Bar is that the employees mix most of the proteins (not the spicy tuna) and all of the mix ins and sauces. This allows the proteins, mix ins and sauces to be spread out, and mixing the flavors, especially the sauces, allows for consistent flavoring throughout, which, I feel, results in a much better experience. Service was focused, quick and efficient. There were many tables for us to choose from, as we decided to eat in. Most of the orders were take out, made by walk in customers placing orders in person.

    Poke Medium Bowl

The service was amazing, the people who work there are great However, my food was horrible, so insanely fishy tasting. I have had my fair share of poke bowls and this was by far the worst one I have ever had. Like even just from the way it looks, the ingredients don't look fresh. Will not be coming back to this establishment.

This was our second try at a poke bar in Sandy Springs and between the two that we tried, I think that this was our favorite. Both were similar in vibe (and actually both empty on a Friday evening) which is quick service with the ability to build a bowl with customized toppings after you choose your base and protein(s). There were a number of preset bowls that you could choose or you can customize everything from the start. We liked the fact that they had Korean BBQ as protein choices, and the spiciness was more approachable than the other bar that we tried. One thing that we did realize is that the difference between the small and medium bowl was marginal, if at all. The small bowl was filled more and the ingredients got smashed a little, but the volume that went into both of them looked similar. Both were delicious and I would definitely choose this one again. The one thing that this did not offer was the poke burrito option, but having tried that at the other poke bar, I decided that I would prefer the poke bowl anyway. The burrito option being filled as full as I wanted it tended to fall apart during consumption anyway, so the bowl would have been more convenient. This is now my official favorite poke bar in the area.

    Taro Milk Bubble Tea

The customer service was great, super friendly, but this has got to be the worst smoothie bubble tea I ever had. I got two of these for the price of $13. I paid $13 for ice and Taro powder. I have to give it a 0 out of 10 but like I said the people that work there are super sweet!! Maybe if they change their ice machine to smaller ice would help? Idk but this was extremely disappointing. ),:

Saw the owner from Dunwoody took over so tried it. So glad!! It's even better than before the last owner had the franchise. Friendly team, fresh food. It was excellent! Will be back often

Medium bowl with half brown rice and half spring mix. Love loading up on all the toppings at the end. Pineapples are a must!

I come here frequently and really enjoy it everytime. I love the easy assembly line set up where i can watch the worker pile on all my toppings and see the magic happen. Theres a variety of sizes and toppings you can choose from. My fave is a medium bowl with half brown rice and half spring mix. They give you a pretty good amount of toppings and its free until you get to some of the fancy ones at the end. Medium bowls are approx $10 and honestly filling in a healthy sort of way. Highly recommend seaweed salad, pineapples, and all four toppings (spicy, sesame, crunchy garlic, onion) by the register. Lots of seating and parking is free/easy since its in a big complex with publix. Friendly workers every time!

They also offer sashimi and sushi, although those are limited to one serving per person. In addition to the table service, there is a buffet with an impressive selection of meats, dim sum, sushi rolls, curry, vegetables, snacks, fresh fruit, desserts, milk tea, and other beverages. The quality of the food was very good, especially considering the price. Everything I tried was fresh and flavorful, and the variety made it easy to sample a little of everything. For $29.99, the experience was more than worth it. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely come back!

