Pool store recommended CP Quality Pool Service for an install. 3-5 day install turned into a year long nightmare. After one liner replacement, one tare down and reinstall, this is the quality of install we were left with. We did receive a new pool but when we asked to have the "liability" removed, CP Quality Pools wanted to charge us $700. I don't recommend installing with CP quality pools. It is a mess. It's leaking everywhere. Then a hose came loose while we were away from home and we had water everywhere. No response to text messages or phone calls. The bottom of the pool is full of thick wrinkles. The pool is not centered. We have to add water every day. (I think the liner already has a hole somewhere). Better to go somewhere else for the installation! read more

Was referred by the company we bought the pool from, which was a huge mistake. Communication was terrible, was told multiple dates which kept falling through. Excuse after excuse over and over again and delay after delay. Most inquiries were not responded to. When they finally did show up, they absolutely destroyed my yard and then told me extra charges for dirt haul away and sand which wasn't discussed at all on the initial conversation. It did rain the morning of install and they started the job, got half way through digging and then wanted to stop and come back another time telling me it was too wet. At that point the equipment had already dug 2 feet out of my yard and destroyed my front lawn and backyard. I had to fight with Carson over the phone to get the job finished as I don't trust they would ever come back out. The pool got​ installed but they left a giant mess. They wouldn't backfill as the pool needed to be filled, but they left dirt and sod everywhere, huge ruts in my yard and excess sand all over the place. The filter connections are leaking, some of the hose clamps were even tightened. The plumbing to the waterfall was not done correctly and the line was just covered with excess dirt rather than being buried. I'm probably going to spend thousands with a landscaper to fix the absolute disaster they left. A couple of sheets of plywood on the ground could have saved my lawn, but no.... complete hacks. I should have shoveled out the ground myself and did the install alone. It would have taken less time then cleaning up the disaster they left behind. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. read more

Carson was recommended by local pool store to fix top rail on my pool having an overlap issue. The directions and seller of pool say the plastic rails need to be flush to post tops. Because of this I could not figure out how to deal with the 8-12" overlap I was running into on caps. I called Carson to see if he could fix the issue. He assure me he could by adjusting the lower track of pool using some special tools and a few guys. I sent him pictures ahead of time of what I was dealing with and explained everything to him. He said he had a job in the area And could come by Thursday or Friday. Thursday came and he didn't, friday came and he didn't, I contacted him to see when he planned to come and said he was behind from rain and would come Saturday. I specifically said I'd like to be home when the job was done but that request was ignored. His guys came and fixed the top rail and I made the payment before I inspected. This was my mistake! Upon inspection there were 3 guys at my home only two of them were working for majority of time which was a total of 27 min. They loosened the rails and improperly installed the top rail. They did nothing to the lower track like he talked about. He charged me $400 for this! I have his crew on camera and contacted Carson to explain my concerns. He waits everything is installed fine this is what I paid him for. I explained I'm happy to pay for expertise but feel taken advantage of. He simply could have told me to slide the top rails and instead of mounting caps flush with post mount them flush with cap. The manufacturer install directions do not say this is proper way to install! I explained that I thought what he did was dishonest and $266 per man hour was an obnoxious rate. He tried telling me I had to pay for over 2 hours of drive time (even tho he had a job in the area and failed to show up two days as scheduled). I asked for $200 back as I thought a 30 min service call that was a more than fair amount. Carson was unwilling to do anything and kept selling me a story on how this isn't the type of work he's equipped to do and it's the way it should be. I'm now having to go they the process of disputing with my bank or going thru small claims to get a fair price for the job that is incorrectly done. don't use these guys. the pool start that I bought my pool from recommend these guys so I used them. it was a group of 4 young kids showed up. left my yard an absolute mess. did a terrible job installing my liner, wrinkles and foot steps everywhere and when I turned the filter on for the first time they didn't hook it up prop so it leaked everywhere. and on top of all that I used the electrian carson recommended and that guy was an even bigger joke. took 3 try's for my electric to pass inspection. anyways do youself a favor and do not call these clowns read more

Everyone here was polite, professional, efficient...they did a fabulous job and cleaned up everything before leaving. Also ran the pump etc checking for leaks. We had our pool installed today. We were asked to empty our shed so they could move it and take fence down to get machines in the back yard. So the show up yesterday at 715 pm decided to hand dig left around 10. Told me I would have to pay for extra hallaway if there was too much dirt. Showed back up this morning to finish. My heater didn't have hoses with it and they said I'd have to just do it myself. They were suppose to go through steps on filter systems and of course they didn't. My yard is a frickin disaster. My yard is well kept and is going to take me forever to get back together. Plus I now have a non existent sprinkler system since all the hoses are cut up and stinking up in the air. Carson was easy enough to talk to and answered my questions but not sure what to expect now. My friends told me to put a hold on my check until they clean up my yard!! read more

The price was decent compared to another company. They came and installed a couple days before planned which was nice. I gave the guys a great tip because they looked like they were working hard. After they left I saw all the sod they didn't take to the driveway. Now I need to pay someone to take it to the driveway which is where the guy I hired is picking up the dirt and sod that was removed to install the pool. When I contacted Carson to let him know all the sod had been left in yard he asked for pics, which I sent, but didn't hear back from him. Even after I told him I'd have to pay landscapers to take it away. There are very few companies that install above ground pools so you either pay a lot of money and have to book a year in advance or you pay less and get what you pay for. I haven't been in the pool or turned pump on so I can't review those things. I will in the future if there are issues. read more

Carson was recommended by the store where I purchased my pool. Was told I would receive a call at the beginning of April to most likely schedule for the third weekend in April. Received a call the day before they wanted to install which I didn't even have arrangements for the required sand. I declined due to the holiday, then he texted a couple days later & wanted to come that same day. he was able to help get the sand delivered the same day as well as have the guys pick up one of the large boxes for me. the crew was respectful & got the job done quick. as the pool was being filled, I can see that the pool isn't quite level, the liner is clearly not level & every single connection to the filter is leaking. I contacted them & was told I didn't have good connection hoses. I confirmed that they were all upgraded hoses Not to mention one of the pieces leaking isn't a hose. Nobody ever came to take a look or try to fix anything. Once they had their payment they didn't care to help finish the job correctly. read more

Talked to Carson about liner replacement. We agreed on process. Crew showed on time. But I quickly realized what I was told was not what was going to happen. Talked to guy in charge and asked why. He promised me no wrinkles, so I let them proceed. Well, I'm stuck with a bunch of wrinkles and didn't even replace the old skimmer and return line gaskets, which I was assured they would do. 1400$ for 2 hours of work that I think I could of done a better job of myself.
