There is nothing more wonderful than supporting LOCAL florists. NovaPetal has been on my radar for a while, and I had actually purchased from them a few years ago in 2021 when they were under a different name and had no storefront. I've casually followed them on Instagram and just loved their arrangements. So it was wonderful that my husband surprised me with not only flowers, but did so supporting local. A true man of my heart (lol!)

This local AZ flower shop is an absolute gem! Over the past couple of years, I have sent 2-3 arrangements to my mom (who lives in the area) for her birthday, Mother's Day, etc. and each time have been so impressed with how stunning they turned out. I always opt for their box arrangements as I find them to be the most impressive but given those results, I'm sure their other offerings are equally as beautiful. The price is on the higher side but for the quality you receive, it is so worth it! I highly recommend this florist if you're looking to send flowers that will exceed any recipient's expectations.

Really disappointed given all of the great reviews and 5 stars on Yelp. The comparison picture speaks for itself. 1) I paid $253 for the Large Eco Breeze Arrangement. I understand that some flowers may differ given the season, but the flowers in my entire arrangement seemed to be replaced with different, much cheaper flowers. This gave the arrangement a completely different look. 2) Not only were the flowers different, but there were considerably LESS flowers than what was pictured. When I reached out about this, the response I was given was that they accidentally made a medium arrangement instead of a large. They offered to refund me the difference between a large and a medium ($40), but this was not an acceptable solution due to the fact that I cannot re-send flowers for my friend's grand opening for her business. It's embarrassing. 3) The rose petals were already falling off indicating to me that these were either not fresh flowers, or they did not spend much attention to details to remove the outer petals and this is how they delivered it. 4) The vase was also different. There were no disclaimers stating that the vase would not be the same as what was pictured. The pedestal vase is what completes the entire esthetic of the arrangement. 5) Much like other customers have mentioned in their reviews, my order was also delivered later than the window I requested. I reached out directly to the business immediately after the order was delivered, but they were not accommodating and stopped responding to me. I gave them sufficient time and a fair chance to remedy the situation, but unfortunately they chose to ignore me. I would think twice about ordering from them.

I was thrilled with my service and the beautiful bouquet created by NovaPetal Flower Lab. The rate of delivery is exceptional! I ordered the Wild flower designer choice small arrangement and the recipient was so happy! They also communicated with me when they were in route, sent photos prior to delivering, and confirmed when they dropped off the arrangement!

Had to send a floral arraignment to a good friend in Scottsdale. Used Yelp and found Novapetal. Easy website to order. Had to phone to make sure delivery was on the date and time selected...but they did make good. Flowers were beautiful. Flowers, delivery, tip, tax $188...but that's what good flowers cost. Would use again.

I had a great experience ordering from NovaPetal. I am not from the area and found them on Instagram. Their customer service was amazing and the arrangements I had delivered were both stunning. I would highly recommend for a professional experience and a modern look with so many choices.

