Okay let's go over the good then the bad. I called and the owner David answered- super nice! Got me in right away. The lady doing my nails did all the COVID safety protocols. The place is clean and neat and I like how they spaced out every other chair for pedicures. Now the bad- I understand up selling and being a good business women but the lady doing my nails was doing the "oh no honey you need this $8 extra, you need this $20 extra." Etc. And while yes I might need those I wasn't planning on spending more then I originally planned. Now I got a gel manicure on my fingers and regular polish on my toes. When she kept pushing for gel on both and I finally told her no I just want regular polish on my toes- she started rushing. Not really taking her time and did a sad massage of a total of 3 minutes. I know since I had a timer on my phone. A total of 20 minutes for my pedicure when normally it takes up to 40. I guess if you have plans and stuff to do later then a 20 minute half-ass massage and paint job is okay. But I told her it's my day off and I just want to relax. She cut my finger nails extremely short. They look okay- I've seen better. The fact I didn't ask for extra oils or crazy stuff add one and she did it anyways- sad. Now I'm paying for stuff I didn't ask for. She had a b*tchy attitude at the end when putting the spacers in my toes and flip flops. It's pretty sad because I was so excited to try this place as I'm not even a half mile away and the owner actually speaks clear English. What else I didn't like was (obviously) a regular and the owner were talking politics and about a presidential debate very loud. Whether it was my pick or not it's not professional and what was being said was not something I should have to hear while having a relaxing day. My bestie wanted to have a girls day out before she left on vacation, so she set up an appointment for two pedicures today. We both got the basic treatment: hot rock massage & hot towel with lotion. You sit in a massage chair, they give you a water bottle, and you set your feet in a spa bath thing. Had to say for my first time ever having a pedicure like this, it was great. Everything was going fine until we got done. My friend had to ask for her pinky toe to be done over due to some polish coming off after the shoes were put back on by her nail technician. I wouldn't even give this place a one star. Worst service I have ever experienced in my life. I researched nail salons in the area looking for a Pink & White Fill. On the website the pricing said it was $23 for a Pink & White Fill & $40 for a Pink & White Full Set. I sat in the chair and told her I wanted a Pink & White Fill and she started taking one of my nails off and said I think it would be better if I did a full set cause this one was lifting. I said well I guess since you already took it off. Also, did not tell me it was a $5 charge to not soak but rip my acrylic nails off my actual nails. It was very painful and if I am gonna be charged to take my nails off you better do it the right way. Also they were using dirty equipment which is not allowed. Then they tried to tell me it was $45 for a Pink & White Full Set and I proceeded to show the owners it says on the website $40. They said "We have been meaning to change that" I was then like change it! I looked up the pricing before I arrived and if it's not the same that's false advertising. Also she riped off my nails before telling me it was a $5 charge. I have all the tools at my house to rip them off like she did. I walked in asking for a manicure with drip. Key work manicure right? You know push back cuticles, cut cuticles and that quick 2 minute massage with lotion. Well she took off my current dip and proceeded to put the new on. I assumed she just did that first and then the manicure. Nope she said all done and I went to pay. Owner said $40. I said just for the dip change? He said yes. I said well I didn't get a manicure? He said dip doesn't come with a manicure the product is expensive! Hello.... I asked for a manicure!!! I understand dip is expensive, but I have NEVER paid that much without a manicure. I will never go back! Oh to top it off, she didn't file it off correctly and I have crappy dip to boot! read more

Absolutely terrible. Cuticles weren't cut, no massage, then the tech had the nerve to ask me if I was going to pay him a cash tip prior to the service even being done. And here's the topper... he filed the sides of three of my nails to the point I have a good portion of my nail bed exposed and it hurts like heck. Update-I also got a pedicure while I was there and have since got an infection in my toe. They did not use clean tools for the pedicure. read more

I went in for a gel manicure and when I got there the lady kept asking me to switch to dip I asked her how much it was and she said all together it would be $44 so I said ok expecting to get a basic one manicure package. I told her that I wanted black nails, she kept telling me to change the color and even said I shouldn't get black because it would make me depressed even though I said no to a color change and she finally gave up and started doing my nail. When she filed my nails they hurt really bad cause she was filling my skin but I didn't say anything to her about it, once she got done filling they were all different shapes but I again didn't say anything thinking that she would file after the dip. Once she started to do my dip it looked really bad and it was all over my hands and my nails were sticking to my skin, she started filling again after she was done with the dip and she made some of my nails a square shape and others were rounded. She put on the top coat and said we were done and she didn't even put lotion on which I wouldn't care if it was cheaper but knowing I could have gone to Scottsdale or another salon and they would have done a better job for the price, in the end my nails ended looking ok but they still weren't good I definitely don't recommend this salon for the price, if everything was cheaper it would be an ok salon but I'm definitely not going to go again read more

