This location is fairly new and close to home. The restaurant is so beautiful, bright and clean. The staff is just amazing, and very friendly. There is more than enough seating for you to dine in and grab something quick from the hot bar / salad bar. They have such a large variety of meals to choose from in the store in case you don't have time to order and choose your meals online. I highly recommend HFIT if you are looking for a meal prep company. The meals are not high in sodium they are fresh and taste delicious. So far every meal I have tried have been less then 500 calories and very filling. They also have Muffins, snacks and breakfast meals. There's a large variety of things to try which is nice and they all have nutritional value and ingredients on the labels. The only thing I'll mention is that the heating instructions are the same for everything we've gotten so far and 2minutes on a wrap is much different than 2 minutes on a steak bowl. One of the wraps basically turned to a mushy mess. Overall I'm happy with the variety and convenience of getting meals here for a fair price. If they were more than $10 each I'd probably hesitate a bit but for what you're paying I think it's a good value.

Worst of all, there was barely any chicken in the sandwich, far less than the overflowing sandwich in the online images when doing a pickup order. Super disappointed and unsatisfied. Cannot recommend this business anymore!
