Be careful coming here to get things fixed because they are not an authorized Apple repair shop. They charged me $300 to repair some cracks in the front and back of my phone and for that amount of money I'd expect a better fix. They are unable to seal the phone properly so any exposure to moisture will destroy the device. Shortly after I had it repaired, my phone was exposed to moisture along with a couple other iPhones and mine was the only one totally destroyed - all the other phones were fine. You're better off with an authorized repair who can promise the airtight factory seal. read more

The first iPhone 12 I purchased from them was a disaster. Phone shut off volume at will, did not notify me of text messages, and often did not charge. I returned it for an iPhone 12plus and have had nothing but problems with this one. The volume is unreliable - it totally shuts down for no reason; text messages are not flagged; apps turn on by themselves....DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. read more

A great experience. Replaced an iPhone battery. Gave me a good price and it was done in an hour. For completely unclear reasons the front lens of the camera didn't work after that. Returned and he showed how protected that lens was from his opening the back then replaced the lens for free anyway. We both had no idea what happened or when it happened. I offered to pay for the part and they declined my offer because it might have been their fault. How one responds when things don't go perfect says way more about a business than when it does. read more

I was on vacation and dropped my phone, the screen of course shattered. I was so upset because that phone is pretty much my life. Yeah I'm one of those freaks who get tremendous anxiety if I am away from my phone. So what did I do? Yelped of course! Found this place read the reviews and called. Guy on phone said it would take an hour so I headed over there. Guy was nice and sympathetic and seemed to know what he was talking about so I left it there and went to dinner. Was feeling a little shaky about not having my phone glued to my hand as usual so I went back early to check and see how guy was doing. He was all finished and even put a piece of protective glass on it so if I dropped it again it wouldn't break. Yeah I had a good case but I dropped it on concrete so boom, there ya go! Damon and RIcardo were extremely helpful to me when I showed up needing to have the battery replaced in my iPhone 6. I didn't want to go all the way to Corte Madera or Santa Rosa to have it done at the Apple store. These folks were able to replace mine within an hour and when it was still acting hinky the next day, took it back in fixed it while I went to the movie. It is perfect now. dog peed on my iphone & ruined it.. or so i thought, petaluma wireless had the LCD replaced for about $90 & it was good as new. my lady is famous for breaking phones.. her screen was cracked & had the black ink-looking stuff blurring her screen.. they fixed in an hour for $60 (maybe less i dont remember).. well she broke her screen again while we were on vacation so ill be heading there tomorow to have it fixed again.. maybe i'll get a frequent buyer discount on iphone screens..lol FYI there's some weirdo in santa rosa who advertises on Craigslist.. he will have you come to his house & drop off your ipod or iphone with a $40 payment. 6 months later i have not heard from him or got my ipod back.. long story short.. I am telling everyone I know to go to Petaluma Wireless instead of the Verizon Store where they only know how to sell you ANOTHER phone no matter what's wrong with yours. If you need a phone, there is only one place in Petaluma to go, Petaluma Wireless. All major carriers, all the cool phones and they have the best service I've had in the nearly 20 years that I have been buying cell phones (can you say brick phone?). Look online, but shop in their store. There will be no shipping costs for one, plus they will always work with you if something doesn't work out (like you can't stand the buttons on your new phone, etc). I have bought at least 4 or 5 phones plus accessories from them so I have had a fair amount of experience and I have not been disappointed. read more

Iphone got run over by a car and they fixed it for about 90 bucks, took them an hour for a new screen and LCD. Then he told me when the Iphone 5 comes out he will buy my old phone from me for $80 or so. He has fixed several iPads for us too. One had to go back in 'cause something still wasn't working right but it's always easy to deal with this place. I think for how good he is at iPhone and iPad repair he is really reasonably priced. read more

If I could give this more stars I would. ****************************************** At first I went to my local cell provider and thought I would be able to upgrade my phone to an HTC Rezound and NOT LOSE MY UNLIMITED DATA PLAN, well silly me, what was I thinkin'???? Unless you buy the phone outright for $600 you lose that particular plan...boy was I disappointed, I had done so much research trying to find the "perfect" phone. I made the quick trip on over to Petaluma Wireless to see what they had to offer. Much to my surprise they had quite a bit to offer including being the best customer service in all of the land! Damon, the owner fixed my husband and me up with a couple of Samsung Galaxy Nexus phones. They look like they are brand new and act like it too and the price, way too reasonable. That was back in Nov. 2012 and they are still as good as new. Also the first time I went in the Petaluma Wireless shop I bought a different phone with Damon reassuring me that if I didn't like it I had 2 weeks to bring it back, no questions asked....well I changed my mind and wanted a faster phone so he took it back and sold me the Galaxy for the same price. I cannot tell anyone how important good customer service is in my opinion, especially with the lack of any in this world today. Damon will go out of his way to fix you up and take care of you and he seems to be a really down to earth guy too. I will never go anywhere else unless there is no alternative. 5 stars for being a small, local business with a friendly and helpful owner at the helm. 5 stars for being in cute downtown Petaluma. 5+ stars for fixing my shattered Iphone screen and fixing the button which had been bugging me for months! I purchased a kit off of Amazon.com and tried to fix it myself following a youtube video (ah ha! An opportunity to impress the 12 year old!). I got the phone apart and promptly ruined the LCD screen, which the kit did not have. Damon at Fast Repair held a new LCD screen for me fixed it all up for cheap. He has a little workdesk at the back of his shop with precision tools and a lit magnifying glass. With the hands and determination of a surgeon, he took the remnants of my phone and patched it all back together (and fixed the button!). Best of all, I got to watch the whole procedure. Now I'm sure that I'll break the screen again, but instead of trying to fix it myself I will take it back to Damon. It was worth it. read more
