I had an express mani/pedi combo on Saturday. I have had a French pedicure here before and the polish has lasted quite some time; not this time though. My nails started chipping at the tip the day after. According to what I've read gel cured nails are supposedly chip resistant for at least a week, if not two. Almost all of my nails are horribly chipped and I tried to fix it myself, but the worst is done. read more

Not loving it. The nail technician nipped me NUMEROUS times! To the point I was bleeding-- she also was very aggressive with the cuticle treatment and removed my entire cuticle!!!- which is now very sensitive. It GREATLY concerns me that brushes and polishes were used on me and then possibly used on clients after me (seeing that my toe nails and pinky finger were bleeding! YUCK) The paint job is just ok-- wouldn't recommend or go back here. read more

My husband and I went in today for pedicures. We normally go to another shop but they are currently closed so we needed to find another spot. Anyway, this was our first time in this shop and I think we will probably continue going here. We were warmly greeted as soon as we walked in the door. Also, they were able to get both of us in right away...this was around 3:00 on a Friday. It got busy later so I think we lucked out! Anyway, the pedicures were great. Price was competitive with other nail salons in the area. The very best part was that we really had fun. My technician was named Le and my husband's was Julie. They were so nice and funny, as well as being good! The topper was that I left my good coffee mug behind and called to ask them to put it behind the counter and I'd be in tomorrow to pick it up. Well, we ended up out doing errands later and decided to run by today instead. The minute I walked in, the owner (?) remembered me by sight--I didn't say anything--and he handed me my cup! Came here after a horrible experience at Hollywood Nails. Hanna was wonderful she did my elderly neighbor's pedicure. She did a wonderful job. Will definitely be coming back here from now on. read more

I came into this place due to the great reviews on google.....big mistake! I came in for a mani and pedi and did not leave for 2 hours. The guy took forever and he was rude. He kept telling me to relax my hands and pushing my fingers down in a stern manner shacking his head at me. During the process of getting my nails done my phone went off and I had to text back as it was my husband with my kids making sure I was okay since I was already an hour and half into it. We came in from out of town. The nail tech yelled at me for texting and continued to shake his head at me. Honestly my hand was out for 10 seconds. It was extremely rude. I came from out of town and my mother in law told me to go to her place "miss nails" shoulda woulda couldA. :(. Worst experience at a nail salon I have ever encountered. This salon looks nice from the outside but I was not impressed upon entering. It could have used a cleaning. I went in for a full set, when asked to choose a color the lady suggest gel polish which was $15 extra but I went with it anyway, anything for a nice looking manicure. I showed a picture of the shape I wanted to my nail technician(Kim)what I got was something totally different. To her defense she kept asking if I was okay, I'm guessing she seen the horror on my face. I told her the shape was all wrong, Kim along with two of her colleagues looked at my picture and talked amongst themselves in their native language. Kim then tried to blame it on the shape of my nails but said she would fix them. She did attempt to fix the problem and it did look better then the original shape so kudos for trying to rectify the issue. The finished result was uneven, misshapen nails. I wished I took a picture before I had them removed but I couldn't stand looking at my nails any longer (3 days). Hand down the worst $40 manicure I've ever had. read more

I wouldn't go back here again. Sadly my experience was bad, but the person I went with, hers was good. So many things made me angry and created a very bad experience. I read many good reviews and I didn't get that same experience. First a comment was made about my feet which was totally embarrassing and not needed at all. Excuse me, I'm paying you and giving a tip, no comments are needed. I went to get a cheetah print design and it just looks like a mess. Some people thought it was supposed to be messy hearts or feathers. Not even close. Then also she filed my nails trying to make them square shape... Now I will have to cut my finger nails down short when the gel nail comes off because they are crooked! In the end not very pleased. read more

