They provide all the nutrient info for you on the menu. They are located inside a small business center so there is plenty of parking. But there is no clear signage until you walk in. It's a family run establishment which is always nice to see. The protein donuts and waffles are made to order so be aware of that. Maybe order ahead or online so you aren't waiting. I was skeptical about the donuts as I've had protein donuts before and they were not good at all. You can pick different toppings (not sugar free) too. These donuts are small but they are light and fluffy and did not leave me feeling tired after eating them. I opted for the Samoa Smoothie which was a nice treat. Tea is not my favorite, but I don't mind flavored teas. So I was concerned it would have too much tea flavor. It didn't, but the stevia flavor was overwhelming to me. I couldn't even finish it. It's very nice inside with nice people working, and the drinks are very pretty. I'd love to take another picture of one, but not sure I'd like to drink one again.
