Once I finally convinced him to sell me a watch, when me ordered it (none were in stock), he didn't provide me the options. Find out he ordered a S/M watch bad size when I needed a M/L. Also didn't ask which band option I wanted. Basically, the employees are zero help. It was completely ineffective to shop this store.

On top of this, the owner or manager of the company offered to put a used processor out of his own personal computer that is several years old into our computer... And to complete my great service with this company, the screen is still broken and the cooling fans were never actually replaced, it still has the old fans inside it after taking the laptop apart myself. Do NOT go to this company, just buy a new computer... I spent $650 on this repair and could have boughten a new laptop of same version or slightly newer for just a couple hundred dollars more. Also, our repair took over two months!!! This company Sucks!

First of all the internet service is terrible. They guys…read morethey hire are on commission and don't train have no idea what they're selling. They're just told to sell as much as they can and they will tell you anything you wanna hear including the wrong cost of service. I was told my bill would be $72. It was $189 and the explanation was that we told you it would be a little higher the first time the Internet is very very slow. It was obvious salesmen knew I was a senior woman and could be lied to without any retaliation. They promised Netflix and HBO Max and HBO Max does not work. I have been into the office spoke to supervisors to no avail. I do not Recommend this service to anyone!