If I could give this place no stars I would! First time here with my sister in law. Kim has an attitude and just doesn't care about her client. My sister asked if she house do marble design on a nail and she can't. Along with ombré. Those two nail designs are very common for a more simple look. I'm not even the one getting my nails done but I'm pissed at how Kim is acting towards my sister in law. Not very pleased and I will not be coming back. read more

Think I just found my new favorite nail spa. The pedi was great; complete with a very relaxing massage. I had the gel polish done for the first time on my toes and love them! They offer both the OPI Gel and Shellac Gel. OPI tends to hold up better. My son even got a kids pedi and was relaxed while he waited for me. The shop is very clean, open, and nicely decorated. I've been going here for over 2 years. Tuesday morning I called & spoke to David (owner) to make an appointment. He scheduled me for 5:45. I arrived right on time, David wasn't there at the time. I sat & waited for 30 minutes & NO ONE came to tell me why I had to wait so long. I looked over at my girl & she was still working on her client. I finally walked out. I was furious. I went home & called the Salon & asked to speak with David. He was finally back. I told he what happened and he was very apologetic. He said I don't know what happened but I will get to the bottom of it. He said please give us another chance and I will take care of you. I went in today and got my nails done and my pedicure. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Over priced they charged me much more than stated on the "price sheet" what a joke! My sister who is 10 and I got manis and pedis for her birthday. On the Price sheet it says.... "mani and pedi special" : $30 "gel coating": $5 "Children's mani and pedi (11 years old and under)": $25 When I said I wanted a gel coat on my fingers they said it will be $25 dollars when it clearly states on the price sheet $5 dollars extra for gel. The "mani and pedi special" with the gel coat according to the "price list" should have been $35 dollars for me and $30 dollars for my sisters. I went for a full acrylic set and a couple of tips were put on crooked. I am sticking to the nail tech I have been going to for years. It is a drive but worth it. This place is very busy but I do not understand why. I did not feel comfortable. I felt like a number. Now, I must tell you I had a full face wax. It was a waste of money. Been going here a few years love Kim... She is great! I am a bit picky and she handles that well. I normally do gel manicures and hers last forever... Well practically. Pedicures ... The basic with adding the wax is a great combo! I forget her name but the lady that does the eye brown waxing is pretty good. Shop is always clean, friendly staff and owners... I plan to keep going... Oh... they also offer a stamp card perk: Each visit gets you a stamp. 2 stamps for cash customers... 10 stamps =$10 off the next service! The good - quick service and my nails looked nice. The Bad - nails didn't last and they charged higher than online listed prices and no prices listed in store. When I asked about my total charge the owner said he would update the prices online (yet to be done I see comments to this also back in July so clearly they have no plan to) and he also said they raised their prices to include gel top coat as everyone wanted it, however the tech didn't put a get gel top coat on me just regular top coat and he just walked away from the desk at that point. I just had a set of acrylics done three days ago they were all cracking and breaking and looked terrible. A very upsetting experience at this salon... I had a 9am appointment, arrived on time, selected color and sat in the chair waiting... Several other clients were also waiting for their techs to arrive. The male owner kept saying "where is Tracy, where is so and so"? Its now 15 minutes past my appointment time. When I called the day prior I made it clear that I had another appointment immediately after, they made it clear I would make it on time! One by one the techs came in, late. Mine finally came in at 9:20. Once she got there she put her stuff away, was chatting with the other techs and was also on her phone. Knowing that she was late, the male owner was outside on HIS phone pacing back and forth. Its now 9:25... After sitting in the water for 25 minutes, I left!! He saw me leave and did/said nothing. After repeated visits to this salon, I WILL NOT RETURN. No apology was extended at all. When an appointmenf is made they ask for a telephone number. This used to be my favorite place. I don't know what happened but my last visit there was horrible. Julie did my dipped nails. They were chipping off within a week. I asked if someone could also wax my eyebrows. The girl who did my eyebrows was on the phone the entire time while she was doing them. I had to redo my eyebrows when I got home. When I approached Julie to hand her her tip she grabbed it from me and then chastised me for not requesting her to also do my eyebrows.
