Once I finally convinced him to sell me a watch, when me ordered it (none were in stock), he didn't provide me the options. Find out he ordered a S/M watch bad size when I needed a M/L. Also didn't ask which band option I wanted. Basically, the employees are zero help. It was completely ineffective to shop this store.

Right after I had purchased an almost $700 phone from T-Mobile and prepaid subscription to Apple, my Uber driver found my original phone. At the T-Mobile in Bend (63455 N Hwy 97), I walked in a week later with none of the original packaging having lost the included phone cord. I was sure that they wouldn't want to help me... but they didn't even hesitate! They accepted back the phones accessories, took back the phone, and gave me detailed instructions on how to get a refund for my Apple service. What amazed me was how all of the Managers and Sales Associates worked together as a close team. They were pleasant, friendly, personable, and worked with myself and three other customers as a unit. They weren't "salespeople" trying to hook in subscribers. They were people, first and foremost, who all expressed having bills and money issues themselves and were legitimately trying to get each customers what they needed. Even myself, who needed a full refund. As they did so, they all seemed to really enjoy working and joking with each other while servicing the people in their store AS people. It was the kind of experience that can make a person believe in trusting those in small locations again! I can't suggest them highly enough.

I first sent an email, and a week went by without any response. After following up, I was asked for additional model information, which I immediately provided. A week later, I was told the replacement part was not available. I then found a replacement keyboard online and asked if it would work. The answer was yes, but only if a special tool was used, and they do not have this tool. Response received: "That would work, if I had the equipment to heat mold the keyboard in. Unfortunately, the keyboard is attached with melted plastic, not screws, so it requires special equipment. I would need the entire palmrest/upper case to do the repair." Communication was slow, and there was little expressed interest in completing the repair I need.. ASUS has also not been helpful. The result is that I have a 2-year-old laptop that is close to unusable because of a non-functioning "E".
