THIS PLACE IS A JOKE! No respect for your time. Billy walks in 50 minutes late to our appointment with a Starbucks in hand and is Smirking!! Was recommended to Billy and so we made an appointment before a very important event. We made this appointment a week ago for 9am today. Their policy states if you are more than 5 minutes late they will take a walk-in so we were right on time. One of the techs asked how she can help and I let her know we have an appointment with Billy. She said ok he is not yet in. So we sat down and waited .....15 minutes later we inquire and she then calls him to see. She said he is running late and will be here at 9:30 and if we want to wait. We really needed to get it done so we waited. By 9:40 nothing and so I go again and am trying to have someone hep me and not one of the other technicians bothers to come up and figure out this situation. Finally I try to get one of the technicians attention and she looks up and I tell her that it's now 9:40 and we've been waiting since 9am. She starts talking to another girl and that girl calls Billy. She tells us to sit and he is parking his car. At 9:48 Billy walks in smirking and puts his STARBUCKS drink on the station we are at and goes to the back to put his stuff away. He comes back and sits down, doesn't say anything and attempts to start. I ask him why we had to wait an hour when we made an appt. HE STATES HE ALWAYS HAS TO SIT AND WAIT FOR PEOPLE AND THEY DON'T EVEN SHOW UP. THEN HE HAD THE AUDACITY TO STATE THAT IF WE ARE NOT HAPPY THAT WE CAN LEAVE. He tried to justify him being late and not once did he apologize or anyone else there!! I kept asking to speak to a manager and no one could give me manager or even a name. They told me to call the number, I called while standing there and no one answered. read more

The place seemed very nice when I first walked in very clean looking but u sat down with a younger guy who did my nails who did a full set of nails coffin shape in under 30mins he barley out any of the powder like it just looks like the press of plastic with polish I know there gonna fall of in 2 days and the pedicure I waiting 45 mins with a appointment and the pedicure was horrible the lady was like pretending cut the cuticles like was waving her hand around I actually laughed to myself the massage was funny to it was like one 2 three okay your done. I'll just stick to my place in Tracy figured it was closer but whatever. read more

I wasn't going to leave a review after reading some of the others...but honestly thought I should anyway. I had called about 20 minutes before I came just to see if they had time to do a fill. They said yes that they could get me in for a fill. When I walked in I wasn't greeted. I had mentioned that I had called for a fill. Several staff members stood around looking at me and asked that I wait 10 minutes or so. I didn't mind waiting, but I did wonder why so many staff members were just sitting around playing on their phones. Made it seem like only one person in the whole place knows how to do fills. My nails came out lumpy and bumpy. Super disappointed, as I am a regular customer at other NT nails locations. I will say the facility is nice and pretty. But if the nails aren't great...then what's the point. I'm sure once they are fully staffed, they will get better. But for now, I would avoid this place unless you're just getting plain polish. read more

I went in for a full set and a pedi. the guy doing my nails was so rough. he was squeezing my finger so hard and he kept hurting me by filing my skin so many times with the drill and he left the drill on for so long it started to burn me. my skin is raw from him filing my skin with the drill not the hand file. it had me in tears. also my nails have some weird streaks on them from when he buffed my nails. then when i went for my pedi the water kept turning off. i told the lady many times as she fixed it many time but it kept shutting off as didn't get fixed until way later when they started. the pedicure was very short too and cold. they didn't t scrub well and seemed like they were in a rush to finish. read more

I walked in to get a pedicure and was told that the wait would be 15 minutes. I waited until they had a seat for me I sat down and soaked my feet because they said someone would be out to help me. After 30 minutes of patiently soaking my feet and no one acknowledging that I was even there I got up and walked out with water dripping all down my legs. Not such a good experience. This place is beautiful. It's very very very clean. But the prices for quality of service is a disappointment at best. They charge $5 to scrub your feet ? Their chairs as glorious as they are do not include massagers. The overall ascetic of this place is awesome. But they're charging some ridiculous prices. We made an appointment for four pedicures and we have to wait 45 minutes which is fine for four of us. And he also gave us a discount But then I feel like the pedicure was rushed. By the time they got to me my water was freezing cold. She didn't paint my whole toe nail so they already look grown out. A few hours later I noticed my toe was already chipped so I went to get it fixed and the doors were locked even though they say they close at 5. So I called and they told me I can come tomorrow but they are too busy to fix it today. read more