Poor communication & lousy customer service for how they messed up

My husband ordered me 24 peony flowers for Valentine's Day 2 weeks in advance. He followed up with them 1 week in advance to make sure they were still able to proceed and deliver this order. They could not give an exact time of delivery when he spoke with them, but I work from home so that wasn't an issue, besides our dinner plans, but we were hoping they'd arrive before then. Come Valentine's Day, my husband waited patiently and around 2 pm with the reservations coming up he decided to give them a call for an update. They were not responding and he decided maybe they'll get back to me through text. They said they'd give him an update in 15 minutes. Hours go by and we go to dinner anyways, we would just tell them to leave them at the door through our camera. We arrive home and still no flowers were delivered and no updates were sent. My husband checks their website and it states that all flowers will be delivered by 10 pm. So we waited and at 10:30 we went to bed, no flowers and no updates, i thought this was a $400 scam and we'd have to report fraud in the morning. (Keep in mind we tried to call twice in between those times). Finally in the morning we got a text saying they are sorry and want to make it up to us by giving a full refund or just have it delivered Monday with $50 extra worth of flowers "on them" (which is what 3 stems?). So still charge us $400, 3 days after Valentine's Day with a couple extra flowers. Really? You missed Valentine's Day!! My husband called twice and they picked up the second time and they said how can I help you Benjamin, she sounded annoyed. My husband proceeded to tell her he'd like a full refund, and expressed his frustration and how lousy their offer was. Why on earth would he even want to support a business that doesn't follow through on a simple and expensive order. She apologized and said it was a "system glitch". My husband then received a call from Anthony and he said that Olga was a new employee and messed up big time and he apologized. (Which here in yelp Olga is listed as a business owner? There could be 2 Olga's working there, but how likely is that?) He tried to offer us a full refund plus delivery of the flowers on Monday at no cost. You can call us unreasonable if you want, but we didn't even want their flowers after all of this. It's completely unfair to us that we were forgotten about and that our order wasn't important enough to them. And even if it was simply a shortage of flowers, or couldn't meet the delivery time, or whatever it might be, you let the customer know!! That's my biggest thing, the customer doing all the follow up and checking in is not the way to run a business. The customer should feel secure in the purchase that they made and receive regular updates on delivery times. My husband was worried all day that I wouldn't get my flowers, but he trusted that they are a reliable company based on the reviews. I don't understand how they have 5 stars, maybe we really are one of the unlucky few, but their lack of communication, unreliability and poor delivery planning will eventually catch up to them. I've noticed a lot of reviews are a 5 because they "fixed" a mistake. But there's nothing you can do to fix missing a pre planned Valentine's Day flower delivery.

This is really disappointing - I ordered a $145 arrangement and it looked nothing the picture on their website and looked more like $45 arrangement.

Gorgeous work. Anastasia is amazing and Olga the owner is so nice. The made beautiful arrangements for my daughters wedding and priced very comparably or less they other florist. And stunning.

I called The Flower Lab looking for a same day- last minute bouquet for my mom. Anthony was super helpful and said he could have something ready for me within the hour. I have been so disappointed with other florists in the valley- just more traditional bouquets and I wanted something special and artistic, not something you can get at a Safeway. Anthony and Olga really delivered. You will spend a bit more, but what you get is so special and one of a kind. Pick up was super easy and they even brought it out to my car. Beautiful floral arrangement in what seems like a huge hat box. Gorgeous roses, orchids, etc. huge. The designer went over and beyond. Their delivery service is amazing. They drove from Phoenix to Buckeye after hours to deliver birthday flowers! I certainly will recommend this florist and their commitment to deliver as promised to their customers. Nice family owned business. Flowers were beautiful and balloons festive. If you have people allergic to latex be sure to tell them that. They automatically do not send latex to hospitals but if it is a home delivery - you should let them know. Flower Lab was easy to work with. And made my friends birthday special read more

I was looking for flowers that were different from the typical 1-800 flowers like bouquets that other florists had. I wanted something that would be simple, beautiful and that would bring a smile to my friends face. Anthony was super responsive, friendly and professional. He did a great job of understanding what I was looking for and translating it into the perfect arrangement. He sent me a text prior to delivery so I could see the flowers and a text confirming delivery was complete. I had the absolute best experience with the Flower Lab. I'm from Southern California and just heard of some devastating news about a friend of ours, I knew being this far from her and not being there... the very least I could do is send a "we love you, and are here for you" gift. So I called a few places near the hospital our friend was in, after a few failed calls, I found the Flower Lab! The first question I asked is if they can deliver same day (being mid afternoon) and Anthony immediately looked up the hospital address and confirmed our delivery location and said it could def be done. I just loved that he was able to confirm hospital address and even inquire if our friend would be allowed to receive her special gift being under the severe circumstances. I loved that they cared about the small details to make sure the flowers arrived to her. We discussed the arrangement I wanted and I even asked for a replacement of a particular flower and that was done without any problems (they made me aware of the small fee that would be applied). Best part of this experience was that I was sent a picture of my order prior to delivery and updated once it was delivered. I am absolutely impressed with the quality or service I received from Olga & Anthony, and I'll be sure to always use them in the future if I need florals in their area. read more

Great company, really good communication. They made sure that there would be someone there to receive the flowers, given the extreme heat here. They were patient in waiting for a response, and still got the flowers there the same day I ordered them. The price was also much more reasonable than any other company I could find.
