Once this grandma figured out the website and looked at everything ordering was a breeze. I was given a Nothing Bundt Cakes gift card for my birthday, and I decided to go to Nothing Bundt Cakes to try their gluten free chocolate chip bundtlets. I ordered three, but there was only two available. So, I ordered two gluten free chocolate chip bundtlets and one strawberries and cream cheese bundlet. I handed the cashier my gift card. She swiped it once and an unable to read error was displayed on the screen. She handed the gift card back and told me there was nothing on the card. I explained to her that there is about $12 on the card. I ended up having to use my credit card for the purchase. I later checked the gift card balance online and there was $11.05 on the gift card. I'm not sure if the young lady was new and didn't know what she was doing. However, I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. The bundtlets were okay. I had to remove the icing. Wow! My brother told me how yummy this place was and I had to try it out for myself. I ordered a dozen cupcakes (chocolate chip, blueberry, carrot, lemon, confetti, white chocolate raspberry, red velvet) online for pick up in a couple of days. Showed up to pick up my order and went straight to my car and took a bite...OMG! Cup cake was so moist and the frosting had so much flavor when it hit my mouth. This is probably the best cupcake I've ever had. So good. Not even exaggerating. White chocolate raspberry was my favorite. I don't know if I'm bias because I like berry flavored stuff. All i know is that the ones I had were all good but that was my favorite. It was $21 bucks for a dozen plus tax which came out to $22.58....not too bad but it was worth it. It had the perfect flavors all mixed together and perfectly paired with the icing on top. Every bit was as good as the first one. In was soft and super delicious. In addition, they had a sample of their red-velvit Bundt cake. It was good but nothing compared to the white raspberry one I ate. The store is cute and small with a lot of character. I felt like it was a lot better presented compared to some of the other cake shops in town because you can just as easy walk in and take something to go super-fast to enjoy all for yourself. Please please please try their white chocolate raspberry bundt cake! It is so moist with the perfect cream cheese frosting that comes on all of their bunds. I could eat this sweet treat everyday. I can say that I've tried the lemon, chocolate chocolate chip, red velvet, and the cinnamon bundt and I would be happy with any cake from this store. The young woman that works Friday nights is super sweet. She gave me tips on how to enhance the flavor of the chocolate truffle cake by microwaving for 20 seconds! Are you kidding me? Tried the pecan praline and white chocolate raspberry tonight, they were both ridiculous. I really expected to not like it. I've tried other bundt cakes around town, and have ALWAYS been unimpressed. These, though, were superb. I did ask, and these cakes are frozen at some point. However, you would not know. They had ZERO hint of freezer taste, and were moist and delicious. Most importantly, they taste incredible. One down side - a little pricey. $4 for the smallest size. Maybe 4" or so in diameter. They are rich, and one cake was satisfying, but still, seems a bit high. For now, I'm a fan. The staff was pleasant, the store was clean. One of my rare five star ratings! read more

BEWARE. Not making the quality, nor flavorful of cake (BLAND flavor for chocolate) that they used to & they do NOT care. USED to be good. Used this BBC for years, since they first opened, & now received a horrible BLAND chocolate cake. This, after several days order notice, upscaling the cake w/ $10 decoration, & yet ended up with the most bland excuse of a cake. This was for an important milestone birthday w/ guests & cannot be redone. No one in the party wanted more. And no one wants the leftovers in the days following. It's seriously that bland. The important get-together was over & it wouldn't help the celebration to stop & contact NBC during or after the celebration. Damage was done. When we finally did get around to letting them know what they should have known w/ better quality control beforehand; they instead held us on hold for an extra long time to finally say from the owner that it was too long after to replace. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I placed an order back in March for an event that was cancelled last minute due to COVID. I had the latest pickup time possible on Friday and tried to call Thursday evening to cancel my order. The girl who answered the phone said they were technically closed due to reduced hours that were not depicted online. I was told to call first thing in the morning and cancel my order. I follow her instructions precisely and call right at 10:00am when they opened to cancel my order and ask for a refund, and was curtly greeted with "Oh, they're already made and I can't give you a refund if they've already been made." My pickup isn't for hours and my event wasn't even until Saturday. These would've been well over a day old. After insisting I followed the directions given to me the day before by an employee, and expecting a little understanding considering the current pandemic climate with events being cancelled everywhere, I was finally offered store credit. Okay, fine. Here's July and I decide to take advantage of this store credit which is the only reason I'm returning to deal with these people. I place an order for my father's birthday for Saturday July 18th. While someone searched for some record of my store credit, a girl took my order. I didn't want to use the whole credit but was told I couldn't redeem a partial amount and would have to order more or forfeit the rest - a concept I have never encountered at any other business offering store credit, but again, FINE. I use the whole credit and place the same order I did in March to pick up Saturday, July 18th, my dad's birthday. I receive an incomplete voicemail on July 13th and after piecing it together and returning the call was informed that my order was for last Saturday, the 11th. After I assured him that was a mistake, and this was in no way my fault, I was met over and over with the phrase "According to our records..." and "Our records show...". Of course they show that. YOU put them in there wrong. I finally asked the man I was speaking with for a manager and he informed me he was one. After gaslighting me, insinuating I don't know my father's birth date, and putting words in my mouth for almost 10 min, he offered to have the owner call me in the next day or so. Although this seemed like a simple fix a manager could've handled independently, I obliged and waited for a call. Yolanda, the owner and I spoke very briefly the next day and no apology was issued, no question as to her employees' decorum or lack of service to their customers. She merely asked when I could pick the order up on the 18th. I told her I could be there when they opened at 10:00am. She then says "But you have to come pick them up this time." THIS TIME. Af if I'm the one who makes a habit of frequently mishandling my order. "We're not going to call you. We're not going to do any more store credit." For the record, I never wanted credit in the first place, just my refund. I reminded her that I was ALWAYS planning on picking up my order on the 18th, the day I made the order for, not the day they made up. Fortunately, I did not run into any issues during pick-up although I was very nervous to walk in, expecting the same hostility and the regular mishandling of yet another order. If it's so easy to believe that I misspoke, then why is it so hard to believe I was misheard. I would think that a business that caters to parties and large events would be doing everything they could to retain their customers during a pandemic which makes these types of events scarce. I am appalled at their customer service on all levels of management and they can rest assured that I and anyone I know, will not be spending any more money at this establishment. No cake tastes good enough to be treated this way. read more

This might be my new favorite cake place. I got a coupon in the mail for a free "bundlet," which is a rather nice sized personal bundt cake. (I actually split it over two nights). I figured I'd check it out since it was free, but I ended up buying one in addition to my free one. This was mainly for three reasons: first, they had samples of the red velvet, and it was spectacular. Second, the staff was just so nice! And finally, I couldn't decide between the carrot cake or the cinnamon swirl. My husband and I each split so we could try both, and we weren't disappointed in either cake. They were super moist and flavorful. I thought maybe the cinnamon could have used an extra boost of cinnamon, but I love cinnamon more than most people, so I won't fault them for that!
