We looked for another place and with the reviews we decided to try here. They were able to take care of his hair with little to no damage after the previous damage. He left looking great...so great that we decided to get my daughters (not Korean) hair permed as well. She had really long hair and the ends were fried from her straightening it so much. They were able to cut what was needed to make her hair healthy again, and her perm is AMAZING!!! Her hair was extremely poofy and curly and now it still has amazing volume but is so much more manageable. I am truly thankful that they have taken such care of my family, both Korean and non-Korean.

I'm definitely high-maintenance when it comes to my hair, and Rebecca and Cody always exceed my expectations. They're incredibly talented, professional, and genuinely care about getting everything just right. Now my teenage daughter comes here too, and Amber has been amazing with her. Not just a little bit while blow drying...but all throughout! It just feels a bit gross. I mean, who knows how clean their fingers are! I also hate the way they wash your hair. They actually have a separate girl that wash your hair (instead of the stylists)...and this girl is just not good! She has zero strength in her fingers...and I hate the way she even touches your hair! Possibly THE worst hair washing experience (experiences) I've ever had in ANY salon. I can't believe someone that's actually hired for this job (hair washing) does such a poor job! Despite liking the location and pricing, service and overall quality is always an issue.
