I removed these Wheels Americas wheels at the end of summer. I washed them before putting them away and noticed water under the clear coat in many areas. The clearcoat was flaking in big sections (ask me and I'll send photos as I cannot upload them in this review). Clearly there was an adhesion issue as there was zero corrosion or damage to the wheels finish. I contacted the seller who agreed to have a look and refinish if considered warranty. They let me know when the wheels were finished and stated the issue was due to road salt exposure. I replied back that it's impossible as these wheels were summer use only and were only 6 months old. I received them back with damage to the finish (when it was uncured) as well as white specs all over the clearcoat (I'm glad to send photos). You can see the the finish bumped up something when it was still wet (down to the aluminum). I've sent multiple messages and even called them. They are completely ignoring me. I have experience with paint and finish work. Something wasn't prepped correctly and therefore there was an adhesion issue with the clearcoat. The lack of care and quality on the second refinish is a reflection of their work ethic and concern for the customer. "Just get it done and shipped" The lack of response after seeing the evidence that I presented should strongly suggest to you to purchase from another vendor. There are some great wheel companies out there. This is not one of them!

After my engine replacement, I continued experiencing several problems, including rough idling, persistent oil leaks, and an ongoing check engine light. These are not minor concerns, and they should have been addressed as part of the service. What disappointed me most was the lack of accountability when I returned to have these issues looked at. Instead of taking the time to properly inspect the engine, the mechanic repeatedly blamed my known power steering leak and dismissed my concerns altogether. I felt like my input was not taken seriously, and the actual problems with my engine were never acknowledged. Overall, this was a frustrating experience. I placed my trust in this shop for a major repair, and they did not meet expectations. I will not be returning. I expected to have no issues after the installment when getting a new engine replacement and yet they didn't even meet that expectation.

The owner has been a Godsend for me and my family by fixing my car issues due to some idiot stealing my rims a few months ago. I actually got even nicer rims out of the whole thing and he came to my house to put them on. My car started messing up this past weekend and shaking like crazy and he fixed the issue quickly. It was something to do with the wheel bearing. Had I kept driving my car a bit longer, my wheels would have popped off and my life and my babies' lives would have been in danger. I was able to finance everything within 10 minutes. He gives a 10 % discount to Veterans. Please share his info you know anyone who needs anything to do with wheels/rims.

When I came in the morning to pick it up my boyfriend waited inside for 20 minutes just waiting for someone to tell him where the keys to my car were, after we got them the moment my boyfriend started driving out he said it was driving weird. We drove for 12 minutes on the highway, and he checked the tire pressure while we were driving on my computer screen in my car. The front passenger was at 11 psi, so we went to another discount and they said the valve was leaking. Had to sit for another hour while they were fixing it. I made this review because this discount has done this before, my suggestion is don't get anything done at a discount and if you don't especially not here.
