Came in last minute for a pedicure, and staff took me back right away without any wait. During my pedicure, staff kept making sure my experience was good the whole time by asking if I need any thing. I went here for my third time after spending $100 plus each time! Today however was completely different after being treated disrespectfully by the owner! I returned after having my nails done incorrectly for them to be fixed and was told no I'll refund you I can't make nails perfect and before I refund you I'm cutting your nails off and you can go else where to have them fixed!! He refused to fix them and cut my nails off in a jagged edge to where when I did leave to get them fixed it was beyond repairing! This was beyond disrespectful and shocking seeing as how I'd spent so much with this location prior and have brought so many others and givin them business! Zero professionalism or respect was shown!!! Highly recommend never going here! (Response to owners lies under this ) when I returned I NEVER ASKED FOR PINK & white when I returned I told you that's what was ORIGINALLY asked for but I was given something else which made my price go from $45 to $75 and was told it would look nicer but never told of the price change until the END! This is EXACTLY why I wanted my nails corrected! Which you refused to do! I only asked for ONE hand to be repainted which also I was misled on! As far as my mother goes she is completely separate from me but also had a problem due to the disrespect you showed Her after I left! I'm 8 month pregnant and she's an elder woman and you showed zero respect as a business owner! You also used washed only never sterilized products on her toes and was mad when she asked for sterilized tools after it states that's all you use on your pedicure brochure! What is the point of making an appointment if they don't even see you at that time or even within 10 minutes of it. if you're five minutes late they'll cancel you but it's OK for them to be over 25 minutes late. Over priced for the quality of nails they do. I went in for a full set with one design and it was $50. Totally fine with the price. But my nails look terrible. There is top coat all over my cuticles that I am having to peel off. There is orange paint from a design the guy tried to do but couldn't ( I was totally fine with not getting the design) but the orange paint shows on my finished nails because he did not even wipe it off.... Acrylic overlay, no cutting just reshaped from square to oval and the only gel polish is the sliver of glitter and clear polish over it....Oh and they only accept cash now so with that price+ $7 tip, their ATM fee, and my bank debit card fee for using their ATM, I spent exactly $71 FOR A FILL.... My previous full set had wayyy more nail art and spent so much time repairing my nails yet only charged me $55 in total with tip... the nail tech that I love is at this location and that's the only reason why I went but who pays that much for a very simple 30 minute fill??? The prices do not reflect what other nail salons in the Modesto area charge nor do they match the prices listed on their website. Not cool read more

Two stars only for the appearance somewhat cleanliness of the shop. Came in at 12:20pm on a Thursday afternoon, for a simple Take Off Acrylic soaking method, for my daughters nails. Okay, had to wait for a bit (a given usually right?) finally after 10 mins she is taking to a station to begin the process. This method is a roughly 25-35 minutes give or take. The tech who began the process, pretty much took on another client, and only went back to my daughter once to "check" on the nails. She basically did a a full set for another client, while my daughter who has now been in the chair for x amount of time has all the acrylic off. It is now 1:47 and she was barely moved to her actual station to start too file. Mind you, while at the salon, a family is here with there 3 children and the eldest who can't be more than 9-10 has to watch a toddler and baby in a car seat. The screaming and yelling, isn't what one wants to experience while having any type of these "relaxing services" done. But I digress. A $15 removal, of nails and yes, I get it . Techs would prefer something higher paying so they can get the tip, so I get it. But it's a service the salon provides and each customer should be treated with the same amount of attention and care. Not as Dismissed as we were treated. It is now 1:50 and we are leaving. I may be the frustrated parent but of course my daughter, who is a sweetheart still left a $1 tip even though she was barely serviced. Needless to say, we will never return and I will be sure to let anyone thats asks me about this location my full opinion, tweet it and fb post it. read more

i called in ahead of time for a pedicure and full set. the pedicure was fine but these nails... oh god no. i left the salon with acrylic all over my hands from the man that did my nails. I wanted a simple french tip and they seemed too confused so i simpled it down to an all over white. the top coat that he put on is so streaky and inconsistent. i will not be returning here at all. i paid about $100 for me to come home and buff off the top coat and put my own on. They seemed rushed and wanted me out. so disappointed. read more

My nail tech there is Kevin. Ive always been super picky about how my nails are shaped. Let me tell u i been doing my nails for over 20+ years and he is one of the best . He is very professional and makes u feel very comfortable. His wife Jenny also did my moms nails . Her nails came out soo pretty. Right away I noticed that it was really kind of quiet... there was no tvs, or music or water Fountains. Not that I need those things but I noticed that the sound of those thing was missing and maybe that made me feel like I couldn't relax. Really different from the other location. I came in for a fill, my nail on the ring finger on my left hand was starting to lift and I don't think the manicurist heard me or something because when he went to buff it he really hurt that nail it hurt so bad I jumped and yanked my hand back. My nailbed was throbbing, he was apologetic but the experience just kind of stayed that way. Overall A little too rough for me and when he got nail polish on my cuticle bed he buffed it and tried to cut it with the cuticle cutters (which hurt me) instead of taking a brush dipped in acetone which I've seen manicurists do usually. read more

Been to different locations of this business, was not crazy about it. We have it another try yesterday, and more dissatisfied and than before. My daughter toes were cut and bleeding during a pedicure to the point we asked them to just stop filing and. The pedicure could not be finished The acrylic that we had applied is lumpy and crooked. We spoke to i believe his name is Jake, and he agreed to have her come back and they would have someone else redo my daughters paint and acrylic. when she went back today Jake was not there, and the other man told her he was not going to have them redo her nails, because he told her she didn't need acrylic on her big toe. That he would give her $10 to go somewhere else to have her toes done. offering $10 says a lot about the quality of work that was performed. athe pedicure cost $56. In the end he gave her $25 and told her to go somewhere else. Now i know why they were not busy yesterday. They are awful and not clean what so ever. Will definitely be reporting them. read more

First, I requested an acrylic soak off with service ($5) with regular manicure ($22). An acrylic soak off without a service is $10. The woman failed to soak off my nails & instead ripped them off like an animal. That not only damages your nail plate, but defeats the purpose of paying for a soak off. I let that slide and allowed her continue my service because I knew she would use an e-file to go over my nails which she did. When it came time to pay I was originally charged $32 dollars and told to have a nice day which is incorrect because I received a service after my "soak off". I did the math before I sat down just in case and I'm glad I did. When I asked for a receipt after my transaction the receptionist stood there and typed a general bill up. She didn't even list what services I received & their individual prices just my total amount. Once I made sure I was correct, I addressed the issue and she said "oh yeah, I owe you $5," as if it was no big deal. If I had not checked their price list before hand or asked for a receipt she would have stolen $5 from me without any hesitation. Came in on Sunday to get my nails done and left with some really uneven nails the design and everything just looked like if my toddler had done my nails it was just sloppy work, I'm not sure if Jenny was just rushing so she can be out by 5 or if she just doesn't know how to do nails properly. She was nice but if I'm paying $80 I'm expecting to walk out with nice nails. I noticed that you were able to see my real nail through the acrylic and I just knew that she had not put enough acrylic on because they were also so thin and bended easily. Luckily I was able to get the design only fixed by MIA she did an amazing job, if anyone comes here ask for Mia she seems to be the only good nail tech. The downside about my nails is that I only got the design fixed when I wanted a whole new set because of how thin and bendable they were that they ended up breaking the next day.
