During my most recent appointment, my service was running slightly over time and the next client arrived. Instead of waiting in the seating area, she stood directly behind me and leaned over to watch while my nails were being done. It made me very uncomfortable, and she only moved after I addressed it myself. What bothered me most was how management handled things afterward. While I was paying and tipping, the manager came over and began reprimanding my nail tech about staying on schedule right in front of me. I tried to explain that the situation with the other client made me uncomfortable, but I was dismissed with "I'm talking to my employee." As a paying customer, that response felt dismissive and unprofessional. I completely understand the importance of staying on schedule, but addressing employees in front of clients and ignoring a customer who is trying to express a concern isn't a great way to handle things. My regular nail tech always does a wonderful job, and this review is not a reflection of the quality of the service I receive from her. I just hope management will consider setting clearer expectations for waiting clients and handle staff conversations more professionally in the future

They told me to have a seat and I sat without being spoken to for half an hour. The client next to me offered me colors to pick from because none of the workers did. When it was finally my turn, I asked for a fill in the worker got started. This part of the process I was very pleased. He was quick and efficient, and the shape was perfect. I then asked him for KATSEYE French tips he said no. He said it was too much work. He was going to do the whole nail. I said no that's not what I want. I would pay him for the service he had done and could he please wipe it off if he was not willing to do what I asked. He insisted that I just pick a different color not go somewhere else. That's fine, I picked a different color that I was happy with and we kept on. The French tips were beautiful and I liked them. I then asked if he could do the designs as shown in the inspiration photo, he asked to coworker for help who explained the tools and materials and process that he would need for this. After several attempts at one nail, he seemingly became frustrated. Painted it a color randomly and then a coworker without word switched him places so that the other person could finish my nails. I have no issue with that. This person did a pretty good job at completing the service it wasn't perfect, but I don't expect perfection. I paid my bill and tipped an extra $30 and went on my way. Less than 24 hours half of the nail art has fallen off. I called to ask if I could get a partial refund and if they could take the rest of the jewels off. He informed me no he would not do that. They do not do refunds for their services, but I could come in and he could do it again. I declined as he was very unapologetic and if the service could've been completed correctly to begin with, it should've been done so the first time. The entire process from start to finish felt very rushed when I eventually got to someone's desk. Unfortunately, not a very pleasant experience overall, I would not go back and I would not recommend.

I showed her a picture. Instead she put a toner on my hair. And also put darker low lights. No highlight's of blonde at all. And she said after she blow dried it. I would like it better. No that's not what I asked for or wanted at all!! She also didn't cover my gray hair which is what I wanted. She said it would just grow out in 4 weeks if I had all over color. Said it would lighten up in about 2 weeks after several washings. It hasn't. I was so very upset because I had it done for a special occasion. And it looked worse after going here. I spent over a hundred dollars for nothing!! I tried calling to see if they could help lighten my hair for the special event. I left a voicemail. No one answered that day. It was a Thursday. They only worked until noon the next day so no one even tried to help me. I'm stuck with the worst hair color of my life. I've gone to hair salons for years and I've never had anyone ever not listen to me and do the opposite of what I wanted. I'm so very disappointed. I will not return ever.
