This follows having 3 different vehicles worked on with Novus over the last 6 mos! From a broken rear window in my old Ford Ranger to front window replacements on a BMW and Mini. They were friendly, fast and thorough to the point of bringing me process photos of the removal of my windshield, the shoddy work done by a previous installer and the steps taken to improve the condition of the vehicle to ensure a secure and dry fit of the replacement window. Because of the personable way they worked with me, I didn't hesitate having my wife go to their shop and have the window in her car replaced when it developed a leak. I had my windshield replaced by speedy glass on Sep 16,2020 and believe me they saw an old disabled man to take advantage and charge for things that other shops don't charge. Speedy charged me $150.00 for the glass, moulding charge of $65.23, a labor charge of $80.00, and a charge for adhesive of $25,00. That was $169.23 more than the other glass company charged me. Another glass company, on 11th Street down the street from Speedy charged me a total of $160.00 for the same job on another car, on oct 12, 2020 That to me tells me that Speedy is just charging me more for nothing. They just saw an old crippled man & took advantage of him. Speedy said that there was a problem in the billing which the owner at Speedy glass said they would take care of it and send me a check to cover the difference. That was 8 days ago and still no check. IN A PHONE CALL, on October 21, I got lots of I am sorry replies and that the check was in the mail. WE WILL SEE IF THE CHECK COMES. I brought in a truck to replace front windshield and when I came to pick it up the trim was damaged. they acted like it was already done and treated me like a thief trying to get over on them. they are irresponsible and will not take responsibility for their actions. I will not return here nor can I recommen them. I've heard this from others also. And they keep texting me and calling me and my 86 year old mother scammers and anything so they don't have to take responsibility for their actions. Speedy Glass was easily the best experience I've EVER had at a car repair shop/dealership/tire center in the years I've had my drivers license. I called the company at around 9:00am inquiring about a quote to replace my vehicle's front passenger window (it a lovely way to start my morning with a call that my car had been broken into... only to steal a granola bar??) and was frazzled to say the least, only to be comforted with a friendly voice and empathetic words on the other side of the phone. Not only were the receptionists were incredibly kind, but the total cost to replace and install my window was only $195 - and it was finished in less than an hour! To add, their new location was extremely clean and newly decorated, had an assortment of complementary beverages to sip on, and was given instructions on how to use the Alexa in the waiting room to hear my choice of music throughout the short time that I waited for my car to be completed. Despite the hectic and pricey start to my day, I left Speedy Glass in the best mood from their timeliness and generosity. I brought my car in for a smashed window and they fixed my window really fast I was really happy, until 4 days later my window came off the track,, they "couldn't fix it" and taped my window up, called another window shop and happened to be a previous worker of theirs, he confirmed they absolutely can fix what's broken, so now I have to pay someone else 240 dollars for something novus glass broke Update - my mom called a couple weeks ago to try to get this dealt with they agreed to give me the cost of labor back if someone could fix it but said they guarantee no one would be able too. This week proceeded to text me about how they offered to fix my regulator if I bought the part and that "I forgot" that they offered that, but both my mom and boyfriend were told they couldn't fix it because they aren't a body shop, & that no one could fix it, I would never recommend this place, they'll say one thing make a mistake and instead of being honest about their mistake they'll proceeded to gaslight you. I needed a rock chip repaired on my window, I went to a place where I got the windshield installed and they said they couldn't do it because of where it was at on the windshield as it was a liability. Speedy said there modo is if they can fix it they will fix it. They did an excellent job, I was in and out in about 15 minutes. You can't even tell where the rock chip was at. I highly recommend this place if you need a windshield or car window replaced or repaired. I will go back for any car window repairs. read more

I was very excited to have my back glass replaced after it was completely shattered. Speedy glass was the only company that could come as soon as a few days after the incident occurred. I was not only frustrated, but also surprised by the man that came to fix my car. He was impolite, and told me that he brought the wrong glass because he did not think my 2015 car would have a molding on the back glass. He claimed he would have to order one, and was unsure how long it would take. He made other comments that I found rude, so I cancelled my appointment with them and went with another company. I drove to the Speedy Glass office on Thursday and my window was in by Friday before 1:00 PM! Talk about speedy. More importantly it was done at my house by a very component installer. Please beware of this place. They do not accept AAA discount of 10% off and they do not offer internet quotes. I was stuck using them anyways because I had a deadline to meet for fixing a car in my fleet. Over $100 more than the competition but they were the only ones who could do it same day. Speedy does incredibly shoddy work. My old car's windshield was oxidized, but otherwise fine. I took it into Speedy, and I found out that now my windshield leaks! They pretended to fix it once. The next time I took it in, they said that there was rust on my body and this was not covered by my work A mechanic friend says that the whole thing could be cured with a bit of caulk. By all means avoid this place. read more

Great job! Juan just left my house after replacing the windshield on my Wrangler. He was very nice and did a stellar job on it. It's aligned properly and he didn't leave a mess. Please do not give this guy your business. We had a problem with a power window that he repaired. It makes a terrible noise. He will not fix it. He also told our insurance guy that he only had the car in the shop two days when asked why we had to rent a car for 13 days. He left out the fact that it took a week for him to get the part and that he canceled two appointments. He tried to blame the window on the power window motor. When we originally brought it in and it would not go up and down he said the motor did not work but we knew it was a fuse and after buying a fuse we brought it back and he fixed it (well not really). Now that it makes a screeching sound (not a motor sound, but the sound of the window rubbing on something as it comes up), he tries to blame it on the motor. It sounds like some people have had good luck with him but I would not take a chance. I am surprised that speedy auto glass backs this franchise owner. read more
