Excited to have a spot for healthy eats on Park! The interior is super cute and there is outdoor seating available if you want to dine post-workout or just enjoy the sunshine. The staff has been super friendly and great at answering questions both times I've popped in. I ordered an acai bowl and took it to go for a late lunch. I agree with many of my fellow reviewers - the main thing that kept it from being a 5 star experience was the *melty-ness* of my bowl upon opening it at home. It was a tad watery which leads me to believe they do quite a bit of supplementing with ice. The fruit, coconut, granola, and chia seeds on top were absolutely delish, and the bowl kept me full for the remainder of the day. I am excited to go back and try one of their meal replacement smoothies and some other items on the menu. I will say the cost makes it a spot I won't be able to get to as frequently as I would like, but I love knowing that it is on option and wish I was made aware sooner! I will update this review after trying some smoothies and other things on the menu.

Refresh is a smoothie and juice bar located in the old Nathan's Soup & Salad. I was thrilled to find this place, as I've been looking for acai bowls locally for years. The smoothie bowls were so good, I went twice in one weekend. It is unfortunately pricier than it needs to be. A classic acai bowl is $12 and consists of blended banana & acai berries, and topped with strawberries, blueberries, coconut, granola, and chia seeds. For $1, you can add peanut butter or almond butter (I've tried both and prefer the almond butter was better as it was easier to spread with a spoon). The bowls are surprisingly filling and make a great breakfast or lunch. A regular smoothie - just fruit and no fancy stuff - is $5. Refresh has a bright open space with white walls and simple decor. Both plastic and paper straws are available for smoothies. The staff is friendly and easy to talk to. I'd love to see the hours extended so I could get there after a work day, but I realize the dinner crowd might not rush to a smoothie bar. I can dream, can't I?

Best Smoothies in town. The consistency of the smoothies is always blended perfectly. I've tried all flavors including the smoothie bowls but the "Green Machine" is my go too smoothie when I'm looking for a good meal replacement. The service is always friendly and prompt. The ambiance is modern & sleek. Not much seating but when it's nice out there is additional seating outside. There are a few locations but my review is of the Greece Ridge location.

Get my smoothie, check out the grab and go cooler, and learn more about what this great spot has to offer. The bulk of their biz is meal prep and nutrition planning - and they seem to have a strong clientele of Rochesterians. They are conveniently located in the Lac De Ville plaza and I was in and out within five minutes. Everyone was SO kind and helpful, and my shake was really delicious. I am a protein powder SKEPTIC. I think it makes everything taste like diet chalk. I am pleased to report my banana shake did NOT taste like chalk, and I downed the whole thing throughout the course of an afternoon. I am grateful for anything that includes calorie counts these days. As I am aiming to be a bit more mindful about how much I am consuming in a given day (and of what!) this is really helpful. Given that we're home so much, I haven't had an issue making time for meal planning and grocery shopping. When we get back to "normal" and time is taken up by events and other happenings, I would ABSOLUTELY consider doing a meal program through PLN. I look forward to the next time I can stop by, and would recommend for anyone in the area looking for a lighter lunch option.

The gentleman who helped me was very friendly and helpful. I decided to tthe borek. It's a pastry that can be made either savory or sweet, I decided to have mine with. Spinach and cheese. I also ordered the baklava, and a little cup of the Turkish coffee (whoa!!). The Borek , I didn't look that big in the case spoiler alert, it was.... The dough was wonderfully flaky , and the filling was amazingly savory. I liked the spinach, and I'm not sure what type of cheese it was. But it played with the spinach perfectly it reminded me very much of a spanakopita, which I also love. The baklava was also excellent. It was perfectly flaky on the outside, and the honey, and the nuts inside were just fantastic. It is one of the better baklava that I have ever had. Now let's talk about the Turkish coffee. I've had Lebanese coffee, and I loved, and Ithought was strong.... the Turkish coffee makes Lebanese coffee taste like decaf that you would get from a cheap corner diner. With just a little bit of milk and sugar, it was perfect it was rich, and it was strong! At this point, I could probably make it to six hours to my destination without a car :). All of this great food, and I was only roughly out the door 20 bucks. For such high-quality food, it was worth it. I hope I'm back in Rochester again, because I would easily stop here again.

I came in for something simple and left fully committed to the experience. The Turkish coffee arrived in the most adorable cup, strong and velvety with that classic, unapologetic depth, paired with a soft, rose-kissed Turkish delight that made the whole thing feel like a ritual rather than just a caffeine stop. I took my time to enjoy every sip of it. And then the rice pudding. Served warm in a rustic clay bowl, topped generously with pistachios--it hit that perfect balance of creamy, lightly sweet, and comforting without being heavy. One of those desserts that sneaks up on you and suddenly you're scraping the bottom of the dish. The space itself is cozy and thoughtfully put together, and the people working there genuinely elevate it. Kind, welcoming, and happy to let you linger a bit, which feels increasingly rare. The first thing I noticed is how healthy and vibrant the plants look and to me that was the winning point. This is a great cozy spot for folks who don't enjoy social interactions and high energy vibes. It's more for the slow in the moment experience to sip and relax.

The shop itself is charming, and the outdoor seating is even better -- picnic tables, comfy chairs, and a glowing fire pit that makes the whole space feel cozy and inviting, especially on a summer evening. Inside, they offer some truly amazing treats. The flavors are bright, creative, and unlike anything you'll find at a typical ice cream shop. Staff were friendly on both of our visits and helped guide us through the options. We haven't yet been able to try their signature rolled ice cream -- once due to an anti‑griddle issue, and once because they were out of a specific cream needed -- but fear not, there were plenty of other excellent choices. Some in our group went with classic scoops, but we opted for the Ice Cream Nachos, which turned out to be outstanding. You choose your scoops, and they're served over delicate, crisp pizzelles and drizzled with sauces. We picked Cinnamon Roll and Banana Cream Pie scoops, both bursting with flavor and leaving us simply smiling. The finishing drizzle of pancake syrup tied everything together beautifully. Service was extremely friendly and prompt, and the outdoor seating made the experience feel relaxed and fun. This review reflects two separate visits, both of which were excellent. Frost & Foundry has quickly become our new favorite ice cream shop, and we'll definitely keep coming back -- hopefully soon enough to finally try that elusive rolled ice cream too.

I was waiting for something more to rectify the situation, but nothing was ever offered. They also have the very frustrating "cash discount" system, but no mention of this was on any menus I could find. So I was charged extra for using a card as well.
