The bulk of their biz is meal prep and nutrition planning - and they seem to have a strong clientele of Rochesterians. They are conveniently located in the Lac De Ville plaza and I was in and out within five minutes. Everyone was SO kind and helpful, and my shake was really delicious. I am a protein powder SKEPTIC. I think it makes everything taste like diet chalk. I am pleased to report my banana shake did NOT taste like chalk, and I downed the whole thing throughout the course of an afternoon. I am grateful for anything that includes calorie counts these days. As I am aiming to be a bit more mindful about how much I am consuming in a given day (and of what!) this is really helpful. Given that we're home so much, I haven't had an issue making time for meal planning and grocery shopping.
