There is nothing more wonderful than supporting LOCAL florists. NovaPetal has been on my radar for a while, and I had actually purchased from them a few years ago in 2021 when they were under a different name and had no storefront. I've casually followed them on Instagram and just loved their arrangements. So it was wonderful that my husband surprised me with not only flowers, but did so supporting local. A true man of my heart (lol!)

This local AZ flower shop is an absolute gem! Over the past couple of years, I have sent 2-3 arrangements to my mom (who lives in the area) for her birthday, Mother's Day, etc. and each time have been so impressed with how stunning they turned out. I always opt for their box arrangements as I find them to be the most impressive but given those results, I'm sure their other offerings are equally as beautiful. The price is on the higher side but for the quality you receive, it is so worth it! I highly recommend this florist if you're looking to send flowers that will exceed any recipient's expectations.

Really disappointed given all of the great reviews and 5 stars on Yelp. The comparison picture speaks for itself. 1) I paid $253 for the Large Eco Breeze Arrangement. I understand that some flowers may differ given the season, but the flowers in my entire arrangement seemed to be replaced with different, much cheaper flowers. This gave the arrangement a completely different look. 2) Not only were the flowers different, but there were considerably LESS flowers than what was pictured. When I reached out about this, the response I was given was that they accidentally made a medium arrangement instead of a large. They offered to refund me the difference between a large and a medium ($40), but this was not an acceptable solution due to the fact that I cannot re-send flowers for my friend's grand opening for her business. It's embarrassing. 3) The rose petals were already falling off indicating to me that these were either not fresh flowers, or they did not spend much attention to details to remove the outer petals and this is how they delivered it. 4) The vase was also different. There were no disclaimers stating that the vase would not be the same as what was pictured. The pedestal vase is what completes the entire esthetic of the arrangement. 5) Much like other customers have mentioned in their reviews, my order was also delivered later than the window I requested. I reached out directly to the business immediately after the order was delivered, but they were not accommodating and stopped responding to me. I gave them sufficient time and a fair chance to remedy the situation, but unfortunately they chose to ignore me. I would think twice about ordering from them.

Wildflower designer choice deluxe small arrangement

I was thrilled with my service and the beautiful bouquet created by NovaPetal Flower Lab. The rate of delivery is exceptional! I ordered the Wild flower designer choice small arrangement and the recipient was so happy! They also communicated with me when they were in route, sent photos prior to delivering, and confirmed when they dropped off the arrangement!

Had to send a floral arraignment to a good friend in Scottsdale. Used Yelp and found Novapetal. Easy website to order. Had to phone to make sure delivery was on the date and time selected...but they did make good. Flowers were beautiful. Flowers, delivery, tip, tax $188...but that's what good flowers cost. Would use again.

I had a great experience ordering from NovaPetal. I am not from the area and found them on Instagram. Their customer service was amazing and the arrangements I had delivered were both stunning. I would highly recommend for a professional experience and a modern look with so many choices.

Poor communication & lousy customer service for how they messed up

My husband ordered me 24 peony flowers for Valentine's Day 2 weeks in advance. He followed up with them 1 week in advance to make sure they were still able to proceed and deliver this order. They could not give an exact time of delivery when he spoke with them, but I work from home so that wasn't an issue, besides our dinner plans, but we were hoping they'd arrive before then. Come Valentine's Day, my husband waited patiently and around 2 pm with the reservations coming up he decided to give them a call for an update. They were not responding and he decided maybe they'll get back to me through text. They said they'd give him an update in 15 minutes. Hours go by and we go to dinner anyways, we would just tell them to leave them at the door through our camera. We arrive home and still no flowers were delivered and no updates were sent. My husband checks their website and it states that all flowers will be delivered by 10 pm. So we waited and at 10:30 we went to bed, no flowers and no updates, i thought this was a $400 scam and we'd have to report fraud in the morning. (Keep in mind we tried to call twice in between those times). Finally in the morning we got a text saying they are sorry and want to make it up to us by giving a full refund or just have it delivered Monday with $50 extra worth of flowers "on them" (which is what 3 stems?). So still charge us $400, 3 days after Valentine's Day with a couple extra flowers. Really? You missed Valentine's Day!! My husband called twice and they picked up the second time and they said how can I help you Benjamin, she sounded annoyed. My husband proceeded to tell her he'd like a full refund, and expressed his frustration and how lousy their offer was. Why on earth would he even want to support a business that doesn't follow through on a simple and expensive order. She apologized and said it was a "system glitch". My husband then received a call from Anthony and he said that Olga was a new employee and messed up big time and he apologized. (Which here in yelp Olga is listed as a business owner? There could be 2 Olga's working there, but how likely is that?) He tried to offer us a full refund plus delivery of the flowers on Monday at no cost. You can call us unreasonable if you want, but we didn't even want their flowers after all of this. It's completely unfair to us that we were forgotten about and that our order wasn't important enough to them. And even if it was simply a shortage of flowers, or couldn't meet the delivery time, or whatever it might be, you let the customer know!! That's my biggest thing, the customer doing all the follow up and checking in is not the way to run a business. The customer should feel secure in the purchase that they made and receive regular updates on delivery times. My husband was worried all day that I wouldn't get my flowers, but he trusted that they are a reliable company based on the reviews. I don't understand how they have 5 stars, maybe we really are one of the unlucky few, but their lack of communication, unreliability and poor delivery planning will eventually catch up to them. I've noticed a lot of reviews are a 5 because they "fixed" a mistake. But there's nothing you can do to fix missing a pre planned Valentine's Day flower delivery.

