If you need any help with your computer or cell phone, this would be my recommendation for your first stop. I went in to change a setting which he did in minutes. Then he attempted to fix an email problem for me, taking 15 or 20 minutes. He couldn't fix it because the problem was with Comcast. He set my mind at ease, even when things went a bit sideways - - meaning: my phone had it unexpected volume of memory that would only transfer to another phone with a massive volume of memory, lol. My Samsung phone had a cracked glass so I took it to Novato Wireless Repair. They fixed the glass at a reasonable price and I did no have to replace my phone. A few days after the repair my phone stopped ringing. I took it back to them and they went out of their way to get it working. I don't know if the two problems were related but they replaced my lower speaker which solved my ringing problem. They did not charge me for parts or labor for the second repair. I am absolutely blown away. I obliterated my Galaxy S21 Ultra and was quoted at other places for around $600 and about a week of waiting which I thought was about right. I walked in this store at 1145 am for a screen repair for an iPhone. I needed to have this repaired immediately as my employer needed this phone back a few weeks ago. I had totally dragged my feet getting this repair done, and asked the technician if there was any chance he could have my repair done by day's end. My wife's Galaxy S8 Active speaker was so dim (low volume) that she had to turn on the loudspeaker to have a conversation. AT&T said she needed to buy a new phone. Repair was out of the question they said - too complicated. The little speaker was not dead, just dim, and when I brought it in Cameron figured out from that fact that maybe the little hole was just clogged. He took a little brush and a compressed air duster and thoroughly cleaned it out. It worked! When I offered to pay he just waved it off and sent me on my way. Great service.