The restaurant forces you to select and commit to a dining plan on their system before you are even allowed to enter and see what food is actually available. To make matters worse, there is a clear discrepancy between their physical menu and digital ordering system. Upon reviewing our photos later, we noticed that several items listed on the physical menu (which were not crossed out) don't even have a matching category, tag, or option on the tablet ordering system. P.S. Before anyone questions whether I simply missed these items at the buffet/snack bar: I personally went to the buffet area at least three times and reordered using tablet ordering system multiple times. There wasn't even a single tag or label for those missing items. If they were supposedly there, the real question should be why they were never restocked. Charging $78 a person while failing to properly update the digital menu or sync it with the physical one is incredibly misleading. You shouldn't charge this premium price without letting customers know exactly what is missing beforehand. There were empty spots at the buffet stations, and the restocking speed was painfully slow. I wish we had known this before coming; we would have happily just done the lunch special instead of paying for the Tier menu. Our waitress was wonderful--friendly, attentive, and easily the best part of the experience. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for the rest of the service. The hosts seemed overwhelmed, and the front area felt understaffed to handle the crowd. We arrived about 20 minutes before our reservation. My friend is currently wearing an Aircast boot for a foot injury, so we separated and had her wait for the table first since walking is difficult for her. The entrance was crowded with waiting guests, but no one told her that there were actually open seats behind the bar. Even though it was obvious she was injured and needed a place to sit, the host did not offer any alternatives. She eventually asked if she could sit at the bar, only to discover plenty of open seats behind it. It would have been much more thoughtful if the host had actively mentioned this to the waiting guests. The ordering system was another major source of frustration. The tablets at our table either had an outdated system or were dying--they frequently froze, and we had to try multiple times just to place an order. Even worse, the system missed one of our limited special items entirely. We actually lost track because, after we submitted our order, they swapped our tablet for a new one, and the system got completely confused. We had to ask at least three times about the missing item before it was finally addressed. Huge thanks to our waitress, who personally went back to the kitchen to communicate for us and ensure we got our missing items. Without her, I'm not sure the issue would have been resolved at all. As for the food, the restocking speed was disappointing. One of the milk tea machines was virtually empty for the duration of our visit--it only had a tiny splash left at the very bottom, well below the line, and was never refilled. The meat was sliced extremely thin, which wouldn't normally be an issue, but due to the type of grill plate they use, the meat burns instantly and constantly sticks to the grill plate. If you're going to slice meat that thin, the grill setup really needs to be reconsidered. One more thing: the restaurant's advertisements are completely outdated. They still advertise a $28 membership card, which is no longer a valid dining option (it is $58 a year now). I wish someone had informed us about this before we made our choices. Overall, I wouldn't return to this location. The waitstaff were warm and professional and worked hard, but the incomplete menu, slow restocking, and poor communication made the experience disappointing. We also appreciated that no one rushed us to leave after we paid and sat for about an hour--that was a positive note to end on.

Free parking in nearby garage was a plus. Located under some apartments in a neighborhood that has seen better times, it was actually a pleasant surprise to walk into this unassuming restaurant where time seemed to stand still. It looks like it has been renovated and kept up furnishing wise though. Staff wore white server coats and most looked unpressed and not very clean. Overall, the inattentive and inconsistent service was extremely disappointing for our expectations. Staff were friendly and that probably swayed us to staying here. Once we noticed that the female servers were crumbing the tables, clearing empty plates, filling water glasses, all without prompting, checked back on food served, and offering hot towels at the end of their party tables, etc. it diminished the mostly tasty meal that we had consumed. I had selected this restaurant for a special anniversary and would not return to any of their locations if this is the norm. Even the maitre'd who delivered the food did not pick up empty plates without prompting or seem to notice how dirty the tablecloth was from the bread crumbs. Fresh oysters from MA were small and tasty Truffle fries were good Cesar salad with house made croutons and extra anchovies made it tastier Branzino was good- veggies were not properly cooked- were tough. Smashed potatoes were good Server knew that dairy free was important and did not point out that there was sorbet on the dessert menu. Server was basically very pleasant but untrained and lazy. We are looking forward to the Atlanta Fish Market next time - it takes pride in service and food excellence.

Really loud though, so you'll need to project your voice across the table lol. Our server was really friendly and explained all the menu items well. For apps we got the grilled oysters & lobster bites. Both were delicious and flavorful - wish the portions were larger haha. I usually don't like oysters but these were really good. I ended up getting the grouper grilled with lobster risotto & truffle fries. My husband got the scallops with lobster risotto and brussel sprouts (we shared). The risotto was the winner! It had a great texture, flavor, and chunks of lobster in it. The fish was nicely grilled. Wished the scallops were larger. Server said it would be about 5-8 scallops and we got 4...in addition they gave us the wrong sauce (he ordered cajun and got lemon). The kitchen also messed up my order as well with forgetting the truffle fries & giving me a large portion of risotto instead. They did bring it to me after I asked. Server was really busy and tended forget the things we asked for. He forgot our friend's drink a few times. Since it was busy, it was hard to get his attention right away. We did have to wait a long time for our food - first for the apps then between the apps and dinner, about 40 minutes. For dessert we had the creme brulee & peach cobbler cheesecake. They gave us some small glasses of wine to toast on the house (as well as the creme brulee). The creme brulee was pretty good though the sugary top could have been crispier. The cheesecake was just OK. Lots of peach preserves on a regular NY style cheesecake. Wouldn't get it again. Overall food is good but wait times and the forgetfullness were disappointing.