This beauty just arrived today and it is so fragrant!

The most beautiful bouquets I've ever received. I admit that I'm a flower snob and I like to make my own arrangements. HOWEVER... NovaPetal puts any floral arrangements to shame. The flowers are so fragrant, the display is gorgeous and the quality is so superior to any florist in the valley!!

I'm always overwhelmed when shopping for flowers out of state, but Flower Lab wowed me from the get-go. Their adorable website got my attention, but the GORGEOUS flower arrangements kept me scrolling and scrolling. I didn't know exactly what I wanted so I called and spoke with Anthony and he was incredibly kind and helpful. He even sent a video of the (ridiculously beautiful) arrangement before delivery and a text when it was safely delivered. I can't say enough good things about this awesome business. I found Flower Lab through Yelp and decided to give them a try based on the stellar reviews. I'm glad I did because everything was perfect from start to finish! I called and asked for a delivery of flowers to a friend in Phoenix. The person who helped me was extremely friendly and helpful. I texted him a photo (from Yelp) of the kind of arrangement I was looking for. He got back to me immediately with a range of price points, which I really appreciated and then sent me a link to remit payment - so easy! The arrangement they sent my friend was absolutely gorgeous and she really loved it. Flower Lab texted me both before delivery and after to make sure I knew the flowers arrived safely. Top notch service all around not to mention the most beautiful flowers ever - thank you! read more

Flower lab did an incredible job with our arrangements on two different occasions. The flowers and arrangement were beautiful and included a unique challis vase, which I haven't seen anything like elsewhere! What made the experience even more memorable was exceptional customer service. Anthony and his team went above and beyond in making sure the arrangements got to their addresses and communicated along the way with a photo of the delivered final arrangement, which was delivered the next day (even though I called at 6pm). I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to send a special someone something to brighten their week!! read more

Wonderful customer service and a gorgeous arrangement! Novapetal worked with us on a very tight time-line. We had a special vase that needed a dark & moody presentation. We were able to drop the vase off after hours and they came back and picked it up. The flowers were delivered the following day before noon. Novapetal really went above and beyond for us. I've ordered from Flower Lab twice now and both times they delivered a beautiful arrangement with fantastic service. I no longer live in Phoenix, but I haven't had any trouble ordering flowers online for my mother who is still in town. For each order, Anthony texted me a photo of the arrangement before delivery and sent me another photo confirming the delivery. Both times it was next-day delivery (one of which was on a Sunday!). I highly recommend Flower Lab!! read more