Horrible. I went in yesterday to get a pedicure and walked out completely dissatisfied. Not only did they completely neglect to massage me, they left me with a crooked nail after asking them to build one for me. When I asked her to fix the nail she said it was perfectly fine and called another person over to tell me it was fine. Unprofessional and disrespectful. I pay for my own satisfaction not anyone else's. Do not recommend coming. read more

I just left the salon and am amazed at how beautiful it is. I have been to some of their other locations and they have always done a great job but today was my 1st time at this one and I will definitely be going back. This salon has just opened. I would wait until they work out their kinks. They are trying to follow Covid guidelines but are falling short on service. The foot bath was spraying all over, the water was hot to the point the of burning but when she rinsed my feet she used ice cold. The hot stone was barely warm. They seemed to have raised their prices by $5.00 which is not bad but their service fell short. read more

Appointment or not, be prepared to wait as long as an hour to get in. Don't recommend...take you business elsewhere.

Terrible service. Instead of making right of there wrong they proceeded to blame the customer for there wrong doings. However I decided to give them another chance convincing myself it was probably just a off day for the tech. I wasn't satisfied with the service so I was told to come back down so they could fix the nails. To my disbelieve when I get there the owner blames me for the nails and says it's not going to be perfect. Still I proceed to give them another chance sometime between me entering the building and sitting down the owner gets aggressive and says they are not going tp fix my nails but instead they will cut my nails off and give me a refund. A refund was not what I was looking for, long story short the owner demanded I take my money and service elsewhere. This establishment is totally unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend for anyone else to support their business. Lesson learned. read more

This shop is beyond gorgeous. The atmosphere of this salon is very soothing and relaxing. They care and take the time to make sure you're getting what you came for. Everyone is so kind and they even took the time to get new pedicure chairs for customers and staff which is super thoughtful. Every single tech does a great job. Horrible experience, made an appointment for 2 people at 5:30 and when we show up, man at the counter told us we were not on the schedule. He then has the audacity to tell us the phone # we had called was not the correct #. We told him we had gotten the # off Yelp and then told us Yelp had the wrong #, and we never called that location to make an appointment. We stood there and called the number we used to make an appointment right in front of him and the salon phone starts ringing, he then steps away to sit with another customer and ignores the fact that his phone is literally ringing. We let him know we are calling the number we used and his phone is ringing but continues to ignore us. We then decided to take our business else where. What a waste of time! read more

My first time coming was during the grand opening. The pedicure chairs are so uncomfortable! If you want to relax don't come here otherwise you will be adjusting yourself the entire time to get comfortable. I came here a second time because I wasn't looking for a relaxing experience just a quick pedicure. I walk in and the overwhelming smell of nail polish remover and what smelled like bleach hit me instantly! I checked in and sat down, my eyes were burning! I thought I must be over sensitive. While waiting another customer walked in and said she wouldn't be able to get her nails done here because the smell was too strong. She ended up leaving. I thought I'd just wear my mask and see if that helped with the smell. They sat me in a chair, put some Luke warm water in, walked away. 10 mins later no one has helped me and the water is cold. The most concerning to me is the smell in here. This can't be healthy or legal to have people breathing this amount of nail polish remover in your business. read more

I have visited this location several times since October. I am old school and enjoy my acrylic nails. I had a new set put on just before Halloween, which went fine. Made my next appointment with a random lady who tries to tell me I needed a whole new set. You could still see the tips left on from the set just placed. But several nails had lifted and she ended up replacing just those. She wanted to do gel or dip powder but I insisted on acrylic powder which seem to inconvenience her, but she did it and they were ok. So I made another appointment with this lady last night. AGAIN, she insisted on a whole new set. No! Just a fill and again fix the lifted one. She started to take off one nail that she fully replaced 2 weeks ago and it hurt so bad that I kept pulling my hand away from her and then she laughed at me. I had to ask her to fix several dips in my nails to which, again, she seemed irritated at me. None of the lengths are the same, there is still a dip in one nail, and I was rushed out the door. I try to give the benefit of the doubt in this economy and hard working people. However, as a paying customer I would like to be pampered and treated with respect when paying for a service that is a luxury not a necessity. I have NEVER had so many nails lift since I have been to this location. I would hope that this would serve to remind the busy owner and the nail tech that the person behind the plexiglass wall is a human and would like some kindness as well as a job done right! I enjoy getting my nails done as it is a time ,I feel like , is pampering myself . I will not be back. read more
