They spoke in another language but I did hear her say under her breath "asked about the price", after she continued laughing. I knew at that moment that I wouldn't make another appointment and felt very uncomfortable in her chair. I was very disappointed because my nails, other than a few hiccup areas, did not turn out terrible. I did feel as though my appointment with her was rushed; and other than informing me of the price of the builder gel service and asking what color I wanted, she didn't seem as though she wanted my business, and rushed off right after she was done. Which I've learned is stupidly high priced. Two days later, half the lash extensions on the left eye and a good bit on right eye were off. I followed care instructions to the t, as it was the first time and wanted them to last. I messaged the spa. No answer. I directly emailed them. Got a response quickly. Explained situation. The made an "appt" to come in. I thought it would be to fix the issue. After a quick consult, same tech added more extensions. Once again, the looked right. Went to counter, lie and behold had the audacity to charge me $95 more to fix a faulty job to begin with. 3 days later, same story. Lash extensions were not full. So many fell out. If you're going to charge outrageous prices, then at least do the job correct. And if your work is faulty. Fix it. I spent over $400 for nothing.
