The bulk of their biz is meal prep and nutrition planning - and they seem to have a strong clientele of Rochesterians. They are conveniently located in the Lac De Ville plaza and I was in and out within five minutes. Everyone was SO kind and helpful, and my shake was really delicious. I am a protein powder SKEPTIC. I think it makes everything taste like diet chalk. I am pleased to report my banana shake did NOT taste like chalk, and I downed the whole thing throughout the course of an afternoon. I am grateful for anything that includes calorie counts these days. As I am aiming to be a bit more mindful about how much I am consuming in a given day (and of what!) this is really helpful. Given that we're home so much, I haven't had an issue making time for meal planning and grocery shopping. When we get back to "normal" and time is taken up by events and other happenings, I would ABSOLUTELY consider doing a meal program through PLN. We haven't yet been able to try their signature rolled ice cream -- once due to an anti‑griddle issue, and once because they were out of a specific cream needed -- but fear not, there were plenty of other excellent choices. Some in our group went with classic scoops, but we opted for the Ice Cream Nachos, which turned out to be outstanding. You choose your scoops, and they're served over delicate, crisp pizzelles and drizzled with sauces. We picked Cinnamon Roll and Banana Cream Pie scoops, both bursting with flavor and leaving us simply smiling. The finishing drizzle of pancake syrup tied everything together beautifully. Service was extremely friendly and prompt, and the outdoor seating made the experience feel relaxed and fun. This review reflects two separate visits, both of which were excellent. No more samples, but I picked up a small green juice at the market this past weekend and WOW. This is my favorite green juice I've had. Pears, kale, parsley, apple and more are juiced to smooth perfection. They have beautiful packaging, a huge variety of blends, and I really can't wait to pick up a large haul to get me through the week the next time I head to the market. A few notes: they are open on Saturday ONLY and are located in the shed on the left hand side, about halfway through, when you enter by Zimmerman's. They have a $10 minimum on credit cards so, like many booths in the market, be sure to have cash on hand if you're looking for just one juice to enjoy while you shop. The juice is pricey, but actually more reasonable than Wegmans or some of the other juiceries in town, AND completely locally sourced. The market has been amazing throughout the pandemic. Masking is at 100% and even on a busy Saturday, people are moving in a more reasonable way and giving more SPACE, which is a welcome change I hope sticks around post-pandemmy. Happy juicing!
