From the moment I walked in to the spa I was welcomed by the sweetest person by the name Parm! Great attitude, funny and welcoming. She helped me get my WiFi set up and helped with my questions and services. Jarred has been wonderful with taking care of my mothers and my appointments and the dr who examined us before our fillers was kind and attentive. The spa is super clean and very well decorated. My injector was down to earth, knowledgeable and knows her job really well (forgot her name) and will be back for more..... Holy crap wow!! What an amazing place to come for CoolSculpting! Firstly they have the new "elite" machine which works better than the older model by removing more fat in each session. Secondly, and most importantly, EVERYONE here is the kindest and sweetest and accommodating people on earth! I had cool sculpting before at another place and felt like they didn't listen to my needs, but here they did! The first thing that totally turned me off was the over the top selling of other procedures, unsolicited. Second I've been getting Botox for 20 years from a MD. I've never bruised like I did this time. One bruise is the size of a penny the other bruise is the size of a dime. Sizable when you consider one bruise is at the corner of my eye and the other one is on my brow bone. The place was lovely. The people lovely. RF MICRONEEDLING - no results yet after 3 sessions +3 months. I'be been a regular customer for over 2yrs with Botox, Xeomin, & other facials. I enjoy the Encino team, location & decor. They always have appts available so it's convenient. They do not offer Ultherapy which I was going to a separate spa for the previous years and decided to see what they believe is the equivalent. I have olive skin (middle eastern & Pacific Islander)- no scars, acne, or redness. I truly just asked for the best procedure to stimulate collagen & left and reduce skin sag under the cheeks & around the mouth. The doctor recommended RF MICRONEEDLING in 3 sessions to take affect this is a $2100 service. They give a great discount when I bought 3. I asked about a couple other options and the aestheticians co-signed the rec. I went in NOV, DEC & JAN - winter low sun months, to avoid UV exposure. The first session, no reaction. After session 2, I mentioned it so she tried a slightly higher setting in some areas. Some dryness & sandpaper feel after 3-4days. But no results yet. Same after session 3. I've waited now 3+months to see any result. Rose was wonderful to hear my concerns and offered another consultation & service to figure out what is really best for my skin goals. But perhaps the machine is not a fit. They have other newer models at other locations to recommend, so I'm optimistic and worth the wait. read more

Had a great experience at my appointment today. The office was clean. The front desk was prepared and organized. They were all taking great care to make me feel safe and welcome. The doctor had the best bedside manner of any Dr I've had at a med spa. She was kind, warm, gentle and responsive. The dr also showed the product to me before using it which is always great to not have to ask. You want to be sure you're getting what you paid for. I highly recommend this business. They treat their clients very well. I also noticed an all female staff. I've never thought about it before but interacting with only super sweet women while getting a cosmetic procedure done was very comforting. I've been to some places where the energy was just so chaotic that I couldn't wait to leave. They also never to pressure me with an up sell or make me feel bad for just getting what I came for. There was even soothing music playing during my procedure. The Dr reminded me to breath, relax and focus on the music. It's a few hours after my procedure now and everything looks great. If any issues arise I'll update this review Also, I parked at a meter on the street and I think it was $1/hr. They do have parking in the building but I'm not sure if it's validated. Pro Tip: start taking Arnica pills a day before a cosmetic procedure to help with swelling and bruising. You can also apply arnica gel directly to the area. P.S. The only thing that didn't go smoothly was when it was time to pay. I gave one of the receptionist my debit card and she said it was declined. When she showed me her screen it displayed the last 4 digits of the credit card I gave when I booked. I just had fraud on that card so it definitely wasn't going to work. When I pointed this out she kind of insisted that she ran the correct card and asked if I had another card to pay with. I said no and asked her to run it again. This time it went through w no issue. I just wanted to mention that in case anyone else experiences it they'll know that it's happened before and might just be user error and not your card. It honestly wasn't a big deal but if she was successful with charging the wrong card I probably would've been at the most slightly annoyed. Overall a 5 star business. read more

I received Botox (not my first time) and she (Im sorry, I cant remember the Dr's name) couldnt have been more gentle and understanding of the fact that I sometimes pass out when I get shots of any kind. Compared to other laser spas I have visited I have noticed a huge difference already in the quality of care. Ananda Fidoni is also amazing! She did a biopsy shave for me and a week later it is pretty much almost fully healed. She has such a light touch I felt nothing! Just got Botox done here for my first time. All I told the nurse to do was my forehead, crows and frown. She told me she wanted to put a little at the top of one of my eyebrows to level out both brows. I trusted her since this was my first time and now I look so weird.