I don't write many reviews, but this one warrants it. I had the absolute BEST experience ordering flowers from Flower Lab! Given that I try to order directly from local businesses (which they are) and I'm extremely "selective" (okay, okay, I'm overly "picky", as my husband would say. I call it "discriminating". potato/potato), I searched online for a florist whose arrangements were unique and elegant, that "spoke" to me and would make a statement. I wanted something really special, and came upon Flower Lab. Perusing through their online photos, they featured a selection of arrangements that caught my eye. "Wow, now these are different", I thought to myself. Olga, who co-owns the business with her husband, Anthony, has a truly creative eye that really distinguishes Flower Lab's presentation from others. From the flowers arranged in vases, to these gorgeous oval boxes and even handbags with flowers selected and arranged so uniquely that I knew I found the right place. I wanted something "different" and had found it. I ordered the arrangement seen in the photo in a beautiful pink oval box. Not only was the arrangement gorgeous and lived up to the online photos, but the service was unmatched. Let me just say that Anthony, Olga's husband and co-owner, assisted me with every last detail of my order, was so personable and attentive to my request, that he made me feel as if my order was as important to him as it was to me. On top of that, it was a same-day delivery that he gladly accommodated and even texted me a photo of the arrangement. This was another example of how different this experience was for me. They allowed me to see for myself how beautiful their creation turned out so that I didn't have to wonder how the recipient would see it. Thank you, Anthony and Olga, for sharing your skills and talent for us to enjoy. When a business creates beautiful works of art and pairs that with exceptional service that lets you know that they care about the quality of their work, that, for me, is a business that deserves praise. I highly recommend Flower Lab to anyone looking for a truly unique flower arrangement and top-notch service experience that is so personal (and rare) that you'll keep coming back. Found this shop on line in close proximity to a bar hosting a celebration of life for one of its owners. Short notice, called, and received friendly, professional help and they delivered a beautiful floral arrangement on time ahead of the service. Sent me a photo of the flowers! Anthony from Flower Lab was so kind and accommodating, not to mention lightning fast! They were able to put together this beautiful, custom hand tied bouquet for my parents' 51st wedding anniversary and delivered it it to their doorstep within a couple of hours' time... on a Sunday, no less! We discussed flower colors/options/budget via text (as I was ordering from out of state), and they even sent me pictures as they were creating the bouquet. My mom sent me this picture as soon as it arrived. She was stunned by how beautiful and unique the flowers were... definitely not your run of the mill bouquet! I just want to say that I worked with one of the partners Anthony at flower lab to put together a beautiful floral arrangement for a very important friend. She feels like family to me and she's also an investment partner. Today was her birthday well the floral arrangement was delivered right on time the beautiful note that I put together Over the phone by text was perfect. I received the most beautiful arrangement from Novapetal out of Phoenix. An oldfriend sent it through them. She is a florist herself & won't send just a flower arrangement. This had beautiful peonies. Which i hadn't seen since i was a child. The arrangement is at least a week and is still so pretty. It has dried (some of the flowers) just beautiful! I needed to order some last minute flowers for delivery and found Flower Lab on Yelp. I love how their designs are really unique and not just the standard FTD options. (Nothing wrong with FTD designs but it kind of gives it away that it's a last minute gift.) The website is easy to use, their prices are very reasonable, and they are able to deliver same day with very little notice. I also appreciate they were open earlier than a lot of other florists on Yelp. I called to make sure they had the right info and spoke with Anthony, who was super nice. Flower Lab also sent me a text with a photo of the arrangement confirming delivery, which was a thoughtful touch. Thanks again! read more

They sent me a picture of the arrangement The flowers were beautiful! They then texted me to let me know that the arrangement had been delivered the same day within hours. When it comes to florists in the Phoenix area, I find so many of them to be skilled, but somewhat lacking in their artistry & generous customer service. Olga & Anthony at Flower Lab are fabulous in their artistry, attention to details and finishing each arrangement with beautiful details. They went beyond the usual tasks to make sure that flowers ordered from out of state for a local memorial service were beautifully coordinated with my local order. I will order from them each and every time! read more

I ordered a birthday arrangement for a friend and it came out beautiful! The roses among other top quality flowers were exquisitely beautiful and fresh. The base was no ordinary glass vase but a lovely unique cylinder box that tied the entire arrangement together. Anthony was great and kept in touch with me via text from start to finish with a photo of the arrangement upon delivery. I could not be happier! read more

Amazing service and gorgeous flowers. I ordered flowers from Florida to be delivered to my sister this past Sunday. My sister's neighborhood can be difficult to navigate, but they went out of their way to communicate for delivery. They also sent a picture of the arrangement. My sister said it was the prettiest arrangement she has ever received. The quality of the flowers was fantastic, and the creativity was top notch. Hard to find quality product and service these days. My go to flower shop from now on. read more

We are a locally owned Arcadia European Flower Design Studio that started doing floral arrangements 5 years ago throughout Europe. We just opened our online store in Phoenix so that we can share all of the beauty that we have created. We are located in Arcadia and specialize in one of a kind fresh cut floral arrangements as well as offer quick floral delivery in Phoenix Arizona. We are a creative team that works hard and is always striving to produce the best fresh cut florals for you! We received most of our floral education in Europe as well as throughout the U.S. so this is why our fresh cut florals are so unique and are guaranteed to grab peoples attention in all the right ways. I recently ordered the "Inspirational Sympathy" arrangement (medium size) from Novapetal for a grieving relative in Glendale, AZ. As someone out of state in California, I relied heavily on Yelp reviews and the photos on their website and I'm so glad I did. Even though I placed the order just before 2 PM, Novapetal was able to accommodate same-day delivery. The service was seamless. The driver was communicative and even sent me a photo of the delivered arrangement, which I deeply appreciated. The bouquet was absolutely stunning, thoughtfully designed, with a lovely mix of blooms and colors that felt both elegant and comforting. While there were some substitutions, they were beautiful and completely appropriate for a sympathy arrangement. Shortly after delivery, my relative texted me to say how touched they were and how beautiful the flowers were. In a time of such unimaginable loss, this small gesture brought a bit of light and comfort. Tonight we were in the most stressful situation and needed flowers delivered immediately. We called flower lab and spoke with Anthony. We had ordered an arrangement through DoorDash and they could not fulfill it because it was the end of the night but Anthony said he could still help us and make a beautiful arrangement for our dear friends. Their Chalice flower arrangement is stunning, and my friend shared that it stayed fresh and beautiful for a while.
