They were light and airy and broke apart easily kind of like a cinnamon roll. I had the top part with the toppings and dipped the bottom in their maple dip. The dip was delicious but the donuts were coated in a sugar... not a glaze but granulated sugar so if dip is not your thing you would still have a nice sweet donut throughout. I also got the Mango passion refresher which was so good. What amazed me though was my mother who isn't a fan of sweet things even liked the cinnamon donut she got. That says a lot to me because she is picky lol. Also the staff was friendly enough to give a mini donut to sample and that was extremely kind and I Chan say the minis are just as delicious as the full sized donuts. With any good bakery, you have to get there early to get the best selection. On this particular Saturday, I was told the cookies were the first to sell out.
