After my engine replacement, I continued experiencing several problems, including rough idling, persistent oil leaks, and an ongoing check engine light. These are not minor concerns, and they should have been addressed as part of the service. What disappointed me most was the lack of accountability when I returned to have these issues looked at. Instead of taking the time to properly inspect the engine, the mechanic repeatedly blamed my known power steering leak and dismissed my concerns altogether. I felt like my input was not taken seriously, and the actual problems with my engine were never acknowledged. Overall, this was a frustrating experience. I placed my trust in this shop for a major repair, and they did not meet expectations. I will not be returning. I expected to have no issues after the installment when getting a new engine replacement and yet they didn't even meet that expectation.

The owner has been a Godsend for me and my family by fixing my car issues due to some idiot stealing my rims a few months ago. I actually got even nicer rims out of the whole thing and he came to my house to put them on. My car started messing up this past weekend and shaking like crazy and he fixed the issue quickly. It was something to do with the wheel bearing. Had I kept driving my car a bit longer, my wheels would have popped off and my life and my babies' lives would have been in danger. I was here last week getting 4 brand new tires installed. That went great (or so i thought) and over the next couple of days i noticed that the TPMS sensor never registered. I brought it back today and they told me that the sensors batteries were dead. I asked why they never checked and got the run-around. Then i was told it wouldn't take long to get new ones installed. 30 min later, i notice my truck hadn't moved out the parking lot, so i ask and the guy tells me that i am next up in line....1 hour later i am still looking at my truck in the same spot. I got up and ask for the manager and he apologizes and tells me they never should have told me that i was up next. He was really nice, but still, they literally WASTED my entire evening waiting on them to fix a mistake they should have caught the first time!