Worst nail experience to date. Went in for a gel manicure and pedicure didn't walk out the door for 2 1/2 hours! My pedicure was just okay and began to chip within 4 days. The woman doing my manicure kept telling me to RELAX YOUR HAND in a rude way while shaking my hand aggressively. Said I needed to RELAX because she had another appointment coming in, then begins to text on her phone 2-3 times. I chose a Tiffany blue type color for both my nails and toes & when she picked up the bottle to start painting my nails she said "This color?" in a rude way like I had chose this horrible ugly color. Finishes my nails then while she is putting the lotion on says "Next time choose a different color." Uhh thanks? So rude. Then after all of that the gel began to detach from my nails within 2 days!! Seriously DO NOT GO HERE. Waste of time & money. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I don't know what her name is but she cut my cuticles and she cut them so deep I started bleeding and hurt me really bad. She also cut my finger which I didn't notice until I left. I called and she said I lied about her cutting me. She also treated her coworkers very poorly. My aunt was getting hers done next to me and she yelled at the guy doing her nails. My nails feel unfinished. They do not look professional at all!! I've been to this salon twice for acrylic nail fills...I think it is the most elegant salon in Blue Springs. The staff is nice and they "don't rush" through their work. I'm going back today to try their pedicure. I would recommend this salon to friends and family. read more

My daughters and I went to NaiLove for my birthday as my older daughter was treating us to pedicures. First salon I've been to where they got the job done (and done well) without hurting. Amazing!! I've been here many times before for manicures or pedicures, which they've always done a fantastic job! Today was by far the best. I took my daughter in to celebrate turning 4 :) the young man that did my daughters nails not only had patience for her but did a great job making her nails look amazing! Since it was her birthday celebration and they knew that the young man sang her happy birthday (which was awesome). The older gentleman that owns the place gave her a birthday crown and chips! nice people and pedi/mani looked good right after it was done-that's only reason I gave 2stars. Got nails and toes done with French tip and my toes were chipped less than 24 hours later and nails with gel Polish have chipped 6 days later. I don't do a lot of crazy things, I sit at a desk for work and I wear opened toed shoes almost everyday, especially the last week. I just don't like paying so much for something and it be ruined a day later. I had to come home and put a top coat over my toes since one wasn't put on at time. Maybe just do all color if you go here. Also, the place was pretty cluttered towards the back and Didn't really have that "spa like serenity" feel....maybe it's my OCD, but I like that kind of thing when paying a lot of money for a service like this. It also concerned me that i didn't see them pull out new tools, pretty sure most places do that now. Maybe they did, but I suggest doing so in front of the clients to avoid confusion.... I realize everyone's experience is different- but next time, I will go elsewhere. read more

Went there with my son today to get my nails done and was not impressed! First of all one of my nails is crooked so I politely asked the guy to fix it and he filled for a second and then said he couldn't do anything about it because it would make my nail too small. No it wouldn't because they advertise those nails that almost look like cat claws so if you can do that with a nail then you can fix mine, but he didn't after repeatedly asking him. My thumb nail isn't even filled straight. Then to top it off I went to go wash my hands and my son started crying so the nail technician started mocking him which is not going to make a baby cry any less but make them cry more! Sure the staff is friendly and they joke alot but they have poor quality work for the price. I came here with my bridesmaids for my wedding and it literally took 10 minutes to complete a full set of acrylic nails. Then the person doing my nails just started putting a gel coat on them without even asking what I wanted. Fyi this is 5 dollars more. 31 dollars for nails that popped off 1 week later. I got these done the day before my wedding a Thursday, got married on friday, and by Saturday the edges are detaching and I hadn't even done any manual labor with my hands. My pedicure was fine til about 4 days after when all of my polish came off. I paid 115 dollars+tip for 2 full sets of acrylic nails and 2 pedicures. Waste of money. Definitely go somewhere else. read more

I have to say that I was and still am very disappointed in this place. Where do I begin? The interior looks like a sweat shop...very unprofessional. I thought I'd give it a shot since I saw great reviews through Yelp on the place. I wanted a pedicure and was disappointed in the selection of polish colors available. Very outdated and little to choose from. Then the stylist wanted to talk politics with me while I was in the chair. I'm sorry, but the last thing I want to talk about while I'm having spa services performed is politics. When he got around to lotioning my calves and shins he caked on the lotion, so he had to use a wet rag to wipe it off. In the end I thought my toes looked alright so I thought "eh, as long as the end product turned out okay..." well it has been within 3 days and two of my toes are already starting to chip and flake! This has never happened to me and any pedicure I've had in the past from other salons. I will not be returning here and I do not recommend this salon to anyone. read more
