It was easy to order online. That was 5 stars. But gift giving and the delivery needs improvement. I wanted to add a note to my gift order. There was no way to do this online. I was sending to a hospital. I added the floor and location (3rd floor nurses station) to the order. The boxes were left outside some downstairs elevator door (based in the photo from the Uber driver). Thankfully a kind hospital employee saw it sitting there and found my phone number. She called me to inquire. I was able to tell her where to deliver it. I had even received a text from NBC with a link to further specify the delivery location. Apparently, no one (including their outsourced Uber delivery driver) bothered to read that. My email to NBC about this was never responded to. My inquiry to the Uber driver about the delivery was also ignored. Disappointing. read more

While I opt for Lemon, Chocolate Chocolate Chip and Marble Cake. We had a sample of the Lemon Cake while we were at the store, when we saw it at the "Sample Table". I like like the Lemon Cake A lot! I'd heard good things about Nothing Bundt Cakes so I decided to give it a shot! The entire process of getting the cake was super easy from order to pickup. I placed the order online and being able to customize every aspect of the cake was really neat and it made the process much smoother overall, without me having to make calls or stop by the store. This store was super accommodating to me on the day of pickup and had no issue with my stopping by later than I originally planned to pick up the cake. At the party, everyone went nuts for the cake and loved how it looked different from the usual rectangle cakes we see. It was also a smash hit in the taste department and the only qualm people had was that there wasn't more of it to eat! What's not to love about a crazy moist and flavorful cake with thick creamy cream cheese icing and a choice of bite size, single serving size or the full sized cake. Free samples of the flavor of the day. We used to live in TX and they were all over there, so now seeing them here in CO it's a treat for me. My daughter worked there so seeing some of the behind the scenes and still liking it should be a huge deal. They run a pretty tight and clean ship and have excellent customer service. Cakes always taste great but customer service counts. My 8" cake was about 1/2 tall as usual. When I tried to bring it up at the counter it was 'those are pre made and there is nothing she could do' and just walked away. Hmm. $24 and "tough luck sucker?" Uh... The lesson I learned is just spend $2 at the store, plan ahead and make your own bundt cake. Also would like to tell everyone the special parking outside their door has nothing to do with the curbside service they offer. Their Curbside service includes opening the door to the store then yell your name out. Then a carefully placed, frisbee style hook shot thrown from behind the store door may or may not land your cake on the sanitized table on the sidewalk. No big deal really as your cake traveled only flew 18-24 inches. Good way for the homeless to pick up some dessert. read more
