I'll start by saying, I think a 1.5 would be more appropriate for this review but since Yelp does…read morenot allow that option, 1.5 will be rounded to 2. I called ahead to find out when their open play time takes place and then connected with a friend to arrange a play date for our two little ones (2 and 5). We were so excited to have a gym-like place nearby! The four of us arrived before the time indicated, only to find a couple of moms and babies sitting in the waiting area of All That Jazz. We didn't realize that ATJ and TT were connected but waited patiently at the front desk. After several minutes, we walked back to where the dance studio kiddos were practicing and didn't see an employee in sight. We decided to call the number and when a woman answered, we let her know that we had been waiting out front to pay our $10 to have the kids use the equipment in TT for one hour. She apologized that they were preparing props for a performance (which I get) but charged us the full $10 for the hour anyways. 1.5 stars gone. The space itself: Was just, meh... at best. The woman walked us back and turned the lights on and the air to one of the jumping pieces and that was it. No explanation on what there was to do, etc. and she knew we had never been. The girls figured out how to use most of the pieces but there were a few things we were unsure of and ended up avoiding in case they misused them and got hurt in the process. Another star gone for this part of our experience. I thought that maybe we would get an extension by 20 minutes (since that's how long we waited) but no, she came in at 11:00 on the nose and began shutting the power off, etc. Star docked. Bottom line: The open play at TT seems to be more of an after-thought. Their primary business is the dance studio and after our experience here I will gladly drive to Kingstowne to play at My Gym (which is where we've booked our little one's next party). It is *definitely* not worth the $10 entrance fee.

From the moment we joined, we were welcomed like family and have never looked back. The owner is one of the most genuine, big-hearted people you will ever meet. It is crystal clear that this is not just a business to them it is a calling. They pour their entire heart and soul into every athlete and every family, and it shows in absolutely everything they do. The program is incredibly well organized, which as a parent means the world. Schedules, updates, and events are always handled with professionalism and care zero stress, zero confusion. The customer service alone sets Hot Topic All Stars apart from the rest. Any time I had a question or needed help, the response was immediate, kind, and thorough. They go above and beyond without being asked that kind of dedication is rare and so deeply appreciated. But what truly sets this program apart are the coaches. These are not just instructors they are mentors, cheerleaders, and champions for every single child. They have an incredible ability to meet kids at their level, nurture their strengths, and build a confidence in them that carries far beyond the mat. My child walked in timid and unsure they now walk in with their head held high and a fire in their eyes. That transformation is priceless. If you are on the fence about joining, stop hesitating. Hot Topic All Stars is the real deal a program that uplifts, empowers, and inspires. We are so grateful to be part of this incredible team!

She just started in September and I have been nothing but impressed. They are learning some foundational ballet movement and skill. The class also has strong age appropriate developmental components as well as preschool skills like knowing colors, shapes, sorting objects, listening to directions, etc. She loves her dance teacher, Ms. Tiffany, and never even had a second thought about going in to class without me. She is excited to go every week and often wants to stay for the ballet/tap combo class after. Birthday party: What a deal!!! Very reasonably priced. They provided pizza and juice boxes, but we were also allowed to bring in food. We did a gymnastics only party and the kids, ages 18 months to 9 years old didn't want to leave the room! The party host from the studio, was awesome. She spent time with all the age groups and made sure to interact with each child as well. Even some of the adults got in on the fun and she talked with us and laughed at our silliness. My husband, who didn't initially want to pay to have a party outside our home, left saying how easy it was and he would do it all over again in a heartbeat. It was nice to arrive, be present at the party instead of running all over while hosting at our house, enjoy our friends and family, and leave. I had mentioned to Maria, the studio receptionist, that my daughter had a new found love of Peppa Pig and they went above and beyond putting Peppa Pig heads on the balloons, the plates, table and a banner. It was so thoughtful and really showed a superior level of customer service in my mind.

She went into the studio with the other kids and was super excited but then suddenly, other girls started to cry for their parents and that made my little one started to cry too. I asked the teacher if I could sit inside so she would feel safer and the teacher Sandra said no. Then I asked the reception desk if another class was available so I could try if the instructor allowed me inside and they asked around and they all said no because the other kids would be distracted. I mean, I get it this shouldn't be the norm and parents should watch from outside but for someone doing the first class ever, maybe be a little bit more flexible wouldn't hurt. So they are not having me as a client and we are going somewhere else who can be more flexible with small kids who are just starting.

My daughter attended this gym for eight months, and during that time she didn't improved at all they, have two gym the second gym creation story is written below, After I realized that the management had no real plan for developing gymnasts--their only goal was business. Overcrowded classes with highly inexperienced coaches led me to this conclusion. After my daughter switched to Gym I360 and made significant progress, the management of G-Force took an unethical step by hiring a coach from I360 Gym. Their goal was to bring over all of that coach's students--who had been trained for years under I360's structured program--without making their own long-term investment in skilled coaches and proper gymnast development. Instead of putting in the effort to build their own program, they simply set up a separate training space for the "poached" coach and gymnasts, using them for promotional purposes as if they were a product of G-Force's training. Overall, the management of this gym is extremely unethical.

My…read moredaughter danced here for two years and two summers before we had to move and I'm dreading having to find another studio since SDC set the bar so high. Some things I love: *Miss Karen will take kids as young as 2 and doesn't require them to be potty trained. She believes that nobody is too young or too old to dance. *Wide range of classes available including an adaptive dance class specifically for those with special needs. *The focus is on fun, not on competition (though they do have a fabulous competition teams for those who want to compete). You won't ever hear any of the instructors yelling or scolding the dancers for their performance. Everybody is there to have fun while learning to dance. *Appropriateness. All dancers are required to either change clothes in the studio or wear a cover while going between car and studio. All costumes are age appropriate and proper undergarments are required. You won't see any teen strip teases or three year old little girls gyrating all over the stage at recital. Miss Karen really teaches her dancers how to respect themselves and entertain with their talent, not by showing off a ton of skin. *Cost. I suppose this one may be subjective, but I personally felt that the price of classes was extremely reasonable. My daughter took two classes and we were able to afford it without issue. I honestly don't think that there is anything that I DON'T love about this studio!
