Always willing to try something new, my boyfriend and I were delighted at the sight of her "Spicy Chocolate" cookie sandwiches. Just our luck, she also had samples of them to try before committing! We were not disappointed. In between two decadent dark chocolate cookies was an even more incredible chocolate ganache, both with the perfect amount of spice! I'm not sure if it was cayenne, or maybe another Hispanic spice that helped bring out that "spice" flavor, but it was very balanced and it brought out the flavors from the chocolate even more. We also decided to try her guava cheesecake. The package came with four mini cheesecakes which were each topped with her homemade guava topping. These were good, but I wasn't as excited about them as I was about the cookie sandwiches. They were also very filling!
