Let me just start by saying that after reading some of the negative comments on here it saddens me to see such ungrateful people. For one, how about let's be happy that business is booming for their business and wish them continued success. Secondly to the racist comment, if you were having such bad service all this time, why continue going? Take your business somewhere else and keep your nasty comments to yourself :) I've been seeing Sydney and her staff for over 6 months now. I have never had my nails last and look so perfect for at least 2/3 weeks out even 4. That shows you their quality of products and quality of work. The salon is super clean and not to mention the amazing color collections they have. They are always consistent with their talent. Sydney has stayed hours after closing just to take care of me and she is always happy to do it. I've never seen a frown on her. She is always so sweet and courteous of everyone. Sonny, Helen, Tee and the entire staff are just incredible, kind and simply flawless. I found a salon for life for myself and my family that are also some satisfied customers :). Unfortunately this place did not meet my expectations. I have been on the lookout for a nail salon with excellent customer service and great nail technicians. But, I felt like the nail technician I had did not understand my needs. I went in for a regular manicure luckily. I don't like cutting my cuticles because the skin around my nails begin peeling which can be annoying and a little painful, so I asked for the nail technician to push my cuticles instead but she ignored my explicit request. I love this place! I got a regular manicure pedicure with a polish I brought in that matches a dress I'm wearing for a party. I called in because I wasn't sure if they could fit me in on a Saturday afternoon. They were able to set me up, no problem. I'm really ticklish and my nail tech Nancy did everything possible to make my pedicure comfortable. Sometimes that makes it difficult for techs to make my feet look good but they look awesome this time! My nails do, too! She also asked all of the right questions and listened to what I wanted so everything turned out exactly like I hoped. Besides the technician asking me several times if I wanted to do a no chip manicure instead of regular, my nails came out wonderful. The second time I was here it felt like they put me with someone who was not very experienced because I was getting just a regular manicure. And the technician did a subpar job. A few hours after getting my nails done they already looked grown out and 3 days after getting them done I have 3 nails that are already chipped. Back when this was T2, I gave it 4 stars. Ever since it came under new management, it's been a SOLID 5. I get acrylics with fills every other week, usually with Sydney, and occasionally with Sonny helping to finish. All of the minor quality issues I had with T2 have utterly disappeared, and the environment has become friendlier and even nicer. At first, they seemed to be pushing the upsell a little too hard, but as soon as I mentioned it they dialed it back completely. I forgot my wallet recently, and they were so understanding.
